I called and they said it'll be there and hung up. the guy showed up a minute after. got the pizza and the pizza was all messed up. Looked like the guy was swerving all over the place. The fried pickles are solid, as is the fried cheesesticks. The chili cheese fries get a solid 4/5 rating. The wings are about a 3/5. Extensive menu, but no real superstars. What puts this place up to 3 stars from 2 stars is the delivery. Low delivery fee (through Slice), and they are ALWAYS fast. I haven't even finished my food yet and I'm itching to write this review. We didn't order much, just a pepperoni pizza, chili cheese fries for me, and mozzarella sticks for my husband. The best way I can describe this pizza is that it tastes like Domino's back in the good days before they changed their recipe. It's a bit thin but we thought it was fantastic. Chili cheese fries are some of the best in town, they were soggy but that's only because that's what happens when you get them for delivery. Seriously, don't complain about soggy cheese fries if they've been made more than 10 minutes ago. The chili actually has a little kick to it taste-wise and the cheese is melted just right. I can only imagine how good these are when you get them straight off the counter. The best part for us though, the mozzarella sticks are out of this world! You pay $5 for them and you get like 15 or so, we couldn't keep up with how many were stuffed into this little box. I don't mean that they're small either, they're the fat ones, loaded with cheese. These are hands down the best cheese sticks I've ever had in my entire life. We ordered using Grub Hub and though the wait time was a bit long compared to most places, our guy got here and handed us the food just fine, no fuss. Love their stuffed shells with meatballs. However, the last two times I ordered American Coldcut subs they were wrong. The first time they sent an Italian Coldcut, but they did correct it. This time it was an American Coldcut with both slices of yellow American cheese and shreded parmesan cheese sprinkled on it. Never heard of putting parmesan cheese on an American Coldcut. When I called to complain, the girl who answered said that they always put parmesan cheese on the American Coldcut. Asked to speak to the manager who claimed he made it and that he did not put parmesan cheese on it. Told him that I was looking at the parmesan cheese sprinkled all over the sub, he said that it wasn't on there when he made it, but it sure was on it when it arrived. You can order pizza by the slice or full pies; I got two slices and they were both served piping hot and not very greasy. The crust, cheese, and sauce were all flavorful and well-balanced, and the slices weren't huge, so I didn't feel gross after eating. I paid under $6 for two slices, one of which was cheese. There are also several options for sides, but I didn't try any this time. I also really dislike Pizza Hut. Carini's Pizza has the right amount of sauce, good toppings, pepperoni's I very flavorful and the crust is not too thin or too thick. I love going to Carini's. I go there because their food is delicious and the staff is very nice. The pizza seems like any average pizza from an average store, so it's not bad at all. I personally like getting crab cake dinners and subs there. The delivery guys are also really fast--they told me that my meal would take 30 minutes to deliver and I got it in 20.
