The wings I ordered were great and packaged really well. The staff treated me really well. My order was over phone, and I didn't come too far ahead of time. Cooking takes time, so why would I expect something unrealistic and other worldly. I didn't have a peculiar order either. Just normal chicken wings. I've only really been to Wingstop a couple of times in my life, but I'm excited that this store opened not too far from where I live. I love chicken and the options closeby aren't always great (Popeyes around here is hit or miss and Chick-fil-a is... well... I'd rather not say). Today I ordered 4 tenders with a side of fries, some honey mustard, and a side of cheese sauce. The tenders were stellar: great crunch and moist on the inside. Honestly they were almost picture perfect. These, paired with the slightly tangy honey mustard, made for a good lunch. It's worth noting that Wingstop can be a touch more expensive, but the quality was there to back it up and clearly they know what they're doing. The fries were good, but they could have been a little crispier: I ordered them well done because I like my fries really crunchy and they were still a little plush for my taste. I also asked for them to have no seasoning and they still came a little seasoned. I don't want to be overly picky and this is not a deal breaker, but it would have been nice to have these requests fulfilled. I will say, however, that the cheese sauce is INSANELY good and has that nuclear stadium nacho cheese vibe that dreams are made of -- great for dipping! Service wise, they did a great job packaging my food so it didn't make a mess in the bag and they even took the time to seal the bag so it wouldn't get cold / soggy on the ride home. Literally the worst. I ordered to pick up at 530. I got here early (509) and let them know I knew I was early. At 543 they told me I was five minutes out. During this time I saw one of their workers walk through the kitchen with no shirt while another one just roamed around in the back. And now they're literally arguing about doing their job. Several times my daughter and son have ordered and complained that they always received all drumsticks while they thought they would receive a mix of flats and drums. Apparently, you have to pay extra to have all of one or the other. I ordered for my kids the other day and didn't see where I could request specifics. I figured if I ordered several wings and different sauces, I would get a variety...wrong. Received meals and all were only drums. The kids prefer the flats but are ok with a mix. Very disappointed that we still only received one kind. Guess we can't order online anymore and will have to go in to order so we can request a variety. read more

The staff needs to be trained properly. Please include them learning the menu, how to use the register and of course how to cook the food. That should be a solid start and avoid a lot of the confusion that happened today. Newly opened. Growing pains. Though the staff should be trained and or experienced to open a store. Very, very, very slow. I'll spare the full details, Just know it cost the store several new customers and possibly repeat customers as some walked in and walked out after hearing the customers complaining about the wait. 40 + minutes later (as a walk in order) I received my food. Several customers were waiting longer than me. Food was very, very salty. The fries especially. The wing sauce on the side were filled about half way. The employees who have longer hair out the back of the baseball hats all need to put their hair in a hair net. The employees who have facial hair also need to put a net on it. Please follow the health codes. Proper glove use needs to be followed. You want a perfect 100 Hazel Score. The "manager" thoroughly apologized to us. He stayed calm, cool and collected. They gave me the wrong order wrong flavor and didn't add any ranch . This place does a fantastic job making wings but they nearly get my order wrong 100% of the time. I've even called and spoken to the manager about this because we order wings from here every Thursday. Our order always specify drummies only, which we pay an extra fee for. It's always incorrect and we are then inconvenienced by them redoing our entire order. This is unacceptable and happens almost EVERY SINGLE TIME. If you are going to serve wings you need to be able to get them up faster then 40 minutes. I ordered 20 wings on the app. Was told they would be ready in 16-21. Got there 25 minutes later. Told they would be up in 5 which turned into 20. Wings should have been hot and fresh right? Nope. Apparently I wasn't waiting for them to cook the wings but to sauce some wings they had cooked an hour before. Definitely a bad first experience. Place was clean and tidy but no hustle, no concern for guest and my time. So they won't get my business. Ledo's is down the street and has the best wings in Severna Park. Whenever i go into a restaurant and am waiting to be seated or to receive my food for carry out I am always watching. This would be my second encounter with Warren and I was impressed by the way he treats his customers but more impressed by the way he treats his staff. They all work very well together. If he isn't one of the best team leaders, managers, etc in the area I would be shocked. Now the main reason I go to WS is for the delicious wings and I was not disappointed. Yesterday was the second time I ordered from this establishment and the second time I left as a unsatisfied customer but this time without my order ! I placed an online order for pickup at 7:15 pm where upon pickup, I was faced with about 30 people waiting and told there was delays. After 45 minutes, I checked on my order and was told that my order never printed. After requesting a refund, I was told by the manager that she was to busy and had someone take my order on a post it note and indicated my $50.00 refund would be issued later that evening. First time trying Wingstop Saturday for my daughters 16th bday with her friends. We ordered combo meals for each (4) of them a large boneless platter to share between myself and spouse and a chicken sandwich meal and added 2 tenders. Once home realized there was no chicken for any of the 4 combo meals, or voodoo fries that we upgraded with our combo or tenders that were added to sandwich combo. I called and was continuously placed on hold for long periods of time, at least 5-8 min 3-4 separate times. Was then accused of lying bc she triple checked our order. I am baffled at how horrible the customer service was. This is a chicken place. HOW do you forget to give chicken for 5 out of 7 meals? The girl said that the general manager would be in the next day so I called back to speak to her. What a joke. Was immediately put on hold for OVER 15 minutes. Kia who claimed to be the GM finally got on the phone and literally could have cared less about the situation. They have refused to refund the proper amount. On top of the $95 that I spent on the food that we did not receive, I had to spend over $50 more to have food delivered to my home so the girls would have something to eat. The food wasnt even good. Had to wait at least 35 minutes for our food to be finished the restaurants completely forgot a full on set of 10 wings all of our drinks were messed up and not correct. Takes WAY too long. I went here after several experiences while delivering DoorDash told me not to. In the past, I've picked up for DoorDash and EVERY time I've had to wait absurd amounts of time; so I stopped accepting orders from this store. However, months later, against my better judgement, I decided to give this store a chance for my personal order. I won't make that mistake again. I placed an online order that said 16-21 minutes. I got there about 25 minutes later (trying to give a few minutes of added grace. I didn't get the food until 45+ minutes after I ordered. There was no update on the status of my food. There was no apology after it took so long. Just a bunch of goofing and playing around in the back. I'm all for having a good time at work, but not at the customer's expense. When I got there there was a lobby FULL of customers. After they left, the lobby filled back up with new people as I was waiting. When I left, it quickly filled back up. Each time, customers are just standing there staring the employees down. There is NO sense of urgency and the employees kind of make it seem like you're interrupting their day by being there. Do better. Next time I'll just go to Glen Burnie I guess. read more

I am the general Manager of the Severna Park location and my name is Warren. If you have been into my store and had any type of interaction with me than you know that i am great for business and that i care about the cleanliness of my store everything being organized and also making sure the food is being served at its full potential. I myself can say that I change the fryer grease at a minimum of twice a week. So, I know for sure that the food we serve is hot and fresh for the most part. If you ever came on a day I wasn't there, and the service was bad then I sincerely apologize. stop on in at least one more time and I promise the experience will be a whole lot better!!!!!!!!!!!!!
