I placed an order online for in store pick up. I'm not much of a sandwich person, but I decided to give them a try since they had a great deal going. I don't like raw tomatoes, onions, cucumbers or celery. As you can see, my sandwich is looking pretty slim. Nonetheless, I ordered a Fetty Wrap Meal and a Turkey Tom Meal Deal. When I realized I wouldn't be able to pick up by noon, I called and changed the pickup time to 2pm. I still wasn't back in the area by then. A kind young lady called me to confirm if I was still picking up my order around 4pm, while I was en route. When I arrived, the restaurant was sparkling clean. I dined inside and discovered they have free refills on the fountain drinks. The house-made strawberry lemonade is 100/10. Just get it! I tried the regular house-made lemonade and it didn't taste as good. The sandwiches were actually tasty. Mine only had protein of choice, lettuce and mayo. However, the bread was fresh and soft. The inside fillings were stacked amply. Both meals cost only $1.26!!! Can't beat this deal. It was worth driving to experience this little gem for the very first time. read more

J is for Jimmy John's: Or JJ for short. Been to this Jimmy John's many times as it's the closest to my home and most overall experience. They are always friendly, fast, & have tasty subs. My g/f had never been to a Jimmy John's, and we went to this location for her 1st time on Saturday, April 12 for an early lunch. As I had a deal to try their new toasted subs. I got a roast beef & cheddar. It was delicious in spite of the toast looking a bit well done. My g/f got one of their favorites, and the cashier asked if she wanted it toasted, which she said yes. So, now it's an option for all subs, not just the new specialty subs. My g/f is a fan of Jimmy John's too now. Also, it's clean (including restrooms) & a comfortable environment. read more

Was on my way to get a chicken sandwich at Popeyes but then detoured to Jimmy Johns. Since it was my first time there, I decided to try the Vito, which I think was number 7 on their list. The sandwich tasted a bit too cheesy, I guess there cheese was sharp that it overcame the rest of the sub. It tasted much better when I removed the cheese. The staff at the restaurant was very friendly which even made it a better experience. Next time I'll try one other sandwich without cheese. read more

Delivery is the slowest of any Jimmy John's I have ever been to. They average 45 minutes or longer during the work week.

What is the point of having and using the app with coupons and saving if the staff do not know how to use them. I had free chips which I did not get because the person ringing up my purchase did not know how to ring it up. Then he said I could get $3.00 off of my favorite so I sad I just order my favorite meal . He said that could not be done because I ordered it on different bread. RIDICULOUS!! May suggest you train you staff to avoid the frustration I am feeling right now. read more

I live at the hotel right next door to Jimmy Johns in Jessup. I am in a wheelchair, so I order delivery even though the store is so close. I ordered a Vito sub combo meal yesterday by phone and was told it would arrive in 10 minutes. After a half hour, I called to check on it and was told they had become very busy and it would arrive soon. After another ten minutes, I opened my door and my food was sitting in the hallway. Whover brought it had neglected to inform me or to collect for the order. Sometime later, I got a call about not paying for the order. I told them to come and collect. I noticed on the receipt that the delivery fee was $5.97. The shop is 50 yards away! After all this, I decided on no tip. The guy who came to collect had no change, so I'm still owed $1.85 which I never got. By the way, the sub was quite tasty. read more

What do you get for your $12 lunch box and don't be considering steep, until I tell ya what you get - a huge half sub sandwich (this half is Big) - choose any sandwich you want. A small bag of chips, where there is more chip than air; I kid you not and a large drink, a perfectly crunchy dill pickle slice and a cookie (oatmeal or chocolate chip), the size of your hand, extending out to your finger tips, in size. I had been wanting to try them because I have gotten bored with Subway. Boy am I glad I tried them. I ordered on line and went in and picked up the sub. It was delicious I ordered the Italian and will be back again. Everything tasted so fresh and crispy lettuce and piled with meat. I was going to order a large and did but had about half to eat later. I have been ordering from the jessup location for a while now and have always been satisfied up until today. They have a new driver named Kim who delivered my sandwich to the wrong apartment and then had a stink attitude and try to tell me that she don't remember where she left it because she already left it's almost 90 degrees outside and you leaving a sandwich with mayonnaise outside when I distinctly asked politely for the driver to call me when she pulls up so I can meet her at the door. Now I'm afraid to order because I don't want nobody messing with my damn food. She just completely messed it up for me!!!! I got to wait 2 days for my money to be put back on my credit card and I'm still sitting here freaking hungry with my taste buds set on Jimmy John's. I will never order from this location ever again. Been to this location several times and the sandwiches are pretty good. Customer Service is dismal. Each time I have gone, the employees appear as though they are being forced to work there. Guess every place can't excel in customer service like Chik fil A. read more

Watch Out! Make sure you get your card back at the drive through. One of the clerks kept my card and tried to make a charge on it at the same Jimmy Johns 10 days later! Contacting Corporate office when they open. Will not do business here again! read more

What can I say beyond the fact it's a Jimmy John's. Excellent choice of sandwiches, fresh ingredients and reasonable prices. Superb customer service. The location is new and a little cramped but good for eating in or taking out. read more
