Quick and efficient, I ordered a bagel (double toasted) and it was done just right. With the hazelnut cream cheese, perfect. Getting my order to go, I didn't stick around. The bagel was good, the cream cheese was good, I was on my way promptly. This Panera is A-OK. read more

I love Panera Bread! Everything is fresh and prepared very well. The bakery is a joy! Stop in and see for yourself!

Panera Bread has always been one of my favorite places to order lunch for our office. But on a rainy Tuesday, Door Dash canceled my online order twice. Forcing me to contact Panera directly and pray they were able to accommodate a large lunch order rather quickly. Needless to say, the manager - Evan, hopped on it and saved me from having to find another lunch venue (especially since everyone was expecting Panera). I'm so thankful for the service received yesterday and know that I can always depend on the great service offered at Panera-Dobbin Road. read more

Panera Bread is like a Starbucks with better food. There happened to be one a few miles from our hotel and we felt eating something a little healthier for dinner (after days of burgers, pizza, fried food, etc.). Plenty of parking at this location due to it being next to a Walmart. I ordered the BBQ Chopped Chicken Salad with a blueberry muffin. I liked it better than the BBQ Chopped Chicken Salad from California Pizza Kitchen. Plus it was less than $8! The sandwiches are delicious as well. I've had the Turkey Bacon Bravo in the past. For less than $8 you can also get a 2 combination of either a cup of soup, 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 salad. My coworker got chicken noodle soup with 1/2 smoked ham and swiss sandwich. Pretty good amount of food for the price. Great place to study, relax and/or enjoy a healthier meal. read more

Service was terrible. Cashier got the sandwich wrong so he said he would make a new one. He didn't actually go make the new one so I waited for 20 minutes thinking it was being made but then had to talk to the manager who was now working in the prep area because the workers kept messing up orders. 3 ladies next to me asked for a different soup but their cashier typed it in wrong too. Not sure why the service was bad today but will not be coming back. read more

I was really excited after taking the passport challenge about trying the new flatbread. I tried the Mediterranean Chicken flat bread without the chicken ( because I am vegetarian) and it was one of the most awful meal I ever had. It was dry and the yogurt sauce was very sour, the hummus spread was super dry and it topped with cabbage shaving and few pieces of cucumber. It tasted like rotten yogurt and super dry. I don't see the goal in promoting something this distasteful. I am really unhappy with the meal I just experienced and may not go to Panera ever :( read more

This Panera Bread has a good system where you place an order at the counter and they give you a buzzer that they'll buzz when the food is ready, IF ONLY THEY'D USE IT. So I placed my order and sat down. Half an hour later, the buzzer still hadn't buzzed. I went back to the cashier to inquire as to the status of my order and she told me to check the pickup counter. Sure enough, it was there. Since they did not buzz the buzzer, I didn't know to go pick up my food. So it had been sitting there for quite some time and was cold. Terrible. read more

This particular location is pretty busy, and although the parking lot is pretty big, it's almost always full, and is prone to accidents. That being said, Panera is just too good to stay away. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and are willing to help with dietary restrictions and allergies. The menu is expansive, with year round staples and seasonal items. I really like the sandwiches and soups, such as the Bacon Turkey Bravo, and the iced teas and lemonades are really yummy! My personal favorite is the Green Tea. It's perfectly sweetened and full of flavor. The Bloody Orange Lemonade is really good too. They are very kid friendly, having a separate kids menu, and high chairs. They have outdoor seating, and are great for groups as well. The bagels are really good, and they have a nice breakfast menu as well. It's really just the perfect place to have a healthy, tasty, relaxed meet up with a friend or family member. They also have a nice rewards program that I recommend signing up for. Also, they have catering and order ahead options. read more

This Panera location has by far the best service I have received from the chain. The staff is passionate and very knowledge of the menu and always has suggestions. We always get a preview of new menu items that are about to come out. Additionally, some family members have Crohns disease and they are able to eat here which says a great deal about the quality ingredient they have. Keep it up! read more

I've been to this location many times with no issue. It's very busy and usually an overall pleasant experience, regardless. I just called to speak with the mgr. Someone finally answered and hung up before I could say anything? The girl taking ny order spoke way too fast and was not friendly AT ALL, even after I gave her a tip, which usu. warrants a thank you. She did not seem to know the menu. I asked her to tell me what was in the Mediterranean bowl. She rattled off the ingredients too fast. I stopped her and asked her to repeat them, and she went just as fast. We have masks on, and the music overhead really does not help. So of course, my drink order was wrong, even though she read it back to me, bec. she did that too fast, too, even if I told her she was talking too fast. I speak fast, and if someone talks faster than I do, IT'S TOO DAMN FAST!! The girl making the drinks kept offering to make the drink I ordered, but I took what she made. Just super annoyed, esp. bec. I tipped that girl for horrible service. Lol read more

This Panera's curbside service is much worse than other Paneras, often taking more than 15-20 minute after you press I AM HERE button even when there is no other car waiting. I hope the management pays attention. read more

Poor Customer Service - September 21, 2021. Submitted an order to Panera in Columbia at Dobbins CTR. Placed the order via DoorDash. Food was for elderly parents. About five minutes before the order was scheduled for delivery, I received a "your order has been canceled" text. Called the Panera to find out what happened. The phone was answered by a female who had me hold for a male person who was identified as a "manager". The male person assured me that the fault was with Door Dash. He emphasized that the there was no way the restaurant would have cancelled an order without notifying the customer. He provided a number for me to call Door Dash. I called Door Dash and the representative check, saw my order and noted that the system showed that the restaurant had cancelled the order. Sure enough the cancellation took place at the restaurant. The Door Dash rep called the Panera. She spoke with one person and then was told she could speak with Sandra, possibly another manager. Then, according to the Door Dash rep she go hung up on. No food, scramble to get an alternative meal sent, and now I have to wait for the money I have been charged to be returned to my credit card. This wasn't a last minute order! No food and the the Panera representative flat-out lied! Would you eat food from a place that won't admit it made a mistake, or perhaps there was a technical glitch? I was not even angry when I called, I just wanted to know what went wrong. I was prepared to resubmit the order if something had glitches in the ordering process. If something this simple was cause for fabrication, one can only imagine the answers the health department gets during facility inspections at this location. read more

I came in today for some soup directly following an oral surgery as I'm unable to eat anything solid for a while. First of all I ordered "the biggest broccoli cheddar" they have, in hopes that it would last me a couple days. They gave me a large... that is not even close to the biggest it comes. So I get to sit down and eat and realized that I have been equipped with a plastic knife and fork to eat my SOUP with and what looks like it was the very last tiny scrap of bread in the store. Not at all what it should have been. Thanks Panera. read more

Love Panera! This is just like the one in my hometown state of MA. Good to know I can get the same sandwich and soup or bagels while visiting my daughter in MD. It was clean, the cashier was friendly and the food was consistent with any of the other Panera locations I have eaten at. The parking at this location is a bit tough. They have a large lot but it is in a shopping center with Wal Mart and some other stores so a spot is tough to find. read more

First of all... Coming from Columbus, OH - where Panera bread is not that popular - I was surprised by how many people there were at Panera Bread at 1pm Saturday. I went to get some lunch then to study. Food came out very fast and it tasted great. It was very clean and staff was going around often to clean the area. We went to this Panera Bread after we could not find seats in Starbucks to sit quietly and do work, and though I was under the impression that I was not a fan of their food from coming once years ago.... Either my taste buds changed, or their food improved dramatically! I love bread bowls, and especially enjoyed the broccoli cheese soup in a bread bowl! Their pastries are nice too, and so are their coffees and smoothies. It is a very comfortable place to sit in and do work with their many booths with outlets under the tables, and their coffees and snacks keep you filled, without breaking your wallet. I suggest you join their loyalty card program! They are fairly generous with their rewards! read more

This location is always clean and plenty of seating. People love to chill in Panera with computers so other places don't have adequate seating for those who want to dine in. Even though it was lunch, the line moved quickly and my salad was up in a snap. Today I tried the new Mediterranean quinoa salad. The dressing was flavorful. Feta cheese would make this salad mind blowing so next time I'll take it to go and add some. The olives went perfect in the salad. I hate olives but this would not be the same without them. This new salad is a must try. Enjoyed my meatless healthy lunch. read more

Panera has always been a go to place for me over the years. After today I will not be returning to this location. I ordered the BBQ Chicken flatbread. When I sat down something made me open the sandwich and I was greeted with cold raw chicken. I sat there poking at it almost in disbelief and finally mustered the courage up to go say something. I was met with skepticism and told that wasn't really possible. They remade the sandwich with not even a "sorry" OR offering something else's because let's be honest, my appetite is gone now..... I'm including the picture I took because I had to even ask a friend if it looked raw to her. Salmonella is no joke and I would be horrified if a customer was in contact with raw chicken. Handled very poorly and I am not one to complain. When you pay $12 for lunch , it's expected to be at least edible to say the least read more

There are many places claiming to offer healthy food. Speaking as a patron, and s former Health Professional, Panera lives up to this. We had a delicious ancient grain salad with arugula and a half sandwich with roasted turkey, Apple , Swiss cheese and arugula. People are friendly here and don't rush you when you order. The Panera is a little bit better than the Panera at the Columbia Mall( which is still good ) but this one gives slightly bigger portion sizes. Do me a favor and try it out. Let me know what you think. ;-) Munch on, my friends! read more

One of the dirtiest Panera Breads we have ever been to. The only one hand sanitizer stand by the entryway is always out of sanitizer. The entire store is below standard. Seems like cleanliness is at the bottom of their priority list. The toilets do not have seat covers. The bathroom is generally dirty. I would love to see the management step up their game since I love Panera bread food. read more

Due to the nature of my job and business, I visit Panera Bread often and this location is by far my favorite. It's quiet, quaint and with visitors and staff is very pleasant. One thing that I love about this particular location is the customer service; I mostly visit in the evenings and on weekends and the staff is always ready to greet you when you walk in the door. I typically spend anywhere from 2-4 hours there and I have never felt like I was being rushed to leave. Cleanliness is extremely important to me and regardless of a holiday rush or a midday rush hour, this location is always clean. Definitely worth 4 stars! read more

Panera is always consistent food, but they really need to do something about the overwhelming amount of WASTE they create. I got a take out order and they put so many plastic utensils in my bag, I asked them to take the utensils back because I didn't want them, but they refused to (even though I didn't touch them). And then I asked if they at least had a place to recycle they rudely said no. Come on Panera, it's 2019, learn how to recycle and make at least some effort to reduce your waste. read more

Panera - so who needs an office? This is my spot for meetings - any time of the day. All Paneras are fairly convenient, but this one is at a confluence of several major roads, so your team can get there easily. The food is always imaginative and fresh, especially the sandwiches, and they have begun offering fresh fruit in place of the chips at no extra price - a nice touch. They keep ramping up the menu offerings, so consider ordering something other than your favorite for a change. They have plenty of fresh lemon slices to kick-up you diet soda, and there are free-fills, too. The WiFi is free and decently, but not unflaggingly, strong - if you're there when everyone else has their laptops out, you may not be able to ride the signal, and you have to look out for power cords strung across the floor. (I've seen a few people stumble over them, but nobody has hit the ground yet.) But hey, do you want to pay $$$ to connect at Starbucks and have to jockey for the two decent places to sit? Me neither. Plus the chess players aren't going anywhere anytime soon. Everyone I've taken there for the first time has ended up going back with other friends or hosting their own working lunches there, too. Their fresh bread is a knock-out, so grab a loaf to bring home or take with you to dinner as a thank you gift to your hostess/host. Panera also spends a few bucks to make the design of the place interesting - but fresh, because every one I've been in has been different, not pre-fabbed - and when it's full, there is a great energy buzz from all the other people there that it usually translates to taking things to another level for my people too - a nice side effect. Yeah. Panera. Definitely. read more

Holy moly, is this a busy Panera!! The parking lot is even busier!!! We went on a Saturday afternoon at 1:30pm. Who knew Panera's the place to be? The staff at the counter are very nice and helpful and the food came out pretty quickly, considering how packed it was. I ordered the Cobb salad, which I know isn't that exciting. The lettuce was crisp and there were generous portions of chicken, avocados, bacon, blue cheese, and a hard boiled egg in a huge bowl. The dressing was the right amount and I was pretty happy with the salad. With a side of bread, I could not eat more than half of it. Lunch for later, yay! read more

Good food. Horrible service. Woman who put our meal together left it on the counter without saying anything. A few of us waiting looked at one another. I asked another worker who shrugged. A third worker looked at the bag, turned it around, looked for a slip, then asked me for my order number. I told her. She pushed the bag close and walked away. I see the original person on my way out and ask why she didn't call out my order. She proceeds to start yelling at me in front of a manager. Wow. I'm getting yelled at because she couldn't just announce a simple number? Love the food but the service here is always hit or miss. This was definitely the biggest miss I've experienced. read more

I come to Panera a few times a month and I came in again and ordered my food as usual. After I paid I made sure it was to go because I was never asked. Now I'm mad and I said excuse me? She looked at me with a foul expression, said nothing and continued into the back. Im not going to this location again. I enjoyed going to Panera so whenever there is Panera and I am hungry I go to Panera for pick 2. The food is really good.

The service is horrible. I don't usually eat at Panera and this is the reason why. I wasn't sure what to get, so I attempted to order a breakfast sandwich. The woman taking my order told me that they were no longer serving breakfast, which was fine. Another woman behind the counter started muttering about how "they cut that off 5 minutes ago" and started having an attitude. OK, damn! Let it go! I didn't even order anything after that. My wife ordered a bagel and the one with attitude acted like she was being inconvenienced for doing her job. Never mind! You don't have to worry about getting my money in the future! read more
