My family orders from Carini's pretty often, sometimes more than once in a week. Although I have never gone in to order or pick up, their delivery is super quick! The employees who deliver are always very friendly. Never had an issue. Today we ordered a pizza, wings and seasoned fries. I absolutely love their old bay wings and appreciate the fact there is an option for "crispy" when you order. The seasoned fries are tasty but as expected aren't super crispy upon arrival. The pizza was awesome today. We chose sausage, pepperoni, onions and banana peppers. Yes, the pizza isn't a NY pizza but I'd still eat it any day. Although he didn't order it today, my husband raves over their chicken cheesesteak. He had one earlier in the week. I have tried a few of their pasta dishes, manicotti and meatballs for example. I would definitely order them again. All in all the food is good, service is friendly and the prices are decent. I recommend checking them out! read more

Best pizza and fried pickles around imo , this is our go to place that the whole family including grandkids can agree on

All there food is great & I've already given great reviews in the past. This time we got the Chicken Caesar Salad & it did not disappoint. It also came with a delicious chunk of fresh baked bread. Very good & a enough for 2 people. Love it! read more

The pizza and the food is always top notch. Harry and the rest of the crew do a fantastic job with everything. So friendly.

I usually pride myself on picking great pizza spots, but this was the worst pizza I've ever had. The crust was doughy and the sauce was bland. We purchased an 16 in and threw all but two slices away! read more

How does this place not have 5 stars????? I ordered them through GrubHub because I was limited on options. We ordered quite a few things: wings, mozzarella sticks, broccoli and cheese bites, chicken phili, hamburger, Rueben, and a couple more things (Big Family). Everything was amazing!!! I cannot express how surprised I was to find a place like this!! I highly recommend and I will probably be making this a weekly trip! read more

My husband and I have ordered from here a few times and enjoyed the food. Tonight, however, we phoned an order in at 6:32 and were told it would be delivered in 20 minutes. Awesome. 7:35 arrives...still no pizza. My husband called to see where our pizzas were and was told it should be here by now. Yeah, we know. Magically, 2 minutes later there was a knock at our door with an excuse about traffic. Right, dude. We live 5 miles and 11 minutes away (and we checked Waze...no traffic issues anywhere). Pizza was lukewarm at best, cheese was all solidified and the boxes were greasy...and the cheese had slid off of one of the pizzas...thoroughly disappointed. read more

Carini's Pizza & Subs - Rubbery cheese, lukewarm pizza...and the cheese is falling off! Wtf?! - Pizza Near Me - Pasadena, Maryland

Been ordering here faithfully for the last 2 months, and haven't had any issues. I've never been into the location, but the delivery is on point. They tend to tell me it'll take about 35 minutes but always seem to get to me in about 20. The food is decent, and the menu has alot of options. Its not gonna blow you away, but the food here is solid. Im actually about to call down right now for a delivery... read more

We have ordered from here a few times now since moving to the area. A few orders a go the food was really good, the last order was completely wrong, and the order we placed tonight was delivered cold. I was told when I ordered it that it would be about 45 minutes for delivery. No problem. I ordered at 5:30 and that's when things get busy; I understand that. However, it didn't take 45 minutes, it took an hour and 15 minutes. When it arrived we opened the "bread sticks" (which were mediocre at best as far as taste goes) and they were cold. I then opened the pizza to check if it was the same and it was also cold. I don't mean like almost hot or between warm and hot. It was barely warm but closer to cold. It's as if it had been out of the oven being transported in a cold car for 30-45 minutes. We actually had to heat it up. When I called to let them know it wasn't hot, the person who I spoke to, not the manager, couldn't have cared less. "Nothing I can do about that boss. We don't usually deliver over there so it is what it is. You're just going to have to deal with it." DEAL WITH IT?!?!?!? That's not the answer. A) you have delivered here multiple times and we have never had an issue and we almost always order at the same time, B) you could have told me on the phone that you don't deliver to our area (even though you have before), and C) don't tell me "I recommend you pick it up next time so it's hot when you get it." This guy was the exact opposite of customer service. When I asked to speak to the manager he said he wasn't in but he would have him call me. I'm not holding my breath because this guy was a complete piece of garbage with no concern for the customers. There are plenty of other pizza places around with average tasting pizza but with good customer service that we can order from. I always tip the driver quite well. My order was $60 and we tipped him $10. Unfortunately for the drivers there, I foresee their tips decreasing due to the lack of concern from the staff to make sure the food is hot. Shame on you Carini's for letting your customer service slip because of one piece of garbage in your store. We may only be one of your many customers but we will not be ordering from you again. We will be going back to Sam's or 1978 Pizza. They both have great customer service and, based off of these last two orders, better food at this point. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! read more

Best Italian cold cut I've ever had. One day someone at the shop must have been bored and tossed some feta onto my Italian cold cut. I've been in love ever since. For a sub shop, ingredients taste quite fresh. Super friendly staff. If you're a regular, they'll hook you up. Delivery is almost guaranteed to be no longer than 40 minutes. read more

Carini's Pizza & Subs - Italian cold cut, no mayo, w/feta - Pizza Near Me - Pasadena, Maryland

We ordered two foot long subs, Italian and a Chicken Parm and fries. Both tasted excellent! The bread was nicely baked and soft and filled with plenty of italian cold cuts and chicken. The fries were crispy and very tasty. We also ordered a cheese pizza and our son said it tasted great. Delivery was fast and the food was hot when it arrived. Would order from this shop again. read more

This place has the best pizzas for a great price. They usually have some type of specials for large/ extra large pizzas with two toppings. Also their pizza is always fresh and I'm not just saying that! The rust is always done perfectly and personally for me that's my favorite part of the pizza. I would definitely recommend this place, the staff is very friendly and they get your pizza ready for you quickly! read more

I was working on my thesis and it wasn't that good. But I was really glad that I finally finished it. I looked around my kitchen for something to eat but I couldn't eat my food. So, I ordered from Carini's and the pizza had a lump. I had some people over and everyone was screaming when they saw the lump. It turned out it was just some extra cheese. And the pizza was delicious. I've ordered from these guys for years and they don't disappoint. Thanks Carini's!!! read more

The staff are courteous and gracious- delivery was prompt. The food is not bad, but also not true pizzeria quality. If you are from the NE and looking for a REAL PIZZERIA, don't bother. The pizza is Papa John's/Pizza Hut quality. The sandwich bread is okay, and Im pretty sure the cold cuts are Oscar meyer. The chicken salad was decent. Would I order again? In a pinch for sure. read more

Ordered with them through Grubhub app. Was called by Grubhub a half hour after placing my order to find out they "wouldn't deliver to our area right now". Why accept the order? Read bad reviews about them anyway so won't be wasting my time or money to even bother. read more

I wouldn't even give them one star but I have to for a review. We ordered food through doordash and waited a very long time for delivery. Ordered was incorrect!!!!!! We called immediately and were told " why are you calling now 1 hour after your order was placed". After a 15 minute ordeal, Carinis agreed to send the correct pizza, however delivery would be about 1 hour. Doordash agreed to refund $15.00 of the $100.00 bill. 1.5 hours later, Carinis was called and asked what happened to the pizza. We were told we had an out of area number, so they could not call us and they were NOT RESPONSIBLE for the error. Now at 8:47 pm, hours later, nor Carinis nor doordash would honor there error!!!! read more

Amazing food and incredibly fast delivery!

Still poor . Whoever worked 6/19 and attempted to make food at 8pm needs to be fired . Ordered a BLT sandwich . Bacon was stale and gross . Completely not edible . It was gummy like the microwaved kind . My 8 month pregnant wife threw it away. My steak and cheese sub was weird. The sub was overly toasted. The core meat inside was cold. First thought ... Meat is made ahead of time and stored cold. Microwave it and slap a piece of cheese and call it a day . Carini's you are feeding people here . People are ingesting this. Take pride in your food! You're going to make people sick! $20 wasted . All food was thrown away. It's not worth a food born illness imo read more

This is our go-to pizza joint. Always super fast delivery and high quality food. Our favorite item on the menu is the # 8 family special (we affectionately call "the fatboy special") that comes with an X large 1 topping Pizza, 2-8" subs, and a 2 liter for $22. The leftover pizza never hangs around for long. The Sicilian style pizza is also exceptional. read more

It was a stormy Friday night and we wanted pizza delivery. An internet search turned up the Pasadena location of Carini's. We feel like we lucked out. Love their subs! So many different options to choose from and they are all delicious!

As a loyal customer for years, I will never eat there again! I ordered a pizza and mozzarella sticks last night for dinner. The employee on the phone told me it would take 35 minutes to arrive which was great because I ordered right at dinner time and I assumed the place was going to be busy so 35 minutes was very quick compared to other delivery places. So an hour went by and still no food. I called them to make sure they hadn't forgotten about the order. They told me that the driver should be at my home any second. 20 minutes later, still nothing. I called again and the person on the phone told me the driver was lost and apparently had been lost for 45 minutes! I never got one phone call from anyone asking for directions or even notifying me that the driver could not find the house. How long would they have kept driving around if i hadn't called in? I have ordered from this restaurant thousands of times with no issues. I understand that there are new drivers and occasionally people can't find homes but the issue is, the employee on the phone was very rude and non sympathetic. An hour and a half compared to 35 minutes with no call is unacceptable. The employee offered no discount and didn't even apologize for the delay. I told the employee on the phone that he can tell his driver to turn around and refund my money because by now the food would have been cold. They driver STILL showed up 10 minutes later and was apologetic. I do feel bad, but we had to turn him away. Whoever the employee was on the phone should know that they just lost a loyal customer and should not be so rude to customers who are just wondering why the order is taking an hour and a half to arrive. read more

Just ordered for the first time. Wow blown away, best wings delivered in town, super fast delivery. Sub and fries I got were also on point.

I have ordered from here about a dozen times, and I rarely have a complaint. I tried to use their online ordering for the first time and was disappointed to find that you cant place your order, and then pay cash when they deliver the food. We really wanted this option because we had 5 people ordering so it was easier to pass around my phone and let everyone order what they wanted, but we just wanted to put our cash together and pay instead of deciding who would use their card. But we just called it in instead...but after we had taken the time to put all the order in online, it was frustrating. But the real complaint I have tonight is their GRAVY. We have ordered their fries many times but this time some people wanted them with gravy. It was probably the worst thing I have ever had there. The gravy is very thin...almost like water...and tastes like they took canned gravy and added water. No one wanted to eat it! They need to come up with a new recipe, or just get rid of it altogether. read more

Hands down my favorite pizza in Anne Arundel County. I don't understand the negative reviews at all but I have never ordered in, I've only done pick up so perhaps there is a difference in quality from one to the other but my personal experiences here have been nothing but outstanding. Don't know his name but he has a good sense of humor and loves talking to his customers. Love Carini's read more

I just ordered lunch here to be delivered to my work. I ordered a chicken salad wrap, hot turkey platter, and a Diet Coke. They forgot my drink, and the chicken salad was really nothing special. It was literally one of those small flatbread wraps with a scoop of mayonnaise and chicken on it. I spent 20 bucks plus a $5 tip for nothing. This place sucks, definitely won't be ordering from here ever again. I'd rather order from simply sands down the street, they got my order right and the portions are way better compared to cost. read more

The overall environment of the eatery could use work, on the other hand their food is pretty good. (I wouldn't order there wings though) There pizza is delicious, their subs are pretty good and if you decide to go with delivery there (almost) always on time with the food l, hot and ready, their fries also are really good. The employees are nice and are never in a bad attitude they won't talk unless spoken to. Overall this is a pretty good place for a small town eatery! read more

Our neighbor highly recommended this place. We've ordered once before and it was okay. However, we placed an online order on 2/13/16 and were given the arrival time of 7:28PM. Service is exceptional, pizza is just as delicious as it is inexpensive. Thank you for your outstanding customer service!

Ugh, where do I start? First, we didn't get what we ordered. They had "sicilian & pan pizza" listed on the menu and when I ordered the pan pizza specifically, the girl on the phone repeated "pan" to me, explained they only had it in a 9" or 13" so I ordered the larger size with additional toppings. I ordered some other sides and she quoted me a 45 min delivery time. They arrived 20 minutes after the quoted time, making the delivery over 1 hour. What I received was cold cheese pizza that looks like the 'cardboard' frozen pizza reheated. The sides were also cold, everything was just terrible. The wings were bad, I've never had bad wings in my life! The garlic bread was a sub roll with garlic butter inside, again cold, and the mozzarella sticks were rubbery. One bite sent oil oozing out, this food didn't seem like it was made on site but just reheated from frozen food. Oh and it gets worse! I called them immediately after we realized the pizza was the wrong one and the same girl on the phone told me she "didn't understand what I meant by 'pan pizza'. How is that possible? It's on the menu! Then after talking with someone, possibly manager, she told me that "if our drivers are in the area they will bring you another pizza or we can get it to you next time." I told here there wasn't going to be a next time and either they bring us what we ordered or give us a refund. After talking again to her manager, she said someone will bring us another pizza. That was 40 minutes ago and we have yet to see the corrected order. After eating the other food and part of the mistake pizza, at this point, I don't care if they bring it or not. I have never had such bad pizza in my life and the service is just terrible, they don't even know what they are doing. Avoid this place!!! It is the WORST PIZZA!!!! Total rip off! read more
