After trying most pizza places in Pasadena, my family landed on this as their favorite when we don't feel like making our own. Ooh boy. Just don't even bother. They have a hidden fee applied to all pizzas a " cheese charge" and another hidden fee if you use your credit card. Horrible pizza and customer service. I haven't gone to Vinzini's in 20+ years, because they went downhill, but I decided to give them another try. It sounded like I woke them when I called, and when I asked about their carry out specials, the guy told me they're giving 10% off today. I ordered an xl pizza which came to about $18. I stopped in to pickup my pizza, and they racked on an additional .77 cents for a service fee. I asked the kid what is the service fee for, and he pointed to the card reader, and said he doesn't really know. When I went to leave, a guy was coming in, and instead of letting me out, kept walking by me, basically pushing me to the side. Come to find out he works there, and possibly the owner. What a jerk. Anyway, the pizza was garbage. Bad cheese, sauce, and dough. The pepperoni is the only thing that had a decent taste. I will never go back to this place again. So I started to order a large italian cold cut sub from Vinzini's (Pasadena, MD) website which was listed for $8.99 ($9.53 with tax) and got to the checkout procedure and decided I didn't want to provide my personal info (email and phone number) so I decided to call-in the same order. The man on the phone was pleasant, but he told me the total would be $12.71. I can't figure out why there would be a 33% price increase by ordering by phone versus ordering online. read more

Always excellent food and super fast delivery! This is our go-to delivery place. LOVE LOVE LOVE their old bay fries (number one ranking). Super great customer service. Ordered 2 subs and 2 drinks. Cheesesteak was great, delivery was friendly and fast. Apparently the person who took my husband's order was rude, and it's rare for him to feel that way. Delivery driver also said there was a special and we could have had fries for $1 more, so maybe that should have been mentioned during order, maybe not. read more

Good pizza with a good crust. It isn't greasy and there is a good amount of cheesesteak on the pizza. I'd recommend the 16 inch rather than the 18 - something about the larger size that messes with the topping proportions. But either is good. A little on the expensive side (19.01) for a large, but they put a lot of meat on there which makes it hearty. read more

Really disappointed...ordered from here before and it was fine but tonight it was awful. First, took over an hour and a half to be delivered (to a location less than a mile away). Then, the wings were incredibly dry - borderline disgusting and they should be embarrassed that these were served. Several of the wings were so dry you couldn't get the meat off the bone, and several more wings had NO meat even on the bone (see picture). At least from my experience: Wanted to get an Italian cold cut, and chose Vinzini's since it's not even 5 min from my place. Went to pick it up, opened up the sub and they smothered it with dressing (wasn't even oil and vinegar). Didn't even want to pick it up from the start. For the money, this is probably the best pizza for the dollar you can get. The service is great and Eric is always fun to talk to.

I mostly order the pepperoni pizza from here but it is a favorite of ours and our go to every time. It'd be nice if the menu had pictures or better descriptions of what is included in the food (what do you have in your chef salad, how much do you get, what's a seafood pizza). Get delivery here every week and have been for years and it's the best pizza I've ever had, no joke!

We frequently order from Vinzini's and have always had great food and quick service, until last night. We were quoted 40 minutes and our food arrived over an hour later, but it was a Friday night and the weather was bad so I would have let that slide, but the food we received last night was AWFUL. Lukewarm, at best, and the French fries and mozzarella sticks were both dried out like they had been cooked hours ago. Cheese on cheeseburger sub not melted. Worst customer service ever!!!!Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza, but we got a pizza with just chicken and cheese . When I called to fix my order the manager insisted that he watched it get made and that everything is correct . He said he wasn't going to come out and give me a new order .
