As a lifelong vegetarian, this was a very mediocre veggie burger experience. I ordered the PLNT Mushroom BBQ Bacon Burger with a side of Green Bean Fries. First, the value isn't great cost to portion wise, leaving me largely unsatisfied at the end of the meal. Second, my burger order was also incorrect, with no sauce on the side. The burger itself lacked character and was lost amidst unimpressive toppings. The gluten-free bun was dry and crusty. Overall, nothing tasted very fresh. The fries offered more flavor and uniqueness with the quinoa, corn, flax coating. I wish they'd come with more than a tablespoon of sauce though. Unfortunately, I will be hard pressed to give PLNT Burger another try.

5 stars for the food! 3 stars for the kitchen staff manners and cleanliness. Tried PLNT burgers for the first time and honestly it tastes GREAT. No meaty smell (duh) and their patty is just seasoned perfectly. Buns are not dry either! I've only tried their impossible burgers but perhaps I'll try fish / chicken burgers one day. If you are in the area and looking for a healthy meal, PLNT Burger is your spot!

I was in the Columbia Whole Foods and then right after checking out my groceries...hunger struck me like lightening. Instead of driving out of the parking lot, we turned around from the checkout and tried this place. What was meant to be a snack split between two people could easily have been double the order and then add some fries. Don't sleep on their mushroom bacon burger!!! If you've ever had a smash burger before, this plant -based alternative surpasses it!!! The sauce is fire, the bread has a nice ample mouth feel, and the mushrooms are marinated and cooked as a beautiful finish. Will be back to try some more!

Ordered from Colombia location, and noticed the chicken patty and lil dippers looked different and asked team members there about it who said they "squish" them now. Confused, we called the silver spring location and were told that the chicken patty has changed to Tindle chicken patties and was told it was gluten free however the Tindle website says otherwise about their products. The allergen info on the plnt burger website has not changed to reflect this new item and the menu still says Meati chicken patties when I ordered from the Colombia location. Very upsetting to be served a product I did not order and not have accurate allergen info. My spouse also ordered the lil dippers and noted how different they were compared to previous orders, likely another Tindle product and not the regular lil dippers. New products were very unappetizing compared to previous experiences, if these new items are permanent we do not plan to eat here in the future.

I've been to this PLNT Burger on multiple occasions and it's always been quality. I've had so many items from their menu and they do extremely well at recreating classic meals while putting a Vegan twist on it. On this day, I had the bbq mushroom burger, the spicy chik'n sandwich & the vegan chili and cheese fries. Everything was delicious and I got my food in about 8 minutes which was also a pleasant surprise. This location is inside of a Whole Foods grocery store so you won't get all of the bells and whistles of a regular restaurant, but what they lack in terms of seating, privacy, etc. they overcompensate for with pleasant service and yummy food. I think you will enjoy this Plnt burger location as much as I do. Their consistency is unmatched.

Ive come here twice this week the food is always fresh and the service is good. I came for strawberry milk shakes, they should have an option to add Oreos to the milk shake option. I love their food and the options they have. I also appreciated not seeing any crazy food handling concerns while there. They were busy and focused, you could tell. They had it where you could place your own order from their tablet, so it's contactless and they would just assist as needed, that was very different, but I can respect it.

I was pleasantly surprised this week after trying PLNT Burger for the 3rd time. The previous times I've gone, I tried their PLNT cheeseburger and chik'n sandwich, and I remember thinking they were fine but nothing I was excited to go back for. This time I tried the steakhouse burger (apparently new to the menu as of 1/25/2022) and I thought it was excellent. The portobello mushroom pieces really brought out a *natural* type of meatiness that the other sandwiches seemed to lack. The potatoes, caramelized onions, and steak sauce also contributed to an excellent combination of flavor and texture. The sweet potato fries were also very good. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, not greasy. The outer crisp seemed to have a thin layer of tempura or something which was nice. The large fries actually is quite a bit of potato to eat, even though it might not look like it from the package. We tried some sauces with the fries - the maple mustard was good. The chipotle (?) sauce was not bad but I think the sweetness of the maple paired better. The herb sauce was mild and hard to taste with the fries. The barbecue sauce was a little overpowering with its sweetness. And of course, ketchup went great with the fries. I didn't think the sandwich needed any additional sauce so I didn't try them on there. We also tried the blood orange soda which was refreshing and not too sweet. The food was a little pricey but I think I'd go back every so often to get this combination again or to try some of the other things on the menu.

I'm TRYING (not really, lol) to be more healthy and adventurous when it comes to food, I thought I'd give eating a plant-based burger a try. As an added incentive, I saw a groupon offer which motivated me even more. Plnt Burger is located inside Whole Foods. When you go through the entrance, make a left and go all the way down to the other end of the store. You will see the bake shop and Plnt Burger is to the right. They have counter seats which are currently closed. When I got to the register to place my order, I told the server I had a groupon. She informed me that I had to spend $16. Not sure why since it clearly says $15. I sucked up the extra dollar, but it's just the principle. You should honor what you say. I ordered a regular cheeseburger meal which included one side and a 10 oz. drink. I chose the sweet potato crinkles (+.30 addl charge for upgrade) as my side, sweet chili as my snack sauce, and root beer for my drink. I also ordered the crispy herb fries and a maple mustard as the sauce. Note, an order of fries come with one sauce. Flavors include: Garden Herb, Bloomie Spice, Maple Mustard, Sweet Chili. Each additional sauce cost 25 cents. For a snack, I got a chocolate chip cookie. I was really hoping that I would like the plant-based burger, but was disappointed with my experience. I didn't like the taste or texture. I wasn't sure if I would even be able to finish it, but I did. At least I can say I tried. I don't typically choose sweet potato fries as a side, but so glad I did. That was my favorite and the highlight of my meal. I would go back for just that! The cookie was good too. It reminded me of a chewy Chips Ahoy cookie. When I got home I realized that I may have gotten the same sauce even though I requested two different ones. I believe I got two of the Maple Mustard. I really enjoyed the flavor. I typically don't enjoy regular mustard, only if it's sweetened. In short, I would choose to eat a salad or a vegetarian entree over a plant-based burger any day. Proud of myself for trying something new. If I ever happen to stop by Whole Foods to shop, I would definitely come back for a snack or their fries.

We also loved their taco offerings which includes some fun vegetarian options like like spicy fried mushrooms and fried avocado as well as our first ever bison meat taco along with mahi mahi, chicken tinga, and carne asada. We did not expect it but it may be the best tacos we've had. We had their seasonal strawberry margarita which may have been the best margaritas we have had along with an excellent local rose wine. Ambiance is nice and upscale for a brewery and our service at the bar was very quick and some of the most attentive we have had. We certainly look forward to returning.

The place was packed on a Friday evening and we eventually got two seats at the bar with the help of a friendly patron. The place is large, loud and lively. I must say most of their beers are not my favorite. Too many sours and other beers that feel like they are trying too hard to be exotic. I tried their Shore pilsner and even that was a bit odd. I like lighter beers like pilsners, kolsches and hefeweizens so if I lived here I would try some of their non-beer options because I would be back for the food.

The duck fries as an appetizer were good but needed to be seasoned with a little more salt. I had a strawberry salad with some grilled chicken that was good with the greens, but dry as the desert with the chicken and borderline inedible. Here's the twist!!! My two compadres both had the grilled cheese and lobster sandwich. They both looked at me sheepishly and said, you f ed up!!! The staff are nice, but service and the kitchen seemed a bit slow on a Sunday early afternoon towards the very end of brunch despite the area we were seated only had a few tables filled. The Crab Cake Eggs Benedict was nothing special - feeling like a flat, single-note dish.. Perhaps it was that the hollandaise sauce lacked the acidity (usually from lemon juice) to brighten the dish. Or, that the nod to Maryland - the Old Bay honey - drizzled around the edges of the dish wasn't enough to elevate it to something that is savored with each bite. The Fluffernutter Blondie is a good dessert choice if you love blondies and peanut butter. Although, it was a bit drier than I'd like, the texture was still soft.

It turned out there is a large, free, public parking lot less than half a block from the restaurant. Our reservations were for 3:00 which worked out perfectly. We missed the buffet crowd before us and the dinner crowd after. We checked in at the front desk and were lead to our booth, which was tucked away in a corner and so cozy and comfortable. Our waitress, Lori, came by to check on us and to see if we needed anything. She was wonderful our whole dining experience. The rest of our party soon arrived and we ordered drinks and some appetizers. When our granddaughter, Ashley, ordered an alcoholic drink our waitress carded her. While checking the ID the waitress' face lit up and she smiled as she realized it was a few days past Ashley's 21st birthday. For appetizers we ordered fried green tomatoes, fried lobster bites, and duck oil fries. It wasn't long before every bit of the appetizers were eaten. For our meals I ordered crab soup and an entree salad, Our daughter ordered onion soup and a hamburger. For the rest of our party there was another hamburgers ordered, a crab cake, a seafood dish, and a fried chicken sandwich. One down side to the meal was my crab soup was awful. It tasted like tomato juice with frozen vegetables and some crabmeat. (Awful crab soup? This is Maryland, it should be better than that.) I passed it down to Richard. My salad was very good, nothing outstanding, but fresh enough and quite generous. Everyone else was totally enjoying their food. Ashley only ate about half of her seafood stew, but since she had eaten over half of the lobster bites, that was not surprising. For dessert daughter ordered cheese cake to carryout. Ashley ordered some fancy piece of cake. Of course it came with Happy Birthday written in frosting across the bottom of dish. We had had requested not a big birthday fuss so that was perfect. All in all it was a nice birthday lunch. I think arriving mid day, having Lori for our waitress, and everyone if good spirits made it perfect. I would definitely be happy to go back again, especially if we could get a cozy booth with Lori as our waitress.

We came here for Father's Day lunch. This was my first time coming to this restaurant, and I…read morethought this would be a nice place, judging by all the great reviews. BUT no. Save your money. Warning the review is long. TLDR: service is so bad and so expensive for shitty quality food. Though their coffee and sangria were delicious. We were seated promptly and while waiting for the rest of my family arrived the waiter brought us water. He claimed the appetizers were good for sharing so I was expecting the portions to be good. Our party was 8 adults and 2 kids. We got 4 appetizers and it's good we got 4 of them because had we gotten 1 or 2, literally everyone would get like 1/2-1/4 piece of appetizer. So not sure why he said the appetizer was good sharing size. Also I want to note these appetizers are not cheap. They were very expensive for the amount you get. You would think if you paid $20-$22 per app you would get more. Literally paying for an entree with significantly less food. Onto the food: The waiter claimed that the Lemongrass chicken was "juicy". We got two of these and it was SO SO DRY. The Mediterranean salad I got was so salty. And the mussels that I also ordered were disappointing. I want to say 60% of the mussels were closed. This indicates that these might have been undercooked, poor quality or simply did not get checked. The mussels were so salty as well. What really pissed me off is that my mom ordered the shrimp tacos. Nothing complicated about that right? Well they never came out. We find out that there was a mixup so they sent it to a different table and we're "working" on a new one. Tell me why almost two hours later they never came out till we asked for the check? Then they magically come out in a to-go container. Literally the sloppiest mess you can imagine. How is that acceptable? You're telling me it took 2 hours to make this pile of shit? And what's even more absurd is their own menu says it comes with fries. Well in that small ass container they did not include fries. I asked about this and they looked confused and said it should come with fries and that they would get it. I have never experience such ABYSMAL, ATROCIOUS service. Sure the waiters and front staff were nice but nice doesn't make up for the terrible service. Something is going on in the kitchen for sure. Why does it take 1 hour for appetizers to come out. And then 45 min after only 3 people's meals come out. In polite company you would wait for everyone's food to come out to begin eating, but idk what they were doing back there that there was such a delay. Once the 4 of us finished our meal well the 5 people's food comes out, they got an entire order wrong. Ordered a kids pepperoni pizza and they brought cheese. We told the waiter that this was wrong and literally 5 min after he brings what I can say is the SAME DAMN CHEESE PIZZA with pepperoni slices right on top and a bit of Parmesan cheese. We could tell it was the same pizza because the pepperoni were sitting right on top like someone just added it on. We complained to the manager and he brought a new pepperoni pizza that was good this time. We had to ask multiple times for condiments and water refills. I could give a little leeway if this restaurant was so busy but it was not busy at all. Our waiter kept peeking over at us and not coming over like he was scared. And if your service is gonna be this bad, at least the food should be good but no. You have terrible service and shitty food that you're paying $$$ for. And gratuity being included is laughable because the service provided was not worth an almost $80 tip. We had to get up and find the waiter to ask for the check and where the hell the shrimp tacos were. In the end they tried to comp only the pizza and the shrimp tacos, but that was unacceptable. They did comp the appetizers. But they tried to give us brunch vouchers but why the hell would we come back to this place that had terrible service?? Make it make sense. And now that I review the 1 star reviews, it is consistent with everything we experienced. Terrible service, missing food, and hunting down the staff. Also the owner responds to bad reviews with AI responses. Shame.
