I arrived around lunchtime. The location was very busy. The ambiance was not bad at all. I was probably in line for about 5-10 minutes before placing my order. Since it was my first time trying Jersey Mike's, the wait provided some time to decide what to order. I had seen some really good reviews about the Portabella Mushroom and Swizz, so I decided to give it a try. As a newcomer, when it was time to order, the process appeared a little unconventional and somewhat disorganized, but ultimately it worked out. The person took my order and made some recommendations about what to add and what not to add to the sandwich. Since I prefer my food a little spicy with a variety of flavors, I included some crushed hot peppers and banana peppers. After ordering, there was about an additional 10-15 minute wait for the sandwich to be ready. The wait was a little long, but the sandwich was perfect. The flavors and everything about it were amazing. Now that I have tried the sandwich, I must order one again soon. It really was perfect from start to finish. read more

Yeahhhh, so no. I was on my home from an overnight trip to VA and just wanted to grab something fast and relatively easy and healthy so I ended up here. One young man took my order, then relayed it to another worker. Not sure if he relayed it wrong, or the second guy misunderstood. Anyways, I ended up with turkey instead of roast beef in my 'bowl' so I re-stated my order. He did remake my order. I ended up with this mess. It tasted okay but you know, looks are everything. To begin with, we entered the establishment without receiving any acknowledgment. Subsequently, the bread appeared stale and hard. The quality of a sandwich greatly depends on the bread used. Considering the cost, I anticipate a higher standard. Although my family and I are loyal patrons of Jersey Mike's, this particular branch is extremely disappointing. Friendly staff Decent quality meats wish they had more veggie options Seating available if you'd like to dine in but most people just order and go. The restaurant is small but not claustrophobic small. Took us a while to order since it was my youngest 1st time ever trying a cold cut so once we narrowed down what he wanted we ordered. He wanted the original Italian #13 and I just wanted a salad. His sandwich was made and my salad was started then she made 4 other sandwiches before finishing my salad. I ordered today from this Jersey Mike's through GrubHub as I was tied up at work and couldn't get away. I have to say I was super disappointed. First, my order was late. That may be on GrubHub or on the restaurant, I can't really say. All I know is this place is a mile from me and it took an hour to get here. Second, I ordered two unsweet iced teas (Pure Leaf) but received one sweet iced tea. I can't begin to explain how much I can't stand sweet tea, so not only did I pay for two but basically got none as I won't drink the sweet tea. Third, I ordered a #13 Italian Sandwich. This part they got right. The sandwich was just what I ordered, perfectly made, had all the added ingredients I asked for, and tasted delicious. As this is the bread and butter of their business I am really glad they got this right. Lastly, I ordered a chocolate chip brownie. It was completely stale. It was so stale it fell apart into dry chocolate dust when I unwrapped it. No exaggeration. It was totally inedible. So that makes two teas and one brownie that were a waste of money. Pretty standard Jersey Mike's location. I love coming here for their big kahuna chicken cheese steak sandwich. Don't come here when they are just opening, they are not ready. We came here 10 minutes after opening. They were all looking for pens to write down orders they did not put any of the nozzles back on the soda machine yet and soda would spray everywhere. My wife and I love Jersey Mike's Subs. Whenever we go and wherever their subs are pretty consistent. We range from Turkey/Provolone to club supremes (mike's way) to the hot subs, Chicken or Regular Philly. I want this review to focus on this specific location on a specific time. I visited about 10:40am on Thursday - 9/12. I need the business owner to know exactly when so they can know exactly who I am talking about. I was helped by 3 young men. Their service was IMPECCABLE. The kindest, generous and most attentive employees I have ever encountered at a Jersey Mike's. They got my order first time without me having to repeat myself, they made small talk, addressed everyone that entered and made my visit enjoyable. Seriously, these guys were awesome and need to be rewarded. They made a fan out of me and made this my primary JM of choice. read more

I decided to stop by for lunch. There were couple people in front of me in line waiting for someone to take order. Apparently they received a huge catering order and they were busy working on that and wasn't taking new orders for a bit. A lady in front of line flipped out and one of the staff talked back to the lady saying they're going fast as they can and they're just going to have to wait. Once the lady walked out pissed off, the line seemed to move pretty smoothly. I ordered giant big kahuna cheesesteak. I was here last Friday and noticed one of the employees not wearing her mask correctly. She had it on but it was not covering her mouth or nose. This same young lady took her already used gloves off to grab money but then turned around and put those same gloves back on while touching people food. She even went and grabbed a handful of bacon still wearing those same gloves. Prior to Covid, that's just not sanitary in general. There is an entire mandate order out requiring everyone to wear a mask, as well as, staff washing their hands at least every 30min. Wearing a mask and practicing good hygiene especially when handling food should NOT be an option. She most DEFINITELY should not be reusing the same gloves!!! Word of Advice: When you take off your gloves get a new pair. Gloves in general carry a lot of germs and bacteria. Maybe even wash your hands after handling money and touching the cash register. Do not put your used gloves back on to cut anyone's sandwich and then go grab bacon to put on someone else's sandwich while wearing those same gloves. Instead of exercising your right to wear or not to wear a mask. Maybe exercise being a considerate human being and follow the mandatory guidelines. Being young does not exclude you from catching Covid-19 and possibly passing it on to someone else who may not be so lucky. I want to feel comfortable knowing that when I order from any food establishment that the workers are practicing good hygiene, wearing a mask, and socially distancing even amongst each other. Everyone else in this establishment had their mask on except her. She didn't even attempt to cover her face even after I complained the first time when I noticed her moving from behind the glass doing multiple things. All I can say is Turkey provolone please!! Yummy sandwich. I was turned on to this establishment through my sister. She had to get off the phone from talking to me to pay attention to her sandwich. I thought that was hilarious but it also had me intrigued when she said she was hooked and had it delivered at least once a week. I placed my order on line and it was ready for pickup. I came here Tuesday July 19th, 2022 for dinner. We just moved here, and I wasn't hungry for any "fast food" options, but Jersey Mikes was a place that has always done well. If you have only ever had Jersey Mike's, old, cold and at a party in the mini-sub catering pack (note to owner...stop catering it hurts your brand)- do yourself a favor and go to a store. Have a fresh made sub, review the menu, be bold, have it the way they want to make it. My experience on 10 May at this location changed my perception of this chain. It is easily an equal to my current local favorite Jimmy Johns. If there were a Jersey Mike's out here (IL), I would certainly alternate. Okay, go get a sandwich, enjoy it. There were two things I witnessed that give me hope for a generation of people who take a bit of a beating from us old folks. Of course there will always be special individuals and they demonstrate that in tiny little ways that many never notice. The first event, a young woman went over to manage the trash at the drink station. She saw that no one had put a bag in the big can. She paused a moment, then took the big can in the back, (imagine she dumped it into a bag/dumpster) and then brought it back with a bag in it. Yeah it matters, because the employee before her, didn't bother. Second event, there was a special needs guy with his mom (who also had some challenges), they didn't get his sandwich right. This is one of those chains that is a cut above the rest when compared to other like sub shops. Yes I said sub but I know some of you prefer, wedge, hoagie, hero, or grinder. Grinder shop? I think not. Any way first and foremost the subs here do cost a bit more but you will understand it once you start chomping down on one. The freshness can be tasted and it says something to me when I see the meat from my sandwich being cut instead of being slapped on after being grabbed from a tub that has bits and pieces of other food that fell on it. You know what place I am talking about. The food has always been good from multiple stops at Jersey Mikes around the country and the service and food has been consistently good. Not once have I had a bad experience at this establishment. I went in this place to get a sub early on a Saturday morning and the staff was very friendly. It is good to see that when a place has a sign that says it opens at 1030 that it is actually open with the staff ready to go. Very friendly and my order was made correctly as even in this day and age of technology it was good to see your order being written down on paper. The vegetables were fresh and the meat used flavorful and plentiful. Dare I say they make a pretty good cheese steak they call the Big Kahuna. This is the sub to try. Plenty of steak, peppers, cheese, mushrooms, and onions. Don't let your eyes be bigger than your stomach as you might be tempted to get the giant size which will satisfy your appetite for a good amount of time. Just a heads up on the deals. Good quality, but you pay through the nose for it sadly. For two regular Philly cheesesteaks it was over $20 with no extras. Even worse, we couldn't add things on to our sandwich after they were cooked, say lettuce and tomatoes that you normally wouldn't want cooked with a sandwich. I've pretty much given up on this place. My favorite is the Italian sub and I always get it Mike's way. Mike's way adds onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil, vinegar and spices. Absolutely delicious! Today I was at the counter about to pay for a sandwich and the you lady asked if I want something to drink with that. I replied yes, the agave Vanilla soda.
