Awesome lunch spot near my office a coworker introduced me to. It's a popular place, but even when there's a line, things move quickly and before I know it, I have my food and am out the door. The space is smallish, but has plenty of seating. I've only ordered with Lisa, and I admire how she strives to remember her patron's names. She's very nice. I've ordered the shrimp salad sandwich every time I've been, and it's always excellent. I think I may up myself to the shrimp salad sub though! Reasonable prices, good customer service, and delicious food. Can't beat it! read more

My coworkers recommended this place! The food took 6 minutes to finish even though there was a long line of people ordering. The food is to die for!! Excellent! I was in Columbia on a business trip and wanted to grab a sandwich to fill my stomach, without much concern for food quality. To my surprise, a very kind young lady greeted me warmly with a big smile. I ordered an egg sandwich with ham, cheese, and butter, toasted on wheat bread. After just one bite, I was so happy. Listen!!! I have been coming to Bi-Bi, previously Jae's, for years! I absolutely LOVE this place! I swear it is like the neighbor deli that you see in the movies!! The staff is awesome, superb customer service! Always friendly, always accommodating, always smiling! I normally call in my order before I come in and the lovely lady on the phone always knows that's it is me. I find it fascinating that she can remember my name! I am sure she remembers other frequent customers too. As for the food, I have tried many items on the menu and everything has been great! But, my go-to, the Buffalo chicken platter with blue cheese! The platter is so tasty! The perfect amount of heat and sweet! The chicken strips are fat and fried perfectly and they give you crinkle fries!! Bibi cafeteria is my go to spot for lunch and breakfast. The food is always fresh, but the customer service is beyond. The wonderful ladies who run the establishment will know your name within your first order & and they will make sure your order is right with condiments and utensils especially to your liking. I feel respected and appreciated which makes me enjoy coming to this establishment. The omelette and fried tenders are amazing, do not forget to ask for their delicious buffalo sauce. read more

I was here last when they were Jae's and had a really good Brie sandwich but keep missing coming back since I'm rarely here on a weekday. So today I finally got back and it is Bi Bi. The cashier is upbeat even though a queue of hungry people. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. The five at the grill are very professional with orders just like in chef's kitchens. The fries are good though the burger is really good. They put a bunch of ketchup which I don't use in the bag though if it were out on the counter side customers would likely stock their houses with it. read more

Very impressive for a casual lunch restaurant. The staff is very friendly, and have surprisingly good memory. They will greet you with your first name after the first visit, and remember any particular requests/modifications with your order. Food quality is excellent for the price, great portions, very neat and clean shop inside. I hope they are able to move to a better location in the future. My friend and I tried this place on a whim one day and boy were we not disappointed. I got the chicken tenders and she got the buffalo chicken wrap. Both were absolutely delicious. The tenders were seasoned to perfection and the portion was very generous. The buffalo sauce for the buffalo chicken is also the best combination of sweet, tangy, and spicy. The other day, I also went back for breakfast and got the western omelet platter and can I say, one of the best omelets I've had in a while. The flavor was on point and I don't know what ketchup they use but it's also the perfect blend of tanginess and sweetness. One time I got it with bacon and that was really good. I also like their chicken tenders and fries. It also comes with coleslaw which is okay but not my favorite. Came in for lunch on a rainy Friday afternoon. There were many customers but thankfully no line. Avocado Fantasy wrap - good. I put some blue cheese/buffalo sauce in for extra flavor. I have been to Bi Bi now on 3 separate occasions, and have been impressed each time. Twice for breakfast and once for lunch. This place is truly my favorite local spot during the day.... The people, the food, the prices, ALL phenomenal! I absolutely love the owners, who will oftentimes remember your name and order! The buffalo chicken tenders are the best I've ever had. Let me tell you though, the fried shrimp platter might be the best fried shrimp (including nice restaurants) EVER. Absolutely wonderful First Timer experience today! I decided to try something new so I stopped in for a late lunch with fully intended on getting a wrap or salad as per other Yelp reviews. I really didn't have a taste for anything so when the lady in front of me ordered and recommended the Buffalo chicken tender platter, I went for it. Goodness....it was amazing...sooo good. I have been working in this business park since September but only recently tried Bi Bi Cafeteria during my move to the area. Bi Bi's has been perfect convenient option during a stressful time, where I wasn't able to make and pack my usual lunches. I usually order my food about five minutes before I walk over to pick it up. I have only ordered their BLT sandwich on white toast and salt vinegar chips. The total comes to about $7, and find that it's pretty worth it for convenience and taste. The ratio of bacon to lettuce, tomato, and mayo is perfect. Stumbled on this little gem while driving back to New York City with my family. We had to grab a quick lunch before embarking on our long drive up I95. Asked the proprietor what was good and she said that their buffalo chicken strips were a hot item - so I ordered that. I also wanted a little taste of Maryland so I ordered the shrimp wrap (seasoned with old bay) and my wife ordered a philly cheese steak. I was thrilled with the food. The buffalo chicken strips had a spicy AND sweet taste. It wasn't just the same old buffalo sauce...a little twist that makes it different. The philly cheese steak was delicious. Bread had good bite and held the meat well. The meat tasted fresh and well prepared. The shrimp wrap was perfectly seasoned with the right amount of old bay - not too much and not too little. Definitely worth the stop. I am looking forward to getting the food again when we go back down to Maryland. read more

Ice cream with crepes are one of my favorite type of crepes, and that's exactly what I ordered; a crepe with ice cream. I walked in and the cafe was bustling with people enjoying their meal, and the workers preparing meals. It was a full house, however, I was able to grab a table for two. French Toast Crepe: this simple yet tasty crepe fit the bill. It had cinnamon flavor with whipped cream and I opted for a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It didn't come with fruit which I will add next time (yes, there will be a next time). Belgium Waffle: another simple item yet the batter was better than I expected. It didn't come with toppings. It came with a lite dusting of powdered sugar and came with room temperature butter. Chai Latte: this was good on the first sip. It seemed watered down and I would have preferred more flavor. Then again, I'm not a regular drinker of chai latte, and my daughter seemed to enjoy it. So don't count this out. When we ordered the staff gave us a disclaimer the crepe would take about 25 minutes. I gave her my order and I inform them of my coupon I had from T-Mobile and that's when everything changed. The manager got really nasty with me and said I couldn't use it and that it had expired. I informed her I placed the order online for pick up the next day and already paid and that it wasn't expired when I placed the order. I also showed her the QR code that was still in my app at that time although it did show an expiration date of the day prior, it was still there. She made a big fuss about it and stated that I wasn't able to use it and how it was expired. At this moment I found myself getting upset because I clearly paid for my meal the day prior and if I wasn't able to use the coupon, why did it allow me to. I definitely would not have wasted my time and would have made other arrangements for lunch. I wasn't doing anything unjust and I didn't appreciate her tone she now took with me. I was about to leave without my food and she stated that she would make an exception for me this time. I paused as I thought about how wrong this felt, then stated it wasn't an exception, it was the right thing to do since their website was malfunctioning. I have used codes like this many times before and purchased food days in advance to make sure I was still able to take advantage of the promo code. Other restaurants you're not able to do it. How am I supposed to know this was a restaurant where you couldn't do it when the order went through successfully? I really do not like when people who have the ability to correct whatever the problem is tells you they're not going to do it again. What sense does that make? I used to go there all the time when I worked close by and that was always fantastic. Went back recently after 7 years give or take on an anniversary date and the place was exactly how I remembered it. Great. Lisa and her sister still there being as amazing as they always were.
