Best fast food ever! its pretty much a gyro, burger sub sandwiche all in one and ill take it over other burger places like the California ones or the southern ones. If you order large roman burger, it actually comes in 2 sanwdiches, what a deal. Get waffle fries with cheese sauce slaps too. It's only in Ohio but if you take it to go for you friends to try out of state. Throw it in the airfry and oven and crisp it back up and its still pretty bomb.

Ordered regular size romanburger and chicken philly. Made in a reasonably amount of time. Sandwiches were neatly made and delicious.

This place is doing everything right! As a newer location, this is my second visit and it was just as good as the first. Tonight I enjoyed the Italiano Combo with Loaded Tater Tots and drink. The sub was perfectly balanced and tastey while the loaded tots were truly loaded. While the establishment is small and slightly limited on seating, it is well lit, very clean, and comfortable. The service is friendly and helpful and got food out in a timely manner. Looking forward to the next visit to try a different sub and another of their multiple sides!

My digestive system has processed the gamut of American food offerings, from fine dining to gas station sushi. I've had so many different meals that I really struggle to name my favorite anything. There is one arena where I have chosen a clear favorite. My favorite fast food offering is unequivocally, the Romanburger from Mr. Hero. (Sorry, Cheesy Gordita Crunch.) At first glance, it is a burger on a sub bun, but there's so much more to discover! A melty Swiss-American cheese hybrid, tangy mayo, a vinegar dressing, Genoa salami, and the usual tag along trio, lettuce, tomato and onion. The only thing that's come close is McDonalds knock off version called the Superhero Burger, a promotional offering tied in with Val Kilmer's villain-bloated Batman Forever. There will always be another new craft burger to be had with grass fed beef and a house made ketchup on a local artisan pretzel roll, but there will only ever be one Romanburger. Treat yourself to a little fast food indulgence and pick up a Romanburger with a side of waffle fries. A true original. Everything to come out since has been as futile as nipples on the Batsuit.

This is always my first stop when I get to town. My go to is a Roman burger with a side of cheese for fries. I can not wait to live her so I can eat it weekly again. This location has a drive thru, employees were nice food came out amazing and hot and fresh. They were out of 2 liters for family pack but gave us 4 regular drinks instead. I will be a repeat customer soon!

Got the Philly cheesesteak and it was very good. The waffle fries were outstanding and I'm not a waffle fries fan.

This place knows how to make your taste buds do the happy dance. We didn't have to wait long for our food, which was a blessing because I was *hangry*. When the food came out, it was hot, fresh, and basically screamed, "Eat me now!" My son went for the mushroom Swiss burger, which he devoured like he hadn't eaten in weeks. I opted for the classic cheeseburger with fries -- simple, juicy, and absolutely perfect. Oh, and as if one meal wasn't enough, my son also ordered a chicken sandwich. He declared it "the best ever," which is saying something because this kid is a chicken sandwich connoisseur. The television entertainment was the Cartoon Network, which made me know this was a special place. Preston's, you've earned a special place in our hearts (and stomachs). If you're looking for a spot that serves up deliciousness with zero pretension, this is it. Highly recommend -- just don't forget to bring stretchy pants!

The burger was good, very fresh bun, fresh ingredients. The fries were pretty ordinary, but crisp and hot. The standout was the biscuits that I ordered to see what they were like. The were unique and very good. They were just a little sweet. Good texture /mouth feel. I wonder if the biscuits would make a good burger bun... maybe too sweet? The place was very clean and inviting. The qr code ordering was handy, but a bit impersonal. The server was nice and did offer to take my order personally. Not sure if I'll come back on my own initiative (not close to my house). But if a friend said let's have lunch there I'd be happy to return.

KEWPEE vs. RITZY's As far as burger joints, go the original…read moreAmerican burger joint was KEWPEE up in Lima, Ohio, that opened back during the oil fields of ancient days when photographs were taken in black and white. The owner with no vision or appetite to franchise lost his original idea to the Wendy's hamburger joint as Dave Thomas took the idea Nationwide. If you're not in LIMA, the next best thing and maybe just something even a little bit better or at least different for sure, is RITZY'S in Columbus, Ohio, right in the middle of everything on high Street! The good: upgraded love to the buns here came from some fancy bread company. This is not like your average bun out of a bag that KEWPEE uses from a factory down the street. These are almost like a brioche bun that just didn't get toasted. That would be some next level they could put on it when they don't have an entire baseball team dropped off and in line to all get a Fitzys combo with fries and a Coke well actually you gotta get Dr Pepper around here. They don't have a Coke distributor ship. the bad: I gotta tell you the only thing I can find wrong with this place is that you want to be lucky enough to be in front of the bus bringing all their kids here to buy them all one double stack Fitzy's combo with Fitzy sauce and special melted cheese and bacon, along with the signature skinny fries that don't come out soggy but crispy every single time. I can't say I've ever been disappointed and got lame fries like other places. the ugly: well, I guess the ugly for this place would have to be the fact that you couldn't eat here every day or you might drop dead of a heart attack. It's not for Dr. Quinn medicine woman or Dr. Oz in his leather chewing Koehl dietary repertoire this is for MEN! Men that like to eat burgers. The food channel came through here and somehow got tricked down to the THURMANATOR hamburger which is half bread, according to The Report from my foodie friend David Aaron Rosenberg. Whatever you do, don't think about crispy, smash burgers with edges crunching at your first bite, all the way to your last bite, on buns that take into account every continuous bite within the five minute rule of the perfect hamburger. #5MinuteRule #NiceBuns #Smashburger #KEWPEEvsRITZYS The ambience of this place is your old-fashioned burger joint with that 50s feel standup tables against the wall window and some tables in the middle if you come with a group. Got my food fast, but I was in front of the baseball team that just showed up! #ProTIPritzys : if the line inside is really long, I saw people ordering from the parking lot and coming right in the front door by the street to get their order quicker. I don't know if they had just happened to Order before the whole baseball team showed up or if there's a little secret to get in the queue faster than the long line that's waiting. Yes you can order online.

Any age would be welcome here. The food for me was mixed. Nothing bad or not fresh. The tortilla chips were thin and excellent. Not overly salty and strong enough to scoop goodly amounts of the tasty cheese dip. Sadly the cheese dip was barely above room temperature which was disappointing. The "bang bang shrimp" had no bang. They were alright as fried shrimp but no spice. The shrimp sauce was essentially mayonnaise. And again lukewarm at best. The two different sandwiches we had were both well stuffed. Among other things we tried both types of chorizo sausage they offered. Neither was what I expected. The French fries were very good. Our server was fast, funny, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the whole time. Even the manager came out to check on us, which says a lot. This place is seriously a hidden gem. The prices are right in that perfect middle--not too high, not too low--and the portions? HUGE. Even the desserts don't play around. I would absolutely recommend this place again and again and again. With that being said, Guy Fieri and his 20 choices are a bit much, but somewhere in between would be nice. Spicy would be good. The tenders were moist and fresh and good with or without the sauce. I ended up using the sauce more on the fries than the chicken as they could use a bit more help. DIY Drink Refills too which is a plus (take note, Chick Fil A) The Texas toast is 10-stars on its own. I think next time I'm just getting Tenders and Extra Texas Toast and making a kick-ass sandwich. Or just fold the Texas toast around a tender for a Chicken Bread Taco. The staff was super friendly which is always a plus. The plaza it kind of awkwardly designed so be careful if you're zipping in.
