Three cold cut subs, one for the Italian of our group wanting no salami on hers, all were on fresh, soft as a baby's bottom - buns, with right touch of mayo and oil came fast and with a toothy smile! No seats? No problem! Found a nice nursery called Vince's Produce and nursery and ate there, and all of us delighted in our subs. Check out their slices of various flavors of Smith Island cakes! I should have said no mayonnaise and just had them put a little bit of mustard on the sandwich, but it was a solidly put together sandwich. The Reuben on the other hand wasn't the best Reuben I have ever had, but it had all the things on it that make a Reuben sandwich great I actually split the sandwiches with one of my friends. She and I both agreed they were solid and would come back to this place. The customer service was fantastic and I could tell the area behind where the gentleman was making the sandwiches looked clean.

Service at the counter was excellent. The young lady made sure to answer any questions we had and was very polite. We also ate in so our food was brought right to our table as it was ready. Food came out hot and fresh. We ordered two pizzas and both came out piping hot, cheese melting. They were delicious. Crust was perfectly baked. I would have like a little more sauce on my bacon ranch pizza but that's just preference and can't hold that against them. The restaurant was very clean as well. We definitely will be back in the future to try out some of their other gourmet pizzas.

If you walked in blind, you honestly wouldn't even guess they specialize in seafood -- that's how clean and fresh the environment felt. Major points for that alone. Now let's get into the food. I started with the cream of crab soup. The portion was solid and there were huge chunks of crab throughout, which I definitely appreciated. However, the base itself just wasn't to my liking. The crab was there, but the flavor profile didn't quite hit for me. For my entrée, I ordered the oyster platter with two sides -- regular fries and coleslaw -- and added a shrimp basket because when you're at a seafood spot, you might as well go all in. The meal definitely satisfied my hunger, but if I'm being honest, it tasted more boxed and frozen than freshly battered. That homemade, crispy, just-dropped-in-the-fryer feel wasn't quite there. On the bright side, the fries were good -- hot, crisp, and dependable. The coleslaw was exactly how I like it: balanced, not too sweet, not too heavy on the mayo. Where they truly shine is customer service. The staff was accommodating, friendly, and very helpful throughout the visit. Service can make or break a dining experience, and they definitely delivered on that front. Overall, while this visit didn't completely wow me food-wise, the cleanliness and service alone are enough for me to give them another shot. I'll be back to try something different and will happily update my review. Stay tuned.

Not NYC vibes at all unless we're talking about bougie pizza shops catering to people that eat them with forks and knives. The order was placed by my husband as a Pepperoni Pizza: WELL DONE with LIGHT CHEESE, never had a problem before. This is HARDLY DONE. 10 minutes into the drive I opened it up to be greeted by the smell of HOT WET DOUGH. The slices are all SOGGY, OILY, UNDERCOOKED. My husband's bacon pizza was also HOT WET DOUGH beneath the facade of what looked like a pie from Mod Pizza. I don't care if he goes in here frequently. I don't care if the service has been good before. Both pizzas were SOGGY and inedible. My husband's bacon and cheese pizza had RAW dough in the flimsy crust. If the dough is going to be raw, I wonder what other poor practices go on. Disappointed. Disgusting. And and infinite amount of che cosa? Literally. I have a sense that theu get over because people don't want to bite the hand that feeds--but RAW DOUGH in a pizza ordered well done and PAID FULLY for is a rip off. Might think you're getting over because no one came in--I didn't want to ruin my husband's day because it's not his fault. There was basically no one in there, they'd just opened about 30m prior. I know most people just use oil and vinegar but that doesn't do the trick for me. I only order the bowls when I am on my way home so I can add my own dressing to it. The Miss Vickie's salt and vinegar chips are my favorite although I would prefer if they had some sort of cold deli sides (pasta salad or potato salad). Yesterday I had the #17 (cheesesteak with peppers and onions) which was delicious. The bread was super soft and the sandwich had great flavor. This location is pretty good on having your order ready at the quoted time although they sometimes get busy and a few minutes behind. Service was attentive and welcoming! Appetizers, sandwiches, and all things pub style I wanted something simple for a somewhat late (for me) meal.
