They matched each to the wines, of course. Most of the cheeses were fairly young: Flavorful and fun. Of those, we loved most the pairing of a rich ruby-red Toscana with Atwater's Rossa Moon: a slightly sweet, nutty, gouda, brightened further in fruitiness (not hue) by brining in a red wine from Black Ankle in Maryland's Mt Airy. Standing on it's own, the best of Atwater's cheese samples was the 18+ month National Pike Reserve. An extra sharp yet smoothly textured harder cheese. House-made cheeses, house-made breads, delicious creative foods, and, each month, around six luscious wines to taste with two bottles to take home. We live Atwater's Wine Club! Wife and I are huge foodies and normally travel for all kinds of foods…read more One of our favorite Vietnamese dishes are Summer Rolls and Banh Mi sandwiches. A blogger that I follow on IG reviewed this place, so today we decided to give it a try. We ordered a couple different Banh Mi's - the BBQ pork and Grill pork. For those who are familiar with this dish, the bread is the star of this dish and the baguette was fresh and had a nice crunch with every bite. Both of the meats were seasoned well bursting with flavor and the pickled carrots and daikon were nice and thick. They offer many different options for summer rolls and while the safe side of me wanted to stick with just the "traditional / original" style, we decided to venture off and got the Grilled Beef, Grilled Sausage, Shredded Pork, and Grilled Pork. All of them were delicious in their own way and they each come with different sauces. While we were there we also got the original Cafe Su Da (Vietnamese iced coffee) which was delicious but my favorited was the Salted Latte which tastes like a Salted Caramel coffee. Staff was very friendly and got all of the food and drinks out in a timely manner. Absolutely love this place and excited to have a great Banh Mi place here in Maryland without having to travel to DC / VA.

The Vietnamese latte was very strong which I like. Never had a Vietnamese latte before. They steam heat the condense milk which is a first for me. The drink was delicious. Definitely one of the more stronger coffees I had. The grilled chicken bahi mi sandwich was made fresh. The bread was nice and chewy. Had a little crunch on the outside, The staff here were very friendly. Will definitely come back in the future. Prices are reasonable and there is a small seating if you want to eat inside. For my yelpers, this place is a must try!
