This location is busier than any Five Guys I've been to. The staff was friendly and the building was clean. Since it was busy we did wait a while for our food, but the fries were super fresh so it was worth it. Five Guys has the best fries and the large is massive. Sadly they did slightly mess up my order as they added jalapeños, which I hate. Fiancés order was fine and he ordered jalapeños so they may have been confused. Luckily the jalapeños were fresh as opposed to from the jar so it wasn't hard to pick off. Everything else was fine. Love getting free peanuts to snack on while we waited. 5 or 6. Guys or Gals. None of that matters once you dive in to a beautifully crafted, made to order, fresh beef burger! Admittedly, I'm a bit of a one trick pony when it comes to Five Guys. I always get the same thing. My stock order is a Little Bacon Cheeseburger, "All The Way", with a little order of Fries and a small drink. That's plenty for me. The Little Bacon Cheeseburger is bigger than any small small cheeseburger you would get at any other fast food chain. But then again, Five Guys isn't just any other fast food chain. Note, the standard Burgers come as a double patty burger. For me, is just a bit too much but probably just right for some. "All The Way" is exactly as it sounds. "All The Way" means it includes lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, grilled onions, and grilled mushrooms, along with ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise. And if that's not exactly your speed, you can customize at any way you like. Now let's move on to the Fries. Fantastic, fresh cut and more than you know what to do with.. The way the meal is served, the Burger is put in the bag, the ordered size cup of Fries is put into your bag and usually a generous extra scoop of fries is dumped into your bag. So, when you order fries, know you're getting more than you bargained for. And what you're getting, is definitely a bargain!! These fresh cut beauties go great either on your Burger, plain or dipped in ketchup. When it comes to the drinks you've got the serve yourself Coke machine, tea or you can get one of their shakes. They even have a bacon shake! Would I go back? 100%. Not even a question. Every Five Guys location is pretty much the same. I don't expect much service from a over the counter restaurant. I don't even need thank yous. Just looking for a normal transaction. Went in at 9PM on a Thursday. They're open till 10PM. Walked right up to the counter ready to order. The employee behind the counter is picking her nails and ignores me. After an awkward 30 seconds of me staring at her, she finally comes to the register and asked what I wanted. In the middle of me ordering she turns around and starts having a conversation with the cook. This was a more then just telling him to start the 2 patties. She finally turns back around and I finish my order. She asked if it was for here or to go. I replied for here and she sighs. OK whatever, just a disgruntled employee. I go get my drink and sit down. My 2 friends come in and another employee comes to the register to take their order. I'm assuming it's the manager, she's wearing a grey polo. I'm witnessing the transactions from the table, the "manager" is rolling her eyes as she's taking my friends orders! Keep in mind they close at 10PM and it's 9:05PM at this point. My friends get to the table and we're laughing at the absurdity of the service we're getting. At least 4 separate customers came in during the time we were there and the employees all either rolled their eyes, shook their heads or sighed as the customers walked in. Every single one of the employees. My friends and I was done and walked out of there at 9:40PM. Well before they closed. If customers are so unwelcomed at this establishment then I will take my money elsewhere. I cannot believe any of those employees are employed. OMG!! I've been in love with Five Guys for years. But recently I've been trying to follow the Keto diet. What I love is you can still eat Five Guys, just bun-less. I ordered my normal Little Bacon Burger with sautéed mushrooms, onion, peppers and jalapeños with a lettuce wrap. I also added pickles, tomatoes and raw onion. This burger was soooo good. We stopped in on our way home from a weekend trip. This is the best give guys I've ever been to. The service was amazing, especially in 2023. Employees were friendly, upbeat and attentive, singing out our order number and checking in on us. Our burgers and fries were hot and fresh and seasoned well. I love that you can put as many toppings on at no additional charge. We ordered a little bacon cheeseburger for my son (this was definitely large enough ) and I ordered a normal size bacon cheeseburger (it was huge!! I could have probably definitely been ok with a little one) and an order of Cajun fries to split (the regular comes with a lot). Burgers were awesome. Still blown away with how good they taste! They never fail to underwhelm. Today I was the only soul in line at 1:08 pm. I ordered and was order 91. I took a seat to wait. A few minutes later another person approached the counter and ordered. Several minutes later I hear, "92", "order 92". No one says a word about 91, it was more than 5 minutes before "91" was called. When I questioned the order, I was literally told "92 came in first". The fries, that I apparently waited on were vile, undercooked, damp and mealy. The staff's personal banter seems to adversely effect their performance and attention to the task at hand. Excellent food and customer service! The general manager went above and beyond when the delivery driver bailed on my order. I ordered through the Five Guys website (not recommended) and was assigned an Uber driver. After seeing her not pick up my order and hop on the interstate., I called the store. They were ok with me picking it up. Uber gave me a hard time on the phone and finally canceled with no charge (The driver was now 12 miles from the restaurant.) This company is up to 400 locations and I don't understand it. They make a decent burger but it's only a couple of bucks shy of places that make great burgers. Not even that. I paid $7.71 for a buger and fries. For $8 or $9 I could have gone anywhere and gotten a great burger, cooked to my liking and fries are included. Their claim that they cook the bugers well done and juicy is false. My burger was done and dry. The only thing that saved it was the toppings. Ok, first off food is good. It's the kind of good that makes you happy and fat. Fries are like the county fair. Greasy good and smells fried and there is no wrong way to eat them. Fries are good with ketchup or like I like them with malt vinegar. Now onto the burgers, very good and they are fast. I had the small bacon cheeseburger and my kid had just the small cheeseburger. We split a fry and drink. Fries are like double servings FYI. I come here when I care nothing about calories because this food everyday will cause a bypass eventually but it is good. Now my problem with the place is the price. It's a bit high, $18 for me and my kid, but I knew it would be high and that's fine. Just know that it's not cheap. Fantastic burgers, always made fresh right in front of you and unlimited toppings. The fries are fantastic as well, possibly the best in the industry surpassing everyone but McDonalds and even then most likely tying them at worst. The cajun fries are what my fiance like the best and they are a tad spicy but not too spicy for most folks. Order a small order of fries as they dump extra in the bag, unless you are a huge eater and/or just want some fries to snack on later. They are served best with vinegar (which you can get at the store by the ketchup) and salted heavily... The burgers here are the star of the show of course and are always cooked perfectly and pack a lot of flavor. It's definitely not a place to go if you are watching your cholesterol but an occasional trip isn't too bad. And don't forget you can always order a single. I do wish Five Guys would add a turkey burger option but perhaps that's just me. The toppings are all free for your burger and you can get so many you'll have a Dagwood type sandwich experience. My favorites are grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, ketchup, mayo, mustard and extra pickles. If you're in the mood for something different try their all beef hot dog as it's expensive but extraordinary. For that I'd recommend the chil and cheese option with ketchup and mustard. And don't forget to sample some of the free peanuts while you wait for your burger. If you don't want to wait long feel free to use their iPad app and order online which is what we do. You can then skip the line and get your burger right away. Top notch and one of the best places you can get a burger. Blows away other fast food burgers. read more

Wife and I ordered, went to look for a table and EVERY TABLE in the dining room was filthy, the floors were disgusting, it looked like homeless people and rats had slept inside overnight and binged on burgers, fries and peanuts. S**t everywhere. For the price, we should've just gone to Rusty Bucket down the street where the burgers are ten times better for the same price. Rusty Bucket is a Cameron Mitchell restaurant, always a clean dining room. Sorry 5 Guys, your burgers are NOT $7-$8 burgers. After not having Five Guys for several years, we decided to give it a try again. The burger meat was flavorless, no seasoning. Fries were better, not so burnt and less greasy. The restaurant made effort to mark every other table to promote social distancing, but made NO effort to clean the tables that were being used. Worst of all, a customer came in to order and sit and eat but did NOT have a mask at all. Staff at register or the manager made no effort to let that customer know he would not be served without a mask. While it's the customers choice, it is a state mandate for entering any public retail. We didn't confront this maskless offender, we felt Five Guys should have. We quickly ate and left. Will not be coming back. read more

It's okay. I feel it's way overhyped for simple burgers-but the fresh cut fries are awesome (except when you get a bag of small pieces). I suppose the plus is-the burger is what they focus on, and you can get a variety of toppings, and the burgers are consistent. A small fry can be split between three people-you basically get a cup in a bag, and they start dumping fries in the bag :) OH - and free peanuts! I would just say I guess it seems that the patty seasoning always tends to be a little off here. Like I don't know if it's just the meat isn't as fresh or what, but I have been to other five guys where the burger patty is just A+ Overall though, I would say it's a perfectly fine spot to go and get a lunch or dinner. Additionally, as most people know, five guys does have keto options, which is great. I have noticed when I go in for pick up it can be a little messy sometimes but that might just be because I normally go at dinner times, I've also gone in when it's spotless so I think it's just a case-by-case thing. They make great burgers and fries to order and you get a lot of food...but it costs a lot of money. I can feed my family of 5 at Chipotle for $23 and everyone feels full when we leave. Here it costs $40 which is somewhat pricey for what I would consider "fast food" and not overly filling. Coming here with a buddy for lunch isn't too bad, $6ish for a burger, a couple more for a drink, and splitting some fries, you're out less than $10 which is reasonable. So my real problem comes with the kids menu. Grilled cheese and hot dogs without sides are $4-5...way too much money. My kids are small and young, about half the time they will give me their drinks for free, the other half they charge me $2....add in fries and you're looking at $8-9 for a kids meal...way too much for babies. I do love their food though. I always get the grilled onions, A1, green peppers, mushrooms....things you can't normally order on burgers unless it is a specialty burger. The fries are pretty good too and you can tell they are fresh cut. I like to order cajun fries with the seasoning on the side, then take the seasoning home and use it to on grilled chicken, so good. read more

I've visited this location a few times with my sons, one of whom has diet restrictions. He loves the patties and he can have the fries since they're gluten free. Every time we've visited, we've had a great experience. When they make his patty, I see they always change their gloves and are careful there's no gluten contamination. This has been the case each time with different staff members. Plus the food is AWESOME! Tonight the staff went above and beyond. I ordered two patties for my son, but we only received one (there was only one listed on the receipt, so I wasn't overcharged). When I went up to the register to order another one, the staff member that took my order said, "Is everything alright." I explained that it was, but I wanted to order a second patty for my son. He said, "No, that's my mistake, that's my bad, your patty is on me." He quickly changed his gloves, prepared the patty and brought it out to my son. So when the Polaris Cheeburger Cheeburger closed my wife and I were saddened. It was the perfect place to go for a better-than-fast-food hamburger. They also made amazing double chocolate milk shakes, the fries were good, it was always clean, just a fun place for us to go for a quick bite away from the kids. We always left with leftovers, the remainder of a milk shake to enjoy on the ride home. Man we miss that place. So when we heard about everyone raving about Five Guys we were super excited to find a place to finally replace Cheeburger Cheeburger. Wow, what a disappointment. First off, the prices are higher than the food quality warrants. Then there is the service. I remember going up to order my hamburger, said I wanted it cooked medium and he looked back at me like I was speaking a foreign language. "We cook them all the same," he said. I pointed to the blackened piles of what looked like severely over-cooked hamburger and said. "I don't want my burnt." "We cook them all the same," he said again, with the same lack of enthusiasm. I looked at my wife and we both kind of shrugged and thought... maybe it tastes better than it looks. We go to find a table and almost every table is dirty. I look back to the kitchen area and there are 9 people in the kitchen area... 4 people are actively cooking and preparing food and the other 5 people are... talking, smiling, joking among themselves. Plenty of chit chat going on... but no table cleaning. Sure, allow me to pay for my food and clean my own table. But, you know... the food has to be amazing because of all these reviews.. right. Nope. Our burgers arrive and they taste just the way they look... like burnt, over-cooked hamburger that has severely shriveled from using probably a 60/40 fat content hamburger. My hamburger is so dry that I literally can't keep enough toppings on the bun to create a bite that is not desert sand dry. Maybe the fries are good. My wife loves fries even more than me. I watch her pick up a fry and it's limp and bends in her fingers. Cremated, low-quality hamburger, limp and soggy fries and more than $20 spent for my wife and I. Awesome. I don't think we have ever thrown away that much food before. I am not really sure why there are amazing reviews of this place. It's as over-rated as is humanly possible. My theory is that there are places around town that seem to become trendy and cool... and it seems like Five guys is one of those places. So people aren't really paying attention to the food they just enjoy showing how cool and trendy they are by going to the cool and trendy places.
