I'm not a huge takeout pizza fan and typically prefer brick oven baked or woodfire grilled style pizza, but our friends had Pizza City delivered for a game night and it was really very delicious. I loved the ratio of sauce to cheese they used and the sauce had great flavor. The pizza crust also had a nice outside crust but was still soft and doughy inside. The cheese also seemed to be better quality than your average pizza hut's. The old bay / Maryland wings were perfectly seasoned and had a nice fry to them and were crisp and juicy but not fried hard. The place we normally eat at was closed so we figured hey, let's try this place and try one of their signature pieces and a salad. Yeah that was a mistake. Now I have a tummy ache. I think they put on a little too much oil or a lot too much and the salad I don't know. It seemed like it was an afterthought or even from giant salad bar, but charged three times as much for iceberg lettuce and some cut up. Veggies. Won't be back even though I live here. They continue to be consistent. Their old bay wings are the best and you can request all drums or all wings if that's your preference. The cheesesteak subs are good. Lamb gyro is really good as well. We routinely order from here. Every time I've called they've answered the phone, keep in mind they close at 10pm on weekdays so don't call right before closing (like someone else posted here). I called at 9:20pm today, they didn't have delivery this late but were able to take my order. They did remind me they close at 10pm and to be there on time to pick up my food. Orders typically take 15-20mins on regular days. Game days take longer, but that's expected everywhere. read more

The first time we ordered a pizza there, we ended up ordering another pizza the next day because we couldn't decide who should get the leftovers. Solid place for pizza and cheesesteaks. I've also tried the atomic wings and it wasn't as spicy as I thought it would be, which was great because... no heartburn! Definitely a hidden gem and an awesome local spot for carryout. read more

Haven't had a bad sub from there yet, they obviously take pride and put effort into making the food above your typical pizza joint. I can't actually vouch for the pizza because I haven't had it yet. But I enjoy their salads and they can turn out a fantastic cheesesteak, hot Italian sub, etc. read more

Pizza looked as good as it tasted. Cheesesteak had flavor. Onion rings had nice crunch. And fries were great.

The pizza was a big disappointment :( ... My partner and I bought a large pepperoni pizza with fries. The first impression was the smell. (1/10) smelled like throw up the car ride home and when we tried to pull the slices apart the chess and topping fallen right off the pizza, the pizza taste was very sour and soggy. I'm torn between giving this place 2 or 3 stars. Had the wings, and the chicken is so overcooked the meat is dried up and stringy. Kind of light on the sauce, and I'm not that keen on sauce to begin with, but the taste was all right. And they do give you a generous tub of blue cheese. They're really stingy on the celery sticks, though. The one tin foil of 6 celery sticks combined were the size of one skinny wing, lol. Service is so-so. So wanted to make sure it was consistent before I wrote a review. So order delivery about 5 time and each time it's the same. Hot. On time. Good quality. This isn't a steak dinner it's a pizza shop doing carry out. But its locally owned and uses better ingredients then chain restaurants. Kids like better is also a plus. Good cheese steak subs. Pizza is a hit or miss. Last week I ordered an x-large cheese pizza and it was fantastic. Ordered the same today and it was extremely soggy. It was super greasy and the cheese slid right off. Couldn't even cut it. It was like a wet piece of paper. I hope they read reviews bcuz my suggestion would be to make the dough slightly thicker. I use to order regularly several yrs ago but then I started having these same issues and most of the pizza went in the trash. I stopped going there for a couple yrs and thought I'd give them another try. Same issues as before. Customer service is always very good though. read more
