I've been to this location several times and the quality is always lacking. The cheese specifically is mediocre compared to the Croton Ledo location. The pizza is cold when I pick up which I don't get because I arrive at the time I'm told. So 10/10 it needs to be reheated when I get home (less than 10mins away). Last time I went in no one was around. I went up to the counter waiting for help. I stood there several minutes and AN EMPLOYEE walked by me, made eye contact, and kept walking. I was shocked she didn't say hi, or ask if i needed help. I stumbled upon the pizza sitting on a rack that anyone could have easily grabbed in the front of the store. It made the entire location feel like a ghost kitchen. The quality alone though is why I'll go out of my way to visit Crofton Ledo. If I have to re heat my pizza anyways I may as well get it from a better location. read more

This is my go to Ledo's. I do both carry out and in store dining. The quality has always been really good. With carryout they always open the pizza to check on it before giving it away. I appreciate it in that I'm not getting the wrong one. The salads always seem fresh. Inside there's always ample seating. Servers and staff are always kind and welcoming too. Random but I wish they had real lemons for water instead of the packets. Parking lot can get a bit crowded at night too. Give them a visit! read more

Only then they told me that only after the the first one is $6 anything after that is regular price. Don't false advertise everywhere that you have this advertised. Stopped in yesterday for lunch. The service was super friendly and quick. All covid precautions are being taken and the restaurant was very clean. I had the Athena salad with chicken. The chicken was horrible. I had a couple bites from different pieces and they were all very chewy and not edible in my opinion. I picked the chicken out and just ate the rest of the salad. The food is amazing, its everything your looking for in Italian. Its authentic, and tastes like an Italian restaurant. The staff there was amazing at their jobs, they were polite and very nice. The food was very quick too, it only took about 5-10 minutes for mozzarella sticks and 18 wings to be made and brought out. They also had some nice music which made me happy. read more

To me the pizzas are just overloaded with toppings, and the crust might as well be made from saltine crackers. It's square rather than round, and I'm a big crust person so I prefer round so that I can have crust with each piece (but they advertise as square so I'm not holding this against them). I would like this place better if their crust was thick, but the crust is pretty thin all the way around. I do like the several combinations they have for pizzas. I'm a vegetarian and I normally don't like the veggie option and always have to make my own, but this place has exactly what I would want on their veggie option (mushroom, bell peppers, and onions), they even have another veggie option with all the works if you're not picky with your veggies. I would've given this place an extra star, but I ordered their breadsticks last time I was there and it's no wonder they're only $1.99. They were cold and they threw in some unmelted cheese on top. I've never had a breadstick so terrible. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ever order these! We thought it would be nice to have some pizza. We haven't had Ledo for a while. So we tried to order on the app or online so we could get curbside pickup, can't get curbside any other way. Both failed but still took our money. So we called and they took our order but now we couldn't do curbside because we didn't order with the app. When I went in to pick up the pizza they told us we needed a card or cash. Do my grandparents run Ledo because they don't know what Apple Pay is either. The easiest way to tell me you don't care about your customers is make it difficult to deal with you especially when it comes to paying the bill. Pizza was good and service was good. I love Ledo Pizza. The thin crust. The sweet sauce. The right amount of cheese topping all make for a tasty pizza. I crave it when I want pizza. Their wings are meaty and a good size. Their salads fresh and plenty. The dressings choices are delicious. What I didn't like about my visit to this Ledo was the service. The food did come in a timely matter but our waiter was less than attentive. I had to ask another waiter for what what was needed. after being handed the check with no pen, I had to ask, yet again, another waiter. At one point our waiter was sitting at table with people who she clearly knew. It was a busy night and that didn't seem to be the best time to be sitting around with friends. It seems like everyone in Maryland loves Ledos. I think it's ok. The sauce is a little sweet for me but I like how the pizza is cut up into squares. My kids love it. They are picky eaters but love Ledos. That's a win in my book. We went here on Halloween. It was a Wednesday night and they had a special. Spend $15 and get maximum two kids meals for free. What a deal. Each kids meal is $4.99 with unlimited drink refills. Great place to take the kids on a Wednesday night. They have specials throughout the week so check it out. Normally very good pizza, lasagna, salads. The last two times we've gotten pizza have not been good at all. Sloppy cutting not a big deal for us but showing lack of care / attention to detail. Ledo's is marketing their new wild boar line of food, however, you'd think they'd take a little more pride in preparing and serving the food items they are promoting. I've been eating here since this location opened (both in restaurant and pick up). We've had several items on the menu but always come back to their pizza, wings and a few of their appetizers. Prices have increased in the past two years but quality of service and supplies offered to customers has decreased. When ordering for pick up, something as simple as requesting napkins, and disposable plates is received as a nuisance to the register attendant. On three separate occasions I've had to make this simple request. Today, we were handed tiny disposable plates in response to my request when picking up my order. When asked, the cashier responded that the plate can fit a slice (one square) with patronizing sarcasm! Please be kind to the customers who've been loyal for years keeping your business and jobs afloat!! Common courtesy and basic customer service (simple supplies for to go orders) should not be met with rudeness and a condescending attitude. read more

Ledo is a local, long-lived Maryland institution that always provides solid, if not earth-shatteringly memorable pizza. Plenty of locations around; this one in Severna Park is clean and staffed with friendly folks. What can I say about their pizza? The cracker-thin crust, square-cut into 2"-3" pieces, means you can eat about thirty squares before you're full. But we don't judge here. The menu's been updated, with more "gourmet" pizzas with non-traditional sauces and toppings. I highly recommend the Pomodoro Bianco and the Italian Red - in fact, get one of each as a small and head to flavor city. Pro tip - Avoid the "bacon" topper in favor of the "precooked bacon" -- the former never works out well. Parking is a bit of a problem, though -- park on the back side for an easier time of it. read more

I always start off with the spicy ravioli and then get the spaghetti with meatballs. The spaghetti is probably the best I've had from any restaurant. The pizza is just as good, I prefer Ledo's pizza to any of the big pizza chains. The service is always great and the food comes out very fast.
