Good food, perfect price point. Lunch carryout order. Stopped in for lunch and ordered food for my family. The order taker was hard to understand and in the end I was charged for what was ordered. That Lemonade! I enjoyed several cups while my food was being prepared. There were only a couple people waiting around for orders but it seemed to take a little longer than I expected to get my food. Once the order was completed I headed home. We ordered 3 lunch specials with fries $5.99 each and a kids meal $4.29 We were short 1 order of fries. The fries were a good size which made it easy to share with each other. The sandwiches were pretty tasty and my toddler liked the chicken fingers. Overall everything was good and you can't beat that price. @ohiofoodlover

Good flavor, great price. The small sandwich from Charleys is under $6, and the day we went they were running a special where you could get it with fries for $6. I got the Italian deluxe: Grilled Turkey, Ham, Pepperoni, All-Natural Provolone, Lettuce, Tomato, Mayo & Pickles. They even use Italian seasonings in the sandwich that take it up a notch. I'm picky about fries, and these were ok. My daughter enjoyed her chicken finger kid's meal. This isn't knock-your-socks-off food, but it's a great deal, and better than some of the other sub places.

The staff is always super accommodating to my little picky eater, without any hesitation or complaints. The food is always fresh and warm, and restaurant is kept clean, stocked, and organized. We love coming here!

This is the first time I visit this store, since I usually just go to the one in the mall. The store front is very clean and staffs are super nice. I like their new size option for their subs [Small, Regular, Large]. The food is freshly made by order. One of the recommend item from me is their signature lemonades. I ordered the peach one and I love that I can taste a lot of little pieces of peach in the lemonade.

There was maybe 5 onions pieces the size of nickels that came pouring out of a sub that acts more of a squishy squirt gun than a sub, lately the bread is stiff and falls apart on the first bite. This sub was garbage Previously I got my favorite, the chicken caesar. The crispy chicken cutlets were so well done that they were hard to bite through and that just ripped apart the now stiff old rolls, and of course now everything is pouring out. The bread is not the same quality a year ago, in fact I saw a delivery of bread and I thought I saw everything was made in house. I'm kind of at the 1,2, strikes you're out because let's face it these aren't cheap subs and feeling ripped off while covered in your subs droppings is the worst feeling, I'm not to eager for a possible 3rd disappointment. The staff is always extremely friendly but it's an expensive sub shop, I want more than kindness.

It's been awhile since hearing their name, so I was happy to get a chance to try out their Philly-style cheesesteaks when I was at HHBG for an OSU game. I ordered The New Guy, subbed chicken for the steak. The cheese whiz mixed with the grilled chicken chunks and green peppers and onions was primo; creamy and dreamy. I didn't even bother with their special sauce; it was innecessary, imo; the sweetness wasn't a good ting-to-yang thang. And the bread is so so sooo good: Made fresh in-house daily, soft and pliable, a great carrier mechanism. My only suggestion would be to make the sandwiches more compact. Mine basically all fell apart as soon as I attempted to unwrap some of the white sandwich paper. Lost a little bit of my hyped anticipation. All in all, I'd definitely get a cheesesteak from Philgeddaboutit again next time I'm at Hey Hey.

Let's cram it all on one big ol' sandwich (or wrap, but don't think that's even putting a dent in the calories) and serve it to the drunk masses. Personally, I think PJ's is the bomb. It's definitely a guilty pleasure that should be enjoyed in extreme moderation. Their fat sandwiches are packed full of goodies and are fairly cheap. My personal favorite? The fat bitch. It's packed with buffalo chicken strips, mac'n'cheese bites, beer fries, cheese sticks, and smothered with ranch dressing. If eaten drunk, you won't even notice the toll taken on your body. During my visit, I felt as though this business treated customers with no respect whatsoever, almost as if they were less than human, with zero courtesy, culture, or basic customer care. In any business, the customer spends their money to enjoy their time and therefore deserves dignity, respect, and proper treatment. At the end of the day, we are all human beings, and mutual respect should be the foundation of any service environment. Unfortunately, this place failed completely in that regard. The physical conditions were equally unacceptable. A bar operating in the 21st century should not be offering a porta-potty as its restroom. This alone says a lot about the lack of standards. Even worse, I noticed something extremely concerning: the drink prices were different depending on the person ordering. How is it possible that a bar charges different prices to different customers for the same drink? This is unprofessional, unethical, and completely unacceptable. Additionally, I observed two security/police officers near the establishment who behaved in an unprofessional, disrespectful, and offensive manner, which only added to the negative experience. My experience from start to finish was disappointing and frustrating. With this level of disrespect, disorganization, inconsistent pricing, and poor conditions, this place does not justify spending even a single dollar. It fails to meet even the most basic standards expected from a proper establishment.
