Yeahhhh, so no. I was on my home from an overnight trip to VA and just wanted to grab something fast and relatively easy and healthy so I ended up here. One young man took my order, then relayed it to another worker. Not sure if he relayed it wrong, or the second guy misunderstood. Anyways, I ended up with turkey instead of roast beef in my 'bowl' so I re-stated my order. He did remake my order. I ended up with this mess. It tasted okay but you know, looks are everything. This shop needs a manager that will work on presentation skills.

    What is this?

To begin with, we entered the establishment without receiving any acknowledgment. Subsequently, the bread appeared stale and hard. The quality of a sandwich greatly depends on the bread used. Considering the cost, I anticipate a higher standard. Although my family and I are loyal patrons of Jersey Mike's, this particular branch is extremely disappointing. I have no intention of revisiting this establishment. Both my daughter and I are thoroughly dissatisfied.

The guy with the beige hat in the back acts indifferent to the rancid meat.

Oh no. Yelp beat me to the punch. The meat was nasty and rancid. And the worker had the nerve to act like it's my fault. I'm complaining and threatened to call the police on me. I still feel nauseated by my sandwich. I got the big kahuna And I wanna throw up completely gross and disrespectful workers. I used to go there all the time I don't know these new people but they could care less about their job or public health. Nope. And that's a hard NO!

How can they mess up a simple sandwich ? See photo of the Cold Cut they sent me. Hardly any meat just mushy and their prices are ridiculous

Dustiest chocolate chip brownie ever. I think I saw fresher leftover food in The Walking Dead. ‍

I ordered today from this Jersey Mike's through GrubHub as I was tied up at work and couldn't get away. I have to say I was super disappointed. First, my order was late. That may be on GrubHub or on the restaurant, I can't really say. All I know is this place is a mile from me and it took an hour to get here. Second, I ordered two unsweet iced teas (Pure Leaf) but received one sweet iced tea. I can't begin to explain how much I can't stand sweet tea, so not only did I pay for two but basically got none as I won't drink the sweet tea. Third, I ordered a #13 Italian Sandwich. This part they got right. The sandwich was just what I ordered, perfectly made, had all the added ingredients I asked for, and tasted delicious. As this is the bread and butter of their business I am really glad they got this right. Lastly, I ordered a chocolate chip brownie. It was completely stale. It was so stale it fell apart into dry chocolate dust when I unwrapped it. No exaggeration. It was totally inedible. So that makes two teas and one brownie that were a waste of money. Long story short, it will be a long time before I order from this Jersey Mike's again.

    "Extra bacon" :/

Normally they are amazing. Apparently when you order delivery they take advantage. This serving is a joke. Small fork for size reference. This should be a serving size for an entire sub and would barely fit a small kids sub. Paid extra for extra bacon and they missed that too. The only way this place is good is if you watch them make everything. Second time dealt with adding something extra and not getting it.

One of my favorite sub franchises! Sandwiches always come fully packed with a hearty portion of meats and vegetables. I normally get a regular sub but this time I ordered the bacon ranch chicken cheese wheat wrap. Very delicious!

At 1:45 an employee working the dining room area asked the name of the order I was waiting on. He went and asked about it and they handed it over to him. The receipt on the bag was 1:37. I guess they don't call out names when an order is ready so my sandwich was just sitting there waiting for someone to ask about it? Anyway- I got my smoky pepper jack turkey sandwich home, opened it up - and there was NO bacon. The sandwich was just okay- I should have just gone a couple doors down to Jersey Mike's. I am annoyed that I tipped at the register when I ordered and in exchange received terrible service and a bland sandwich.

Today was the day! ;) It was around 1140 so it wasn't busy yet, meaning I was able to order immediately and got my takeout order in about 5 minutes. The counter person was friendly and so polite. I chose a "choose two" with broccoli cheddar soup and the jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich. Both turned out to be excellent choices. I have to say that the soup beats Panera hands down. The broccoli was distinct bites, the flavor deep and rich, and there were nice globs of cheddar cheese. Wow! I've never had a sammie made with a jalapeño roll except those I make at home with bakery rolls. This was just delightful, and the "crunch" is supplied by jalapeño kettle chips. Inspired! Even one half of each was plenty to satisfy my hunger, so I'm getting two meals for just over $14 including tip. I will definitely go back to try other soups & sammies!

In fairness, the place was busy but that also is typical on a Sunday around noon. We had a party of 5 and had to wait approximately 20-30 minutes to be seated. We received our coffee and waters however there were no spoons in our napkin of silverware so we had to use knives to stir in the creamer and sugar for the coffee. The waitress also brought a drinking cup full of half-n-half to the table for us to use in our coffee. This made quite a mess since pouring from a drinking cup resulted in drips and spillage onto the table. It was busy so we could not get the attention of anyone to ask for spoons after we realized they were not in the napkins. Jokes of course ensued about whether we were to use our fingers to stir our hot coffee. Later, when our entree's arrived, they had put 2 separate orders onto one plate and even though we requested fruit on the side for our french toast, the fruit was on top of the toast. These were all little, irritating things which combined made the dining experience memorable but for the wrong reasons.

You can tell people really like this place. Lots of options on the menu. I went with the classic Eggs Benedict, which here comes with an interesting twist -- they add cheddar cheese. That was new to me. My daughter ordered the Belgian waffle with sausage. They didn't ask patty or link, so we rolled the dice -- it came as links, and she wasted no time eating them. The waffle filled her up quickly. Fresh blueberries on top, crispy on the outside, airy on the inside, and sweet in all the right ways. When my Eggs Benedict arrived, it looked a little small at first and the potatoes barely filled the plate. But don't let that fool you. What a flavor. What a presentation. The hollandaise was perfect -- thick enough that it barely dripped off the muffins. Once the creamy yolk broke and mixed into that sauce, it was game over. The cheddar addition actually works, giving the whole dish another layer of richness. This is top-tier classic Benedict. Coffee was solid, the atmosphere cozy, and the pricing surprised me in a good way. My daughter's meal was $5.99, with only a $0.75 upcharge for juice, which is hard to beat these days. Good service, good food, and a comfortable place to sit down and eat. We'll definitely be back!!!

So far I've tried the California Powerhouse and the Turkey Club, and both were stacked with fresh ingredients. The portions are solid, and you can tell they're not skimping on anything. The Powerhouse came on a Kaiser roll and the club on white bread, and both held up really well. I've gotten fries on the side each time. They're cooked well, but they come out unsalted and a little bland on their own. That said, once you add some ketchup, they're perfectly fine and do the job. Service has been quick both times I went. I stopped by around 11:30 during the week (Thursday and Friday), and there was no line either time. From ordering to getting my food was about 5 minutes total, so it's definitely a solid option for a quick lunch. The shop itself is very clean and welcoming, and the staff has been friendly and helpful on both visits. Ordering is simple, though I did notice some of the same sandwich names listed in different sections with different prices, which was a little confusing. I meant to ask about it but forgot. They have a wide selection of deli-style sandwiches (hot and cold), plus cheesesteaks and burgers, which I haven't tried yet. For a sandwich, fries, and a drink, it's been a little over $18, but with the portion sizes and quality, I think it's worth it. I'll definitely be back. I'm especially interested in trying their breakfast since this area doesn't have a lot of strong breakfast spots, so I'm curious to see how they compare.

My fiancé and I have supported this local spot for years. It used to be a reliable go-to. But over time, something shifted--and now I know exactly what it is: the cook, Laura. On 11/28, I ordered steak and eggs. What I was served was not just unappetizing--it was dangerous. The steak smelled rancid, oozed a grayish liquid, and had visible discoloration. We flagged it immediately. Today, we returned to follow up and were horrified to learn that Laura had been explicitly told not to use those steaks because they were spoiled--and she served them anyway. Let that sink in. Why wasn't the meat discarded? Why did she knowingly serve it? Is she untrained, negligent, or something worse? And more importantly--why is she still employed? This isn't an isolated incident. Months ago, I stopped in for a quick lunch and became violently ill within the hour. I had to pull over to vomit and missed an important business meeting. I suspected something was off then, and from that point on, I would call ahead to make sure Laura wasn't cooking. Recently, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. There's a level of disregard here that feels personal. When I asked to speak with her after learning about the spoiled meat, the staff refused and smirked like it was a joke. It's not. This could have led to hospitalization--or worse. This is a public health issue. Laura's actions were reckless, and the restaurant's failure to act is inexcusable. I'm mortified, furious, and deeply disappointed. Willy's was once a place I proudly supported. Now, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Until there's accountability, I won't be back--and I urge others to think twice before risking their health here.
