Terrible service. They asked three times what we ordered. They have 5 employees, and most of them don't seem to know what they're doing. Then I told the girl with the long braids that the Diet Pepsi wasn't working. So she continued to file her nails. Then instead of refilling the Diet Pepsi or asking me for a refund. I normally go to a different Jersey Mikes, but decided to go to this one since I was in the area and the service was honestly so terrible! We walked in and the girl at the counter was very rude, not just to us, but her coworkers. I didn't feel welcomed at that location. I had to repeat my order several times and they still made me the wrong sandwich. Finally a different employee finished taking my order and helped me out with a much better attitude. The good thing is that the dining area wasn't messy. I just had to keep asking for everything since what I needed wasn't stocked up. I l'll keep it short. Been getting sandwiches at the Polaris store for years. The stopped using certain breads for sandwiches and wraps. The guy wrapping ine sandwich crushed the tomatoes into a mush and, no exaggeration, but the roast beef had absolutely no taste whatsoever. I don't know if theyre cutting corners or what but I'm not willing waste money like I did today. Very disappointing as we usuall go there a couple times a month and have for years. Food has changed. This location used to be amazing however it has gone downhill. They have 5 workers and about 2 are actually doing work so it takes forever. The girl slicing our deli meat said she was going to slice another order with ours so we will get 20%, okay sounds fair. We go through the line the next worker asks me if this sandwich was mine. Uhm I'm not sure which one is mine because you have about 10 stacked up but we figure out it's mine. I tell him what toppings I want then he goes to wrap it up to which I have to remind him the sandwich comes with bacon... shouldn't you know what's on a sandwich from the menu?? Then we get to the end they tell us we are good to go to which we are confused because we hadn't paid but hey maybe they felt bad for how poor the experience was. But then he rang us up and didn't give us our discount at this point we are so ready to get out of this place so we just pay. Those poor employees. They were doing the best they could. We went on a Saturday around noon and not only was the indoor service line long, but the group of Doordashers waiting on pickup food was NOT dwindling. There were four young people working as fast as they could to serve upwards of 20-25 people. This location needs more employees and help from higher management! Food was excellent. read more

I'm usually very fond of jersey mikes, Ive never had a bad experience until today. The food was mediocre at best, the girls that were working were very rude and seemed like they didn't want to be there. I dined in 04/12/25 around 3:30pm, and the dining area was a mess. There was food all over the floors and the tables. I walked up to the counter after dining and stood up there for about 6-7 minutes before I was acknowledged just to get a bag to take the rest of my sandwich to go, even though both of the girls were standing around at the counter chit chatting and calling jersey mikes customers "animals". I was very dissatisfied with my experience, and will not be returning to this location. read more

The sub shop is very clean and feels pretty open. I ordered the meatless porta bello mushroom cheese sub, my bro had a chicken cheese sub, and mom had an Italian sub. I do not remember the actual sub names. The subs did not come with lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, or seasoning unless you specifically request it as they didn't ask. I advise being ready to ask for it "Mike's way" if you want that. Kind of wish they had more veggies to add, but a hot sub was good. This was only my second time and there was a line so didn't get to look as long as I wanted. They did bring the 2 hot subs to our table once ready so that was nice. Traveling cross country it was difficult to find a Jersey Mike's on my route. I stopped right off the highway and was having a craving. I checked yelp and what to my wondering eyes should appear... I was just a mile away. It was storming a lot on my drive to I stopped to get a sub in a tub to throw in the cooler for when I stopped later for the night and needed to eat. Everyone was smiling and friendly. My #13 in a tub was ample and with out being asked they even cut the meat into pinwheels and asked if I wanted it cut smaller. *gasp* That's NEVER happened before. I was pleasantly surprised. Sometimes a simple question can make all the difference in the world. Always good to know there's a place on the way I can stop for my fix. read more

There are so many better sandwich shops to eat at that taste better, cheaper and more filling than Jersey Mike's. Free food is supposed to taste better, isn't? Well not here. I used my Birthday coupon which was for a free sandwich & drink. Order Regular size #44 Buffalo Chicken Cheese Steak- Franks redhot sauce, lettuce, tomato, and blue cheese dressing. Regular size drink. I chose the root beer and a refill of the vanilla cream soda. The sandwich was overpowered by way too much Franks redhot sauce. I couldn't event taste anything else. I might have just eaten bread and Franks for all I know since I couldn't taste anything else. The Stubborn sodas (root beer and vanilla cream soda) were not that great. Stick with the Pepsi products and you'll be fine. The quality of the food is subpar. I was not impressed at all. In this case free food does not taste better. Let's talk about prices for a moment. Had I purchased this meal it would have been $8.75 for the sandwich and $1.99 for a drink. I cannot say that for 2 people to eat here costing $22 + tax would even be worth it. There are much cheaper places that service way higher quality food for much cheaper. Side note - there are high chairs, but no changing tables in either of the restrooms. I really like Jersey Mike's subs. Having said that, it's more of how I was treated that they're getting 3 stars. They have a sign on the door for masks being required again. Two weeks ago they didn't but now they're back on the bandwagon. The Hispanic woman who finished my order was extremely rude and it was evident she was in a huge hurry to get me out the door because I didn't have a mask on. I HAVE AN EXEMPTION. They promised to honor my online coupon and after I drive all the way there they said that would not. The person I spoke to on the phone refused to come to the front and talk to me. I would give 5 starts as I would any JM's but this location has chosen to add a TIP line to thier CC paper so that when I sign it I have to be the ahole denieing the 7 dollar hour kid behind the cash register the extra 2 bucks. 1. Most Jersey Mike's do not add the tip line to thier receipt. 2. What am I tipping for, to stand in line getting my samdwich made or get my own drinks, what!!? 3. To the owner of this location. I hate this. Jersey Mikes used to the very best sub in this area! But for the past few months they have been going down in quality. I am not sure why. But the bread is tougher and the toppings are barely there. I used to go here every week. I now go maybe once a month just in case it's getting back. Tonight was even a bigger disappointment. I"ve always been a fan of JM's in general, mostly back when I still ate meat. Today I grabbed lunch due to a coupon for free chips/drink. My veggie sub is bland bland bland. They really don't offer much in the way of toppings. Green peppers, cucumbers, lettuce (the shredded no nutritional value kind) and tomatoes. My favorite sub chain! The new bigger location doesn't hurt either! Always excellent subs. I love how the cheeses and meats are sliced fresh for your sub. They have meat options you can't find at other regular sub places like the ones found on the Italian(EXCELLENT!). This has been my go to spot for cold cuts for a while but I had been sleeping on their hot selections. The wraps and cheese steaks are awesome also. The fried pastrami is so good! The only downside to Jersey Mikes imo is that it has spoiled me and I can't enjoy places like Subway anymore. read more

They are now at their new location directly in front of Target. It is a bright new store and it really increases the likelihood of staying there to eat. I like this Jersey Mike's because of the food itself and because of the service. I am a huge fan of the subs and fresh cut meat. But the service is always fast the people are friendly on a consistent basis. I cannot name a time where either was not the case. There are several locations in the north Columbus region I've gone to and this is the most reliable and enjoyable. I can't believe I spent so much time eating at Subway when Jersey Mike's exists in the world. The Italian was the first one I tried, followed by the club. The meat is sliced fresh when you order it.
