This is one of many Chick-fil-A locations, and like many of them, they seem to have a solid understanding of their products and company mission. They accept the rewards app without issue and know how to apply points/discounts correctly to orders--which is important to me because I love using my rewards. The service is consistently courteous and professional. When team members bring the food out to the car, they are respectful, approach the driver's side window cautiously and hand over the order carefully rather than rushing through the interaction. It's a small detail, but it makes a difference. Especially at night when it's uncomfortable to have people approaching your car in the dark. Most of the time we order takeout, but occasionly we go in and dine inside, the restaurant looks clean and organized. Decorations and ambience are nothing special - similar to other locations. The dining area and restrooms look clean, and there is clear signage directing customers to order and pickup areas. Staff members are also very helpful when it comes to guiding customers and answering questions. A detail about the location that we really enjoyed was having the Coffee News newsletter by the door - it was a thoughtful local touch and felt cozy. We usually place drive-up pickup orders, and the parking lot is generally decently organized. Nothing really different from other locations. My only complaint is during rush hours when traffic to get in and out becomes congested. Since the building sits on a corner, turning in from Executive Drive can be frustrating with so many vehicles trying to enter or pass by at once. Honestly, it can be easier to park in the nearby shopping center or next door bank and walk over. Occasionally, other customers park poorly and take up too many spaces, but that's more of a people problem than an issue for the business. Recently, we've been really disappointed by the food. We've heard that some menu items, such as the fries, have had recipe changes, and the difference is definitely noticeable. We typically order nuggets, chicken sandwiches, and fries, but they simply don't taste the same as they did years ago. On a recent trip, I tried the mac and cheese to switch it up because I haven't been enjoying the fries lately, and I couldn't finish it. I offered the rest to my partner to finish. Later, my partner and I felt that it didn't sit well with our stomachs. On the other hand, I still enjoy Chick-fil-A's breakfast menu. The Chicken Minis and chicken biscuit are our go-to for early mornings and road trips. We'll get coffee too but honestly we prefer to just get food here and then stop at a Dunkin or Starbucks because it's better. The only downside to breakfast is having to race over before morning breakfast service ends. It's just disappointing to have to default to having the typical entree when it's not as good as could've been with breakfast. Overall, we'll continue to visit for breakfast and maybe lunch or dinner. But this isn't anything special and definitely not my go-to fast food place. read more

Located by the very hectic BJ's gas station and Walmart shopping center, it's behind the Wendy's and tucked away beyond a mountain of snow. Very large Chick-fil-A with a double drive thru and a huge wraparound parking lot with tons of spots for curbside pickup orders and barely any for walk-in guests. There was no wait, the employee was chipper as they usually are, and my food was ready by the time I paid and used the restroom. I ordered medium waffle fries and 8-count nuggets, which were really greasy but hot and mostly fresh. I'm not a fast food eater, but do stop by fast food places to grab things for the family. And this time I was surprisingly pleased with this location. The Staff were friendly , service was quite efficient, even though our cashier was relatively new to the place. Their drive-through line was super long like most other Chick-fil-A locations., but the management was very well organized with staff outside to speed up the line. They are generous with sauce packets.This location is very spacious. Restrooms were clean. They used to open till 11 then changed to current schedule which is open till 10 PM. Location is convenient. Quick drive thru service! I'm obsessed with the seasonal peach milkshake so I had to get one. If you haven't tried one, you definitely should! Horrible service! This site has continued to decline in service for the last 6 months. Either a food item is left out of the order or a wrong food item is placed in the bag. The employees are not trained sufficiently to wait on customers inside and outside of the business. (The customer gets blamed by the "manager" for their employee not able to take the order correctly inside.) Outside of the business becomes a cluster when you have 3-4 untrained employees jamming up the line taking orders. No one carries a menu. Other Chik Filets on Johns Hopkins Rd, Laurel, Ten Oaks, Clarksville, Baltimore Pike and Towson provide excellent service. read more

We picked up food from the drive through, Got to our location and found a hair in our burrito. I called to try to resolve the issue and he said all he could do was remake the burrito and pick it up even though we are already so far away. I Asked for a refund and he said no. I believe it was Oscar who answered with "they wear hairnets in the back", So we ended up throwing away the burrito with a hair in it and getting no refund or anything. I was on my way to run errands and this location was on my way. I love that it's off of 100. A great location! I only wished the parking spaces weren't diagonal and that it wasn't only one way entrance and exit. Two cars drove through the lot carelessly. Fortunately I am cautious and took my time getting out of my parking space. I have come to this location once before and parking can be limited during peak time for lunch. I took advantage of my free breakfast sandwich and purchased hash browns. I thought my breakfast was cooked perfectly. Last time I was at the Dobbin Center location, it was overcooked and dry. The staff were friendly during my visit today and the restaurant was clean. I wish this location was closer to me as the food taste so much better than the Dobbin Center. Today is Jan 5th, and I broke my New Year's resolution by getting a chicken biscuit here. What distinguishes this establishment apart from its other locations was its peaceful ambiance. I came around 10 AM for a quick breakfast. Although the drive thru line outside was long, inside was empty and quiet. Interior is spacious and clean, and I really appreciated the fresh flowers at every table. The chicken biscuit was exactly how it should be, hot and steamy, but crispy on the outside. For a fast food restaurant, this place was definitely a different vibe. I was able to enjoy a relaxed breakfast and even get a little reading done. read more

I don't know what really happened. But I didn't order chicken strips from chick fila. I didn't know they sold chicken strips. I asked for a 12 piece chicken nuggets. I fill like I was robbed. It's not fun not dipping each chicken nuggets in my sauce. My Mac and cheese was cold. I only live 5 minutes away. I guess you should check your food before you leave. I was also laughing because my son curbside ordered from home and I received mine before his, because I walked in with a boot got my order and still waited for 5 extra minutes for him to receive his. This is the least functional Chick-fil-A drive thru ever. I usually carry out because the dining room staff are fantastic. They go out of their way to make my son smile every time. But the drive thru always forgets something. This morning it was my son's apple juice. We were only driving because we just came from the pediatrician. Luckily, one of few great team members they have made sure he at least got his ice cream cup because they saw him through the drive thru window. The worst part, the director was the one working the window and made a joke about wanting to eat the ice cream cup. The best thing about chic fil a is always the service. I stopped in here on my way home to grab something for me and my daughter. This parking lot can be a nightmare because there is only one way in and out. It get very crowded during peak hours. I used the app to order ahead so I didn't have to wait long. By far...the slowest CFA I have ever been to. The food was fresh and the service was friendly. But, I was here for 20 min and there were only 3 people in front of me. I have typically avoides this CFA over the years. Today's visit reaffirmed why. Simply the best! Chick-fil-A is ALWAYS the most efficient fast food restaurant, especially in drive tru's, and today was no exception. There was a fairly long line but it moved very quickly and we were out of there fast! The employees are always very nice as well. The food, as always, was delicious and remains my favorite fast-food out there. I do not live near any Chick-fil-A's, so I see it as a special treat whenever I am in Maryland visiting my grandparents. It is just so so so good. I got the 12 piece nuggets with fried and a chocolate milkshake (I normally get a lemonade but I wanted to switch it up today), and it, unsurprisingly, hit the spot. Driving back home (with a stop to pick up my 5 year old grandson on the way) after getting my daughter and 3 year old granddaughter at the airport we came here to get a drive thru order. Everyone was getting hungry! Their flight at the Thurgood Marshall Baltimore/DC airport arrived on time. However due to a mix-up over what DC airport I was picking them up at we did not get on the road until after 3:45 pm. So it was after 4 pm when we exited off the freeway onto a small access road on the left. An immediate left turn under an overpass got us to Chick-fil-A. The line for the drive thru looked a little long. For more than five minutes it didn't move at all. Once we started to move things were fine. To keep things simple they asked us to pull up to the window to sort out the payment. We had a lot points on my daughter's app to use from the several chicken nugget trays that were ordered for gatherings of friends and family recently. Along with pizza it is one of the popular fast food orders of parent's with preschool, kindergarten and grade school children. I had a free chicken sandwich card too. The discounts were quickly applied with the help of the manager. Then we pulled over to sort out the food. There were 2 small problems. We did not have enough of their Chick-fil-A sauce. It is a family favorite and we had requested extra. We also were missing a fork for the delicious Mac & cheese my granddaughter really likes. A fast run back to the drive thru window fixed this. My grilled chicken sandwich had cheese & bacon on it for extra flavor. The waffle fries were crispy and tasty. My daughter's chicken nuggets which are her favorite thing to order here were great especially with the Chick-fil-A sauce. I had it on my sandwich & fries! Wow, we have never seen a Chick-fill-A so packed - the line for the driveway was out to the street. Actually, when we went inside we hit it at the right time - not much of line to order. Wilma was very welcoming and so efficient taking our order. The food arrived as we were being seated. Our order was perfect. The grandchildren shared a large Peppermint Chocolate Chip Milkshake, which they declared to be delicious. We all enjoyed the regular chicken sandwich. The kids also had the waffle fries. By the time we left, the line for ordering inside was to the door and the drive thru line was still out to the street. I ordered nuggets and 2 waters at the speaker and when I got to the window the chick-fila worker said she rung it up as nuggets and 2 fries and proceeded to give me the bag with the wrong order and still charged me for it. I asked if I could at least get my 2 waters and she replied that their kitchen had closed and she didn't ring up 2 waters so she couldn't give them to me.
