The food was hot and fresh. I used the mobile app and sped through the line by using the online check-in. The line was very long. I think the line is always long here. This is a busy location but because I used the app I was able to get right out. I ordered the new chicken sandwich with the waffles and it was pretty good. Customer service was normal Chick-fil-A. Excellent customer service overall I have no complaints for this. I was unable to go into the store. I did the drive thru but overall the store seems pretty clean and the cashiers were friendly. read more

Be strong and fight that urge. After buying groceries for the week, I decided I needed some ice and was going to head here just to get a couple cups and a drink. That ended up to be sitting in their parking lot for 20 minutes trying to decide if I should or shouldn't order a combo or if I should or shouldn't order strips or if I should or shouldn't order fries. Just because I wanted some crunchy ice to make a cocktail at home lol I did put two bags of ice in my cart but realized I didn't have enough space for all that ice in my freezer lol so again I had to make some decisions. I finally decided to grab three count strips and some cups of ice. I don't know if it's a good thing that I can order on the app pull up to the speaker scandal QR code pull around and be handed my food. That's almost no human interaction! That's not good at all. But I did like it SMH they had a Cherry Berry lemonade I wanted to try however since I had multiple drinks in my car already and was a little hungry, decided just to get a little bit of food to hold me over. I was upset when I looked in that box and saw those small strips. Did the box get smaller because I could have sworn those strips were bigger? First time at the location. I was not happy with maze-like entrance. Once I got over that placing my order was fairly simple. The employees were very friendly and insightful. One such employee explain to me how to get in the parking lot because I was very confused. I wanted to get curbside but had to get it through the drive through. Surprisingly, ordering through the drive through went pretty fast. As usually the food is always pretty good. The chicken has been tougher in the last few years but it's still a decent recipe. After finally figuring out how to get to the drive through I was able to pick up my mobile order. Yhe line was long considering it was late at night right before closing, but it moved very quickly. My spicy chicken sandwich was fresh. My fries were fresh and I was happy with my experience outside of trying to actually find the place. I'd visit again if I'm in this area! read more

I have never seen a more motivated and genuine staff ever in the fast food business. This place cares and works together as a team. I have never seen better customer service as good as this Chick-fil-A. They constantly checked on if you wanted more sauces and refills. They emptied your trash. So amazing. read more

I came back to this new location to hopefully confirm that this (like almost ALL other fast food chains) is run in consistent manner. I am happy to report that things are much better! There are signs out to help navigate the drive-thru entrance. All of the equipment is functioning properly. The staff are pleasant, can be heard easily and are engaging. I entered the drive-thru and there was a car in the right and left lanes (at the speaker). When I approached, I was greeted, the order was read back to me and (very importantly) I was thanked. When I got to the door (no more little window to get your order), the staff member was ready for me and my order was hot, fresh and ready. The only "error" was missing sauce. I own half of that because I should have peered into the bag before leaving. Great experience!! read more

You know, I love Chick-fil-A one of the main reasons I love Chick-fil-A is they always have impeccable service. This is my first time in 38 years I've ever left a Chick-fil-A feeling holy disrespected and having terrible service. To start the young man who took my order, didn't pay attention, though he repeated my order back to me correctly. He recorded my order incorrectly. as you can imagine when I get my food, multiple things are missing from my order. And so I keep finding things missing and I'm being charged for the things missing. Now where I draw the line is my meal is missing cheese, cheese is approximately $.30 the last thing I noticed missing so I've already paid for the other missing pieces, I informed the person that the cheese is missing they proceeded to argue with me about $.30 Over slice of cheese, which I found to be just absolutely ridiculous considering the experience was already having. Based on principal asked to speak to the manager, proceeded to tell me " well that's just how it's going to have to be" in regards to paying $.30 for cheese firstly I didn't have anymore cash. Secondly I was not going to charge my card for $.30 and thirdly that's just absolutely ridiculous. There was no apology. There was no attempt to rectify the situation. There was just nasty attitude. I won't be returning to Chick-fil-A, but definitely need to do a course of nonviolent communication with their staff. read more

The fries are horrible - underneath the top few fries I found about a 1/4 cup of crumbs. This seems intentional, definitely not worth the $$$ you charge. You need better quality control. My go to order is a wrap or a salad. Don't expect to get dressing if you order it for pickup or delivery. They NEVER include dressing. I've made them aware of this issue before and their response is "It really just depends on who's working that day." Awful customer service. This hasn't happened just a few times. It happens anytime I order from this location. I double check the receipt anytime to make sure and I always order dressing and I do. We rarely have a good experience with this location, and continue to give it a try because we know they're new. Either the order is incorrect, the drive thru line is always slow, in multiple instances they just gave us food with no dressing no condiments napkins just threw the food in the bag. Chick Fil A is known for their customer service and that is one of the reasons I frequent their locations. I have to acknowledge Betty and Anderson at this location. The staff is very nice however I find that the portion sizes are smaller than other locations. I've ordered the chicken bowl (breakfast) and it was hardly 1/2 full another time the yogurt parfait barely enough for 5 spoonfuls. Disappointing for the price paid. read more
