I hadn't had Hardee's since I was a child 40 years ago and I decided to try their breakfast. I ordered four different breakfast meals (had to share) and they were all absolutely amazing. On another day I tried another two meals and loved them as well. The staff was incredibly friendly. The quality was great and the service was fast. Convinced my kids we were going to have Hardee's for lunch. LOVE their burgers! Got here, four g through the drive threw and placed my order, asking for Lite Ice in my sodas. I drive around to the window and see the young man fill the cup with more ice than I desired. I wrapped in the window and said if that is my cup it has to much ice in it. He tells me it is t yours. Then I watch him put Diet Coke in it, set it aside, make the rest of our drinks, and then proceed to hand me our drinks, including the Diet Coke which I already had told him had more ice than I desired. He says to me "it is light ice, I did t even put to full scoops." I asked him if I could talk to a manager. She comes over, picks up the cup, swishes it around and tells me it is lite ice. I said "I watched him make it and put in more ice than I desired." She continues to tell me it is fine. At this point t I am like " I do t need to eat here, I am going to go somewhere else." BOTTOM LINE: 1). When a customer tells you, before you even go and put the soda in the cup, that it has more ice then he'd like, dump some out into the sink. 2) When you are a Manager and a customer expresses a concern take it to heart and don't ignore their concern or issue. Yup, it's a Hardee's alright. I have a buddy who lives close to here, and I was excited when he told me about this Hardee's right down the street. Now it's my go-to spot if I am visiting him and need something that's fast and healthy. Healthy? We're talking about Hardee's, right? Yes we are. The great thing about Hardee's is that they give you choices. Sure, they got killed in the press for the 1300 calorie 2/3rds pound Monster Thickburger with 4 slices of bacon. But you can also get their new Atlantic Grilled Cod Sandwich, which comes in at 350 calories if you cut the tartar sauce. And did you know they do lettuce wrap burgers? It's called a low carb burger, and the 1/4 low-carb little thickburger with cheese, tomato, and mustard is only 260 calories. It's all about giving the consumer the choices, and letting them decide what they want. Service at this location has been generally good, although I'm typically in here late when they are about to close and there isn't a rush. read more

Hardee's drive through was great -- that would have been 5-stars. But my wife wanted to try one of their new "Original Beyond Thickburgers".. I've tried a few of the other plant-based 'burgers' but this one was without a doubt the worst I've ever tried. If it werent for the bun and the toppings it wouldn't have resembled a burger at all. Because of that experience I don't think I'll ever go to Hardee's again; there are just too many other choices that are beyond exceptional - and the Hardee's at Lake Shore Plaza in Pasadena also has a 5 Guys that has never failed. read more

Yup, I'm doing it. Blame it on the election, but I think I'd rather write a review of a fast food restaurant than read the news. The chicken sandwich and fries came out hot, crispy, and quickly. One store associate even went around asking people if they enjoyed their food. Can't ask for more in a fast food joint. read more

I love this place. The staff is super cool and they are always smiling. Their food is hot and fresh. There is a woman named Tina that works there and she is always friendly and she always has a smile on her face. The store is clean every time I go in there. First off, the service here was fantastic. The man was super nice and even through in a couple more chicken strips for me for free. The cleanliness of the restaurant was great, everything was so clean! Overall, this is so much better than any other fast food restaurant. The food was the best. read more
