Pic of one bug up close in my Cobb salad
    Tracie G.

I ordered a Cobb salad amongst other things and there were AT LEAST two bugs found in my salad. I'm mad bc I get Cobb salads from here often but I don't think I've ever paid attention but now... I can't in good consciousness order salad from here again. This is all ignoring the fact that two of my fries literally tasted like lotion and I had to spit it out prior to even eating the salad.

Service was fast but I did not receive the nuggets I ordered. Fries were a little stale but still ok.

So I fell for the okie dokie Yep the chicken tortilla soup craze. They get me at least twice a week at a rough $8.05 for the bowl. It's soooo good like soul soothing good... my love hate relationship with this soup is ridiculous.

This location has always been good to me. I work in the area so I stop in frequently, sometimes for breakfast and lunch! The staff is always quick, friendly and gets the order correct. The parking lot and property overall seems smaller than some other locations so you basically have to circle the building twice to get in the drive thru line. Sounds crazy but it works!

Remember that I frequent lots of Chick fil a spots because I'm a customer service snob. I Will drive hours just to get treated right. Especially through a drive thru. This location is so disorganized. Decided to do the park and order option and NEVER again. They had no idea what they were doing. Looked like they waited until all car orders were ready, It was a hot mess. I literally was going to leave after 20 minutes but didn't want to call and get a refund. Worst ever!

Drive Thru it's always packed because it's always so good!

I just love Chick Fil A and this location is super convenient right next to Arundel Mills mall. They're practicing social distancing all employees wearing masks. Getting into the Drive through is tricky. I had to do a loop-D-loop twice around the building before finding myself in the drive thru line. Awesome and fast service. Hot foods and delicious plus they got our orders right! A definite plus! The chicken tenders were cooked perfectly, golden crispy brown outside with a juicy white tender meat on the inside. Sooo good!

I was not allowed or able rather to take the survey however, I clearly just bought the food.

This was the worst visit to chick fil a by far. As I pulled up the young man who took my order "Joe Dinoto" was hooting and hollering at a female colleague to assist with the drive through. The young lady then proceeded to walk over to the cars as he continued to be disrespectful toward her. He was very unprofessional and didn't seem to care that all of this was happening in front of customers. Joe was so concerned with what the girl was doing that he messed up my order, not to mention there was a fucking NAIL in my girlfriend's lemonade. Like a real finger nail that was bitten off and put in the cup. It's disgusting and considered food tampering. I've called this location several times to inform someone, anyone of this terrible experience and each time I called the line was busy. If I could submit without giving any stars I would have!!

    A sauce boss' dream

This might be my favorite chick-fil-A of all-time, and I've slept outside of a chick-fil-A for their grand opening before. Their staff is friendly and they never forget the sauce. All I asked for was two kinds of sauces, didn't specify how much of each. As a certified sauce boss, I approve of this and will be most certainly be coming back. Edit: I just realized I wrote basically the exact same review 4 years ago. Well done! Consistency over the years!

GLUTEN FREE BREAD! Cool! It's about $1 extra but so worth it!

FAST AS HELL service! There's no walk-in service. It would've been nice if there were instructions...I don't order from Chick-fil-A because I don't have one where I'm from. So you have 2 choices, park in their numbered spots and order through mobile app or go through their drive-thru. I decided to do it through the app, because we were already parked so I could use their bathroom. The app asks you the model and color of your car and towards the end has you enter the lot number. All went well and few min later, a nice cheery woman came out with my order. So awesome! They have their covid protocols in full operational mode! I got my spicy chicken with GLUTEN FREE BUNS. And it was cool, they came in a bag and my chicken in a container! Wow! It was about a buck extra but worth it for me!

Today was the day! ;) It was around 1140 so it wasn't busy yet, meaning I was able to order immediately and got my takeout order in about 5 minutes. The counter person was friendly and so polite. I chose a "choose two" with broccoli cheddar soup and the jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich. Both turned out to be excellent choices. I have to say that the soup beats Panera hands down. The broccoli was distinct bites, the flavor deep and rich, and there were nice globs of cheddar cheese. Wow! I've never had a sammie made with a jalapeño roll except those I make at home with bakery rolls. This was just delightful, and the "crunch" is supplied by jalapeño kettle chips. Inspired! Even one half of each was plenty to satisfy my hunger, so I'm getting two meals for just over $14 including tip. I will definitely go back to try other soups & sammies!

At 1:45 an employee working the dining room area asked the name of the order I was waiting on. He went and asked about it and they handed it over to him. The receipt on the bag was 1:37. I guess they don't call out names when an order is ready so my sandwich was just sitting there waiting for someone to ask about it? Anyway- I got my smoky pepper jack turkey sandwich home, opened it up - and there was NO bacon. The sandwich was just okay- I should have just gone a couple doors down to Jersey Mike's. I am annoyed that I tipped at the register when I ordered and in exchange received terrible service and a bland sandwich.

In fairness, the place was busy but that also is typical on a Sunday around noon. We had a party of 5 and had to wait approximately 20-30 minutes to be seated. We received our coffee and waters however there were no spoons in our napkin of silverware so we had to use knives to stir in the creamer and sugar for the coffee. The waitress also brought a drinking cup full of half-n-half to the table for us to use in our coffee. This made quite a mess since pouring from a drinking cup resulted in drips and spillage onto the table. It was busy so we could not get the attention of anyone to ask for spoons after we realized they were not in the napkins. Jokes of course ensued about whether we were to use our fingers to stir our hot coffee. Later, when our entree's arrived, they had put 2 separate orders onto one plate and even though we requested fruit on the side for our french toast, the fruit was on top of the toast. These were all little, irritating things which combined made the dining experience memorable but for the wrong reasons.

You can tell people really like this place. Lots of options on the menu. I went with the classic Eggs Benedict, which here comes with an interesting twist -- they add cheddar cheese. That was new to me. My daughter ordered the Belgian waffle with sausage. They didn't ask patty or link, so we rolled the dice -- it came as links, and she wasted no time eating them. The waffle filled her up quickly. Fresh blueberries on top, crispy on the outside, airy on the inside, and sweet in all the right ways. When my Eggs Benedict arrived, it looked a little small at first and the potatoes barely filled the plate. But don't let that fool you. What a flavor. What a presentation. The hollandaise was perfect -- thick enough that it barely dripped off the muffins. Once the creamy yolk broke and mixed into that sauce, it was game over. The cheddar addition actually works, giving the whole dish another layer of richness. This is top-tier classic Benedict. Coffee was solid, the atmosphere cozy, and the pricing surprised me in a good way. My daughter's meal was $5.99, with only a $0.75 upcharge for juice, which is hard to beat these days. Good service, good food, and a comfortable place to sit down and eat. We'll definitely be back!!!

My fiancé and I have supported this local spot for years. It used to be a reliable go-to. But over time, something shifted--and now I know exactly what it is: the cook, Laura. On 11/28, I ordered steak and eggs. What I was served was not just unappetizing--it was dangerous. The steak smelled rancid, oozed a grayish liquid, and had visible discoloration. We flagged it immediately. Today, we returned to follow up and were horrified to learn that Laura had been explicitly told not to use those steaks because they were spoiled--and she served them anyway. Let that sink in. Why wasn't the meat discarded? Why did she knowingly serve it? Is she untrained, negligent, or something worse? And more importantly--why is she still employed? This isn't an isolated incident. Months ago, I stopped in for a quick lunch and became violently ill within the hour. I had to pull over to vomit and missed an important business meeting. I suspected something was off then, and from that point on, I would call ahead to make sure Laura wasn't cooking. Recently, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. There's a level of disregard here that feels personal. When I asked to speak with her after learning about the spoiled meat, the staff refused and smirked like it was a joke. It's not. This could have led to hospitalization--or worse. This is a public health issue. Laura's actions were reckless, and the restaurant's failure to act is inexcusable. I'm mortified, furious, and deeply disappointed. Willy's was once a place I proudly supported. Now, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Until there's accountability, I won't be back--and I urge others to think twice before risking their health here.
