Today I ordered one of the new sandwiches Spicy Steak on Asiago bagel. I'm usually very happy with Panera but it's going down hill. I ordered using my app for Rapid Pick up and sat in the car waiting to be notified it's ready. I get the message and go in and I'm told it's being packed up. Fine I waited as I watched others wait even though others did the same and bags were clearly sitting and not placed in the Rapid Pickup area. Finally got my food home only to find there is very little steak on it. It was mostly cheese, arugula and sauce. Panera quality control is not what it used to be. read more

I have done multiple catering orders from this location and simple lunch orders as well. The catering order was immaculate and contained everything my office needed to enjoy lunch together. However my personal orders tend to be inconsistent. I was really upset today when I ordered their lunch special which was a turkey cheddar sandwich along with a bowl of wild rice chicken soup. I'm guessing because it's a lunch special they must prepare the sandwiches ahead of time because the Tomato on my sandwich was old, limp and did not taste well at all. I actually spit out my sandwich because I couldn't keep chewing it. I understand the necessity to have quick affordable lunches but maybe they should just not include tomato on the sandwich if it needs to sit. I always wanted to try the lunch special and I did so I'm over it. I wasn't a fan of the soup either and wish I could have chosen the chili. With these specific lunch specials you cannot alter or make customizations. I understand lunchtime gets really busy but this is an establishment that was built specifically for this. Another occasion I went to pick up my order I had Place ahead of time and my soup was not and my bag. I am so glad I checked before leaving because that drive back to work would have been extremely disappointed. They lady who helped me check out actually told me thank you for checking, like I wasn't supposed to. The employees get 2 stars for being nice but Panera should be ashamed with these portions on the new Steak Asiago Stacks. When I looked at the menu I saw a beautiful sandwich and I received was 2 slices of a bagel with a little meat in the center (as you can see in my photos). From first glance you can even tell that there is meat on the sandwich. I watched there of these gets prepped and they all looked exactly the same so can't say mine was a one off. I noticed a customer wasn't happy with the order, Amy corrected the order, offered apologies and made it right although the customer in my opinion was very rude. I also noticed that the staff all seem to be working, whether it was cleaning or preparing an order. No one was standing around idle. I've been to other locations and the service wasn't as great. Lastly the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. An older couple was having trouble with the new menu; they said the menu changed since they last visited. The staff was cordial and knowledgeable about getting the couple comparable items to the last menu. All in all, a good visit. read more

Not my regular location since I don't live around here, but was nearby after running some errands and I was hungry! I placed a mobile order and upon arriving my food was ready! I was greeted right away. My order was correct and everything tasted great! I've learned to double check my stuff before leaving because I've had issues at other restaurants where it wasn't accurate! This is my typical go to Panera since I work nearby. I usual grab some coffee or tea (sometimes food if I come during lunch). It's not crazy busy but there's a good amount of people and an older men's group that hangs out there every morning (no complaints, they are all very considerate). However, they seem to run out of all hot water and coffee around 8:30am which is unfortunate and I hope that can be fixed. That's the only reason why I'm giving this 3 stars. If that issue were to be resolved, I would give 5. The staff is super friendly as well! read more

This location is located in the shopping center with Walmart and Five Guys. It has outdoor seating and has adequate seating inside. Today I was in the mood for a hot chocolate and chicken noodle soup since I have a cold. I am a rewards member and noticed that there was an offer for 20% off You Pick Two in my app. You can choose a cup of soup and half a sandwich or salad. I chose Chicken Noodle Soup and the Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich. I also had a hankering for hot chocolate. I was hoping that the soup and hot chocolate would soothe my throat. After you place your order, you receive a pager. When your order is ready the pager will buzz. It was a bit confusing as they called out my #38 which apparently was also someone else's number but hers was to go, but my order was for there. Additionally if you get a custom made drink it's to be picked up in a separate area from the food order pick up. Everything I had was very good - the soup, the sandwich, and the hot chocolate. I only wish that they would toast the bread. The customer service has been good every time I have come. Around lunch time it can be pretty busy. I have been to this location many times, but yesterday I had the Tuna Salad Sandwich. The person who took my order told me I could not have Rye Bread (my favorite) so I opted for Chiabatta Bread instead of Whole Grain (Yuk). The Tuna was so heavily salted that I could barely taste any fish at all. For those who love heavy salt, couldn't they just use a salt shaker for more? Also, they used Romaine Lettuce instead of the Iceberg Lettuce I always use for my Tuna. For me the Iceberg adds a special crunch. I won't make this mistake again. This is for the Lobster Roll. This is one of my favorite sandwiches. I wish it wasn't seasonal. I could eat this sandwich all year round. They usually put it over top of the lettuce. I have a couple dozen visits to this Panera Bread over the years of working in the area. I've found this Panera Bread to be consistent and enjoyable. The service is personable and attentive. The ambiance is nice -- usually groups of 2 or 3 having lunch; either personal or business. My tastes have fluctuated over the years, so I've tried a few different menu items -- most recently settling on the salads. A "half" is plenty for me -- especially with a baguette as a side. The salad is always consistent and has a sufficient amount of meat included. Another FAVORITE is the strawberry banana smoothie. SO. GOOD. Panera Breads (most of them), have switched to the buzzer method of alerting you to your food being done -- versus calling your number. I'm in different about that. On one hand, it's nice to be able to go directly to your seat after ordering. On the other hand, you have to leave you jacket and drink (and anything else you brought) on your table while you go back up to get your food. Additionally, items purchased from the drink bar are NOT included in the "buzzer" items -- so those are still called out verbally by what the item is. So, if you've gone to sit down (which you likely would), you have to listen for "strawberry banana smoothie) to be called out across the restaurant. The Panera Breads rewards is a decent system. Every few months I end up with a free small soup or a drink. The store takes Apple Pay - which is a nice perk - especially if you've forgotten your wallet that day.. ahem... read more

The this store has a friendly crew and the food is prepared well. I especially enjoyed the season "Strawberry/poppyseed chicken salad. It loaded with fresh fruits and chicken. The salad is served cold which is perfect for a hot summer day. Now for me the cashiers and the food prep people are important and what in have experienced here is just great. It seems like the quality of food has changed. I have ordered a Greek chicken salad and now I have a sharp pain in my stomach. I hope it will fet better soon. I had to rake some pain medication but the pain is still very severe. On the top of that when I ordered the cashier told me I had a $2 off but after I paid and looked at the receipt I didn't get a discount. When I asked I was told that I should have ordered online to get a discount. $2 is not a big deal bit, why to tell a customer about this discount thar wasn't applied nor I was given an option to order online beforehand.
