Delicious halal smash burger! My go to order is the double patty, with turkey bacon, all the usual trimmings, and the raw jalapeño! Run by ignorant kids and a stay at home Mom. One told me in their opening times they sourced their meat from "Walmart". Last call in order I waited 45 minutes and walk ups were getting their food before me. I had a 5 week rescue kitten w worns suffering while I waited. I got to say this is probably some of the best tenders I've ate. Forget cane's, chick-fil a , or Popeyes. The chicken was flavorful and juicy. I didn't even sauce. The employee was super nice! I also loved the variety of topping options - I mean who doesn't like grilled jalapenos!? If you like your burgers saucy, make sure to ask for extra sauce - I ordered the special sauce but felt like there was none. We also had the fries and the mini funnel cakes. Fries were solid. More so than the burger, I really enjoyed the funnel cake. Crispy bite size cakes of deliciousness which you can choose any topping. Prices were fair for the size and quality you get. The truck is located in the little parking lot of a gas station off of route 40. Getting there is easy but finding a spot to park can be tricky. Service was a little interesting. Don't let the location fool you (gas station parking lot), these burgers are so good. $9 dollars for a grass fed burger? In this economy?! The single patty is huge and the flavor was fire! You can choose from many free toppings and the burgers come in either a single or double, similar to five guys . I can say with 100% certainty, this burger is the best burger you'll get in HOCO. Great flavor, fresh and the fries were awesome too! I've been two times and both times, the burger was excellent. My only complaint was the burger cheese fries. The burger needs to be chopped in smaller pieces and the melted cheese should be a sauce! Just my opinion. Support local and give them a try. read more

I ordered the 1/4 burger with American cheese, grilled onions, tomato, and grilled mushrooms accompanied with a side order of the fresh hand cut fries. Great burgers have great toppings, fresh high quality beef, a perfect ratio of fat to muscle, with a great bun. This burger like Stephen Curry, did not miss and made me wish I ordered the double burger. The 1/4 is a good size for lunch and the double burger for a starving stomach. The fries were hot and fresh, not salty. Lastly I ended the meal with fresh mini funnel cakes. You can order the funnel cake with honey, chocolate, powdered sugar, or Nutella.
