Be strong and fight that urge. After buying groceries for the week, I decided I needed some ice and was going to head here just to get a couple cups and a drink. That ended up to be sitting in their parking lot for 20 minutes trying to decide if I should or shouldn't order a combo or if I should or shouldn't order strips or if I should or shouldn't order fries. Just because I wanted some crunchy ice to make a cocktail at home lol I did put two bags of ice in my cart but realized I didn't have enough space for all that ice in my freezer lol so again I had to make some decisions. I finally decided to grab three count strips and some cups of ice. I don't know if it's a good thing that I can order on the app pull up to the speaker scandal QR code pull around and be handed my food. That's almost no human interaction! That's not good at all. But I did like it SMH they had a Cherry Berry lemonade I wanted to try however since I had multiple drinks in my car already and was a little hungry, decided just to get a little bit of food to hold me over. I was upset when I looked in that box and saw those small strips. Did the box get smaller because I could have sworn those strips were bigger? Oh well, I took my $6 three strips home along with my ice. Hopefully next time I'll be strong enough just to get a bag of ice . . . . Possibly

First time at the location. I was not happy with maze-like entrance. Once I got over that placing my order was fairly simple. The employees were very friendly and insightful. One such employee explain to me how to get in the parking lot because I was very confused. I wanted to get curbside but had to get it through the drive through. Surprisingly, ordering through the drive through went pretty fast. As usually the food is always pretty good. The chicken has been tougher in the last few years but it's still a decent recipe. I'll come back for sure.

This is the 2nd time ordering something from this store & the food isn't right.. These restaurants have to do better.. Now how are you serving food like this?? Clearly you can see that this fruit needed to be thrown out.. It's no way you thought I would eat this. There are expiration dates that you are to go by & clearly it wasn't the case for this..

I came back to this new location to hopefully confirm that this (like almost ALL other fast food chains) is run in consistent manner. I am happy to report that things are much better! There are signs out to help navigate the drive-thru entrance. All of the equipment is functioning properly. The staff are pleasant, can be heard easily and are engaging. I entered the drive-thru and there was a car in the right and left lanes (at the speaker). When I approached, I was greeted, the order was read back to me and (very importantly) I was thanked. When I got to the door (no more little window to get your order), the staff member was ready for me and my order was hot, fresh and ready. The only "error" was missing sauce. I own half of that because I should have peered into the bag before leaving. Great experience!!

    Chick-fil-A Fries

The fries are horrible - underneath the top few fries I found about a 1/4 cup of crumbs. This seems intentional, definitely not worth the $$$ you charge. You need better quality control. If you wouldn't want to eat it, then don't serve it to your customers! Owner, please improve your quality control, this is unacceptable.

4.5 stars Finally…read morecame in to try this place. They share the same space as Jamba Juice, so the inside is those two service counters with a bunch of food court tables and benches. Loud pop music greets you as you walk in. Zauq is to the right. It seemed like a lot of folks were picking up classic American fare: wings, onion rings, other chicken dishes, but I was coming for some Halal food. I got a large rice platter with mixed chicken and lamb. The shredded chicken was okay; could have used more seasoning or something, but that's why they give you white and/or red sauce. The lamb was basically cubed gyro meat, which I enjoyed; I would get a platter of just this next time. You can add as many toppings as you'd like, including onion, lettuce, tomato, chickpeas, pickles, and hot peppers. Make it what you want. For $9.99 (as of 2025), that's a bargain for the amount of food you get. Overall it tasted pretty good. I think if I come back I'm going to try out the falafel and/or the fried chicken sandwiches. The folks are friendly and fast. The whole place, staff and clientele, seemed to be a melting pot of every ethnic group imaginable - Woodlawn baby, gotta love it. There's a Shahada posted above the counter in both Arabic and English, but the food is for everyone and I'm here to say, it's solid. You won't be disappointed.

Shrimp were good no wow factor, wings were good just plain but would have been better if they had a sauce and the burnt ends had more of a smoked bbq flavor which was different than usual but very tender and tasty. It was served with mixed vegetables and coleslaw. Veggies were ok and seasoned and coleslaw was to be desired. Not burnt ends is an entree on the menu. For entrees: crispy chicken sandwich with fries and chicken Mishkaki. Can I say, wow the portion required stretch pants! The sandwich; meat to bun is 20% more chicken than bread. It was seasoned and fried to perfection. The fries are in house cut and seasoned well too. The chicken Mishkaki is dish never tried before but reminds you of Nazan Halal's chicken with more of a rich tomato stew flavor with peppers, onions. It was about 8 to 10 skinless thin thighs seasoned and fork tenderness served in its own plate, then another plate with rice and the fixings. Think of a fajita sizzling plate and side plate of the fixings, same as this dish. I would definitely visit again! My pictures didn't save but here are few from other viewers which is identical to what was served.

I almost didn't though, once you dig past social media, you'll see a mix of good and bad reviews, and for a split second that gave me pause. Glad I ignored that feeling. We came on a Saturday around noon for lunch with the family. Addy's sits on the edge of a larger shopping center, nothing flashy, but easy enough to find. When you walk in, the counter is right there and the dining area is pretty small, maybe 8-10 tables total. We were greeted right away by the woman at the register, let her know we were dining in, and she handed us menus to take to our table. I had seen reviews mentioning clutter or stacked plates inside, but that wasn't the case at all during our visit. Everything was clean and in order. They had some jazz playing over the speakers, which gave the place a chill, quiet-to-moderate vibe. Lighting was average, not dim, not bright. Seating is a mix of booths and tables with chairs. I started in a chair, then slid over to the booth side of the table for more leg room. I was never uncomfortable either way. There was one person waiting on food when we arrived. We ordered at the counter and had our food in about 8 minutes, which felt quick. The same woman who took our order also brought the food out, smiled, and checked on us after. No complaints at all on service. It wasn't busy while we were there, but on our way out there was a line of about six people, so it clearly picked up. What we ordered: * Brisket Quesadilla - Shredded brisket with melted cheese in a tortilla, served with sour cream and salsa. The brisket was tender, well-seasoned, and had a light smokiness that came through nicely. * Beef Ribs - Fall-off-the-bone, smoky, saucy beef ribs with fries and cornbread. The cornbread came drizzled with honey, which honestly threw me off at first. I was like, this is either about to be really bad or really good, and it was definitely the latter. Almost cake-like, moist, and flavorful. I usually skip cornbread at BBQ spots, but this one hit. I can see how someone might feel the rib portion is a little light for the price, but not enough to stop me from ordering it again. * Mixed Mishkaki (Beef & Shrimp) - This might've been the standout. East African-style kebabs in a sweet and spicy marinade, served with rice and salad. The beef was insanely tender, I could've cut it with a cheap plastic fork. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and full of flavor, mixed with peppers and onions. It came out sizzling on a hot plate, fajita-style, which surprised us in the best way. Best bang for your buck for sure. This plate could feed two regular people... or one big back. I'm big back...lol * Cajun Chicken Tenders - I usually expect cajun to be dry-rubbed, but these were saucy, and still really good. Definitely coming back to try other flavors. Price-wise, meals range roughly from $9.99 to $24.99, and overall I thought the value was solid for what you get. Maybe some room for debate on the beef ribs, but everything else made up for it easily. Honestly, there wasn't anything on the menu I didn't want to try, and I don't even feel like I've found my go-to item yet, which is a good problem to have. As for the negative reviews I saw beforehand? I don't know. Maybe wrong day, wrong time, or they caught the place during a rough moment. Our experience was smooth, the food was fire, and the restaurant was well kept. Out of a few spots I've tried because of social media hype, this one was probably the most accurate to the hype. It made a big impression on both my wife and me. I live about 40 minutes away, and I'll definitely be back to dine-in or takeout, though I'd probably dine in so the food's hot. Great spot for a lunch date or grabbing takeout. If you've been on the fence like I was, go check it out.

The order had to be placed online for pickup. I tried earlier, but the store showed as a corporate location for some reason. After a bit of research, I found out it was an actual store. I parked, placed my order from the car, and made sure to customize it because I do not eat pork. I added extra tomatoes and left out ham. I also ordered one for my son. The pickup time was about fifteen to twenty minutes later. I went inside to let them know I had just placed an order. The store was empty except for staff. A young woman greeted me and said she was working on the sandwiches. I waited, spoke briefly with another employee, and looked around. Soon, my order was ready. The young woman told me the sandwich with extra tomatoes was on top. I thought she might also mention no ham, but she did not. I checked the bag before leaving, opened the one she pointed out, and thought it looked right. I tied the bag back up and left. At home, I planned to give one sandwich to my son and save mine for lunch the next day. I was a little hungry and decided to take a bite. Before I did, I checked again because both sandwiches looked exactly the same. That is when I saw they both had ham. I was upset. I checked the time, saw the store was still open, and called. The phone rang for a long time, but someone finally answered. I explained what happened. He asked if I had the receipt, but there was none in the bag. I gave him my name, and he found my receipt still in the store. He read it out loud and said it only showed extra tomatoes, not no ham. I checked my account and saw he was right. Somehow, the no ham request had not saved. I told him I was confused because I was sure I had deselected ham. He said it was not their fault and they could not fix it. I asked to speak to the manager. He talked to someone in another language and came back saying the manager said the same thing. They would make a new sandwich if I paid again. That was disappointing. The manager refused to get on the phone and I was "oh welled". I thought this could be a regular spot since it is so close and clean inside. But maybe it is for the best. The food is not great for me anyway. I do not know what went wrong with the order. I even tried to recreate it, but the promo code seemed to affect the options although it did allow for customization. Maybe it was meant to be. Yes, maybe the mistake was on my end. But I know I tried to remove the ham. Either way, I do not need processed meat in my life. I will take this as a win. Will I go back? No, and that is okay. The food is not good for me anyway. Also, what was I doing eating a sandwich after 8 anyway? Get it together ma'am! A star for the store being clean, the young lady being pleasant, and the quickness I received my order.
