This Arby's is Ok. I mean that nicely :-). An Arby's day means I'm in a hurry, and i want to know I'll get exactly what i expect. Here the food is always hot and fresh, and the people at the drive-thru are always nice. This time (Dec 2025) I tried their brisket sandwich. Nice! Piled pretty high and smothered in cheese and onions. They kept it tender and moist. And those piping hot crinkle-cut fries, crispy outside, pillowy soft inside. After having to back out of the drive-thru because nobody stopped me and a car had broken down at the service window, I had to go inside to order. The manager took my order and wasn't really listening because I said I wanted a Deluxe burger with just the burger, bun and raw onions. He asked if I wanted cheese. I reiterated that I wanted a Deluxe burger with just the meat patty, the bun and raw onions. Then I ordered a medium roast beef and crinkle fries. He put in curly fries but somehow delivered crinkle fries. I get home and give my wife her burger which was burned black and inedible. Also there were no onions. I tried calling the store but the phone rang until it just stopped after about thirty times. I wrote my complaint to Arby's corporate. We will see what happens. Understanding that this is fast food, which has its own vibe, I'd still prefer to find it enjoyable. We chose fish sandwiches, one with cheese and one without. I couldn't taste the cheese at all and the fish was pretty dry. There was no one in the drive through line and our order came quickly. We didn't go inside. My first mistake was going there but my choices of drive thru nearby are limited. My second mistake was not checking my receipt and my food. I ordered the classic roast beef with cheddar. I got I guess the sandwich on the shown receipt which was brisket with an unmelted piece of "I don't know what" kind of cheese. The French fries were crispy brown and inedible. I asked for crinkle fries and I got a mixture of both curley and crinkle. The guy behind me probably got my delicious roast beef and cheddar. We shall never know. Decent food, friendly but slow service both inside and at the drive in. They have lots of parking and it's easy to get in and out.

The most RUDE employee ever. The Hispanic man working the drive thru window was unbelievably rude when I simply asked for some sauce packets... crazy request right? Ok so what can you really expect from fast food? Fast? Well I think we've all seen it we have to be patient and wait. No problem right? Well I arrived There were 2 cars in the drive-through, and another car behind me. Instead of going through the drive-through I decided to park and go inside. I walked inside and stepped up to the counter there was nobody else in line. But there were a few customers in the store actually eating. I waited at the counter for about 3 minutes. It was about 3:15 when I arrived and the next time I looked at my phone it was 318 and I had still not had an employee come up. I would say they were busy, but like I said that there were only 3 cars in the drive-through and I looked outside and I had only seen one more car pull in parpolynn. The 5 employees that were there did appear to be at work except 2 which were literally standing and doing nothing. I tried to clear my throat to get one of their Attention. A man turned around looked at me and said yeah 1 second. Except that it wasn't 1 second I waited another 4 minutes. Meanwhile I did not see this guy move positions at all, he literally stayed right where he was just talking to another employee. Eventually after almost 10 minutes I just walked out of the store. Every single car that was in the drive-through when I arrived was now out of the drive-through. Why they were being such dicks in the store and not even serving anybody I don't understand. However I can definitely say that was probably the worst fast food experience I've experienced because there was nothing there. It wasn't like they were busy it wasn't like they were cleaning, it was in the middle of the day. There was no lunch rush and yet there was also no service even with the abundance of Lazy, unhelpful, rude, employees. read more

This restaurant chain is a complete paradox. The sandwich which made them famous...the roast beef...is now so bland and generic....you will have trouble identifying the type of meat it was if you didnt know the name of the restaurant or saw its beef brown color. That sandwich is barely edible...my kids wont even eat it. However their specialty sandwiches are a different story.....and quite edible and good. Favorite here is the ruben...but no where near the best I have tasted. The 5 for 5.95 is a great deal for families...and saved me some money when feeding the 7 people in my family. Holla! This is what my husband says when he sees an Arby's. I'm not an Arby's roast beef sandwich fan, but I really like their other sandwiches. I like the chicken salad and the fried chicken with lettuce and tomato. Get the combo with the curly fries and you can't go wrong. What I love about this Arby's is that they have a huge soda dispenser dispensing my favorite, Diet Mountain Dew. They also have 9 different sauces/condiments you can dispense in those little paper cups. This place is clean and looks like it was last renovated in the early 90s. read more

So this Arby's is a prime example of getting what you pay for. As many of you all know, I HATE spending more than the value of a product or service. Some places offer you less in hopes that a name or one signature service or product will justify the expense. Not here... I found this Arby's to be clean, friendly and knowledgeable service, and delicious food. The staff was busy actually working. (Sounds like a given, right? I've seen staff, at other places that shall remind nameless, only acknowledge you after they have finished phone calls or socializing with other staff.) Surprisingly the food was actually. Good . I came in because I sAw the 5$ deal I asked the cashier about it , he said we also have a 1$ sliders I have got the buffalo chicken( fav) jalapeño beef , and corned beef . All of them are good , I also got th 1$ small drink and 1$ cookie because he told me it's happy hour right now before 5 pm . Kudos to the cashier telling me about it . Friendly cashiers and workers . My girlfriend and myself have been here three times within the past couple of months. Each and every time the service has been outstanding, with helpful and friendly people doing their jobs well. The food has been excellent as well, and the restaurant is very clean. I don't write many reviews, but this Arby's deserves to be recognized as an outstanding place to eat. The service at Arbys in Ellicott City has vastly improved over the past few months. I find myself frequenting the drive-thru atleast twice a week. Their curly fries are awesome and so are their milkshakes, even though my stomach no longer agrees with milkshakes. I sometimes get one anyway and just deal with the pain later. The Jamoca shake is sooo worth it. Some locations have a Reuben sandwich that has both corned beef and turkey on it which is absolutely amazing. This location does not have it on their menu. Another thing that is great is mixing the peach tea with fruit punch. Between that drink and the Kings Hawaiian smoke house brisket, I'll be coming here a lot more often. read more

I've never been inside, but have gone thru the drive thru and it was pretty fast and the food fairly consistent. My Arby's go to items are mozzarella sticks (genius, why don't more fast food places carry them?!) and the salads. Gotta balance some veggies with those deep dried mozz sticks! Just make sure they throw the marinara sauce in the bag. They forgot it once and it was quite disappointing when I got home. read more

We got our food and went to get our drinks. The area with the condiments was filthy. There was ketchup spilled all over and several dirty napkins laying on the counter. When we went to get a table, they were all dirty. We sat at the cleanest of the dirty tables. I let the manager know, and he did send someone to take care of it.
