I came in to get a sub the 'Mikes Way', and this friendly worker named Agam answered all my questions perfectly. He was very polite and his coworker Logan was brilliant. These boys know exactly what they're doing and I will definitely be coming back. read more

I was so impressed with Greta. She had excellent service, patience during a huge rush, while still managing to make fast and tasty subs!

Employees are always friendly. Love the subs, fresh cut meats. I always get it Mike's Way!

Always good Quick friendly and need something tasty Try all of the sandwiches I like seeing freshly sliced

Four stars for the remodeled store being nicer than the original. One star for the food. I ordered 2 hot subs for pickup and the chicken bacon ranch sub was great. The Mike's Original Cheesesteak was awful. In what world does an original cheesesteak sandwich (Philly style?) come with jalapeño peppers instead of grilled bell peppers?? This was probably a mistake in the kitchen, but by the time I found out, it was too late to return to the store. read more

This is easily one of the best subs I've ever had. The flavors from the peppers and jalpenos mixed with the freshly cut cheese and good cuts of chicken. It was so good, the staff and ambiance were both great. This is definitely my go to sub hands down! 9.2/10 read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - #55 Big Kahuna Chicken Cheese Steak - Sandwiches Near Me - Hilliard, Ohio

Always enjoy coming to this Jersey Mike's - staff is super friendly and fast, subs are delicious - highly recommend it!!

Could you visit this location? You will stand in line for 15 to 20 minutes while all the employees make online sandwiches and leave the customers standing and waiting it's happened to me the last two times I went to this location first time they totally forgot about my sub horrible read more

Every other month I get a hankering for Jersey Mikes Subs because their fresh baked breads and their cold cuts are like no other. Today however as my wife and I were entering the premises, my wife says "They have Cheesesteak"!!!, which stopped me in my tracks. She said this because just a few weeks ago we had cheesesteak from a vendor in the Short North. So I pondered trying a cheesesteak sandwich from Jersey Mikes and I'm so glad that I did!! It was a #56 and it had grilled onions , mushrooms, jalapeños, chipotle mayonnaise, and of course cheese!!! The thing was so piping hot that I couldn't help burning my lips and tongue trying to devour it! The two guys that were behind the counter at the time Todd and Luke were very helpful in persuading me as to which of the three cheesesteak subs on the menu to purchase. And they expressed to us just how much they valued their jobs and how much pride they take in their work. So even though I'll still yearn for a cold sub from time to time , I'll also be enjoying a few more cheesesteaks from this location. read more

I understand it was a game day and they may have been busy earlier in the day, but only wheat rolls were left. The rolls were so much smaller than usual, I almost walked out without buying subs. I wish now I had. I am a long time customer, but tonight was very disappointing. read more

What a nightmare - employees can't do a refund, after they sell a combo, with drinks that are hot and no ice! When asked why, I got "I get Minimum Wage and thinking is for corp people! People walking out, with nothing.... RUN RUN RUN AWAY Owner clearly maximizing profits, with untrained, non motivated people behind the counter, as cheap as they can pay!! Hate to see the clean up and sanitary conditions, with this bunch! Forget it! read more

I first had Jersey Mike's ~20 years ago in Pickerington. I honestly wasn't that impressed back then, so it took this long for me to try them again. Maybe my taste buds have changed, but I really enjoy their subs now. This location in Hilliard has friendly and quick service as well. Their subs in my opinion is on the more expensive side, especially for a non-toasted sub. But otherwise, they're a good option for when you're craving a sub! read more

I've been coming here for years, and I hate to leave a bad review but recently I have been disappointed The last two times I have tried to call in my orders, nobody answered the phone. The first time, I was driving home from Cincinnati, and figured I'd call me order in since I was extremely hungry. I made several calls over a 40 minute period, and nobody answered. When I arrived, there was only one customer in the store and I called the last time a few minutes before my arrival. There were 4-5 problems working, and one girl was just leaning against the wall on her phone. I placed my order for my cheesesteak, and waited for it to be cooked and the food was fine. The same thing happened last time basically, except when I got there, there was probably 7-8 people in line. I was driving and called a few times, and I ended up pulling over, creating an account and placing my order. It wasn't the end of the world, but between both days calling multiple times without any answer, it's inexcusable in my opinion. I picked up my sub and got it home, and I looked like someone stepped on it or sat on it. Obviously, I don't think that's what happened, but it was my girlfriends first time eating here, and I told her she would love it, then I showed her the sandwich in the picture and she looked at it, then looked at me and thought I was crazy. It tasted fine, but it was a little more difficult to eat since the bread was all messed up. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - #9 Club Supreme - Sandwiches Near Me - Hilliard, Ohio

Half the menu wasn't available for online ordering. Like seriously-ONE hot sub on the menu and no non-lunch meat options. That being said, we did order for lunch with delivery and got everything we ordered. read more

Poor service, sandwich sat for 30 minutes while employee told me it wasn't ready, but it was. Tried to blame me for not asking for my order, meanwhile I had actually asked for my order multiple times and was ignored and originally cashier knew my name for my orders. Ordered two sandwiches, one hot and one cold. Upon opening second sandwich (cold sandwich) it was on the wrong bread with wrong ingredients and worst of all, it had hair in it. First time I have seen this happen in years. Both sandwiches ultimately went in trash due to order accuracy/quality. Disgusting service. Go to Penn Station instead where the employees are kind and your order is made accurately. Tried to reach out to franchisee owner on multiple service tickets but was ignored. What an inedible waste of $40.00. I will never return to this location. read more

Ordered online, sub order was missing toppings. Came back to get it remade, when I got home the toppings were still missing. Did not answer the phone when I tried to follow up to get my order correct read more

I have always had wonderful experiences at Jersey Mike's. My sandwich is always made perfectly with employees that smile, are genuine and seem to be happy. This location, however, it's totally different experience. This was the first time my order was made incorrectly. I only asked for one item to be left out. They put it on half of my sandwich but not the other half. And one of the employees was on the phone with either his parents or a girlfriend in an argument clearly for the whole restaurant to here. He did not move when I needed to get by him so I could get to the bathroom. The woman that rang me up was also on the phone I believe with her daughter. I did not mind that as much as she was not in sight of the restaurant as she was in the kitchen. However I found this experience to be very unlike a typical Jersey Mike's and not very inviting. I will continue to support Jersey Mike's, but, I will never come back to this location read more

These guys work pretty hard to make a good sandwich. I've been a sporadic customer for years, but now that I can walk here, my husband and I come a bit more frequently. There are 3 sizes of subs and you can choose white or wheat. They also make wraps. They can toss together tuna or chicken salad as well, but only the tuna is on the menu. I have asked for chicken salad and they make it without complaint. I try to be courteous and not order it when there is a line behind me, and always tip the staff. read more

I think the owner and staff has changed. Unless you go in person, your order will always be wrong. The few times I've been there in person, the staff is rude and seem like they could care less. For years and years it was the same staff and they were always great! Never had any problems. Now it seems to be grumpy teens with bad attitudes. Also not as clean as it used to be to be. Unfortunately it seems like most food establishments are this way now a days. Nobody seems to care anymore. read more

Best sub outside of a famous cheese steak from Philadelphia. In addition, they make a good one too. You pay for what you get. Sliced meat to order and a nice helpful staff. Nice and clean as well. I go multiple times per week read more

This time I ordered a hot sub - a chicken Philly for my fiancé and a steak Philly for myself. The sandwich was dry. Also, I wasn't offered the ability to add anything on it. They come with onions and peppers--nothing else. Before I could request Mayo and other toppings, it was already wrapped up to go. I wasn't even asked. I'd prefer not to pay $8 for just meat and cheese. Lacking in flavor. I'd just stick with the cold sandwiches. They are what makes my review 4 stars. read more

3.5. I actually think this is a totally decent sub shop. Fast and friendly at this location. Unlike some other sandwich stores, I've never had hard bread. Don't forget Mikey's way and pickles too. read more

Tonight was the worst Jersey mikes I've had. My boyfriends was burnt. My chicken was basically a LOG of chicken stuck together. Both thrown in the garbage where they belong. Lots of young kids working in there who must not care. read more

Fresh made ,right before your eyes. Delicious sandwich! The staff is so pleasant to customers and to each other. It is a pleasure to go in and order food. read more

This place never disappoints us. No matter if I order online, or stand in the long, yes very long line to get a super awesome sandwich. The same staff is there all the time. They love to cater too! Always friendly service and the food is always fresh and you get free sandwiches if you are on their customer card system. Always have it MIKES way!! Love this place!!!!!!!! read more

Unfortunately this place has gone down hill. Was there last night at 7:30pm. Door was locked and it said online ordering only. 3 guys standing around moving like turtles as delivery drivers waited out side. Assuming door dash drivers and such. So called manager (really red face, looked like he was in something ) is a very angry person. Beware. read more

Good place to go for a no nonsense submarine sandwich. I went with the Italian on this visit. It was packed with meat, and since I got it Mike's style, it also had copious amounts of red vinaigrette, salt, pepper and oregano. The sub was very filling and reasonably priced. What I liked best is Jersey Mike didn't try to reinvent the Italian. A sub should be basic. They don't need sweet sauce on them or any of that other syrupy garbage (e.g. Firehouse and Quizno's). Subs, in my opinion, are not meant to be freakin' confectioneries. Jersey Mike's subs are savory and simple, and simple to me is better. read more

Got the bacon ranch chicken cheesesteak. Ordered ahead for pick up but food wasn't ready and I had to wait an extra 10-15 mins there. Food was also just ok. Probably won't be trying this place again anytime soon! read more

The friendliness is something to be desired - pretty sure the older woman would rather be anywhere than where she is. The kiddo was super heavy with oil & vinegar. Wrong order the first sub and I'm pretty sure they were ticked I did not leave a tip. I'm sure it will be a while before coming back. Subway would have been better than the 2 sub par sandwiches I just spent $30 on. Goin downhill JM. read more

The staff was terrible. I asked for a six in sub like I would at subway and they laughed at me and made a sexual remark. Very inappropriate and unprofessional. No impressed read more

Online ordering menu is not in sync w actual store menu. Incapable of accurately fulfilling online orders, like really really bad! Unwilling to accept responsibility for such errors, instead blames the customer for ordering online and without confirming the menu w this location prior to placing the order. If order fulfillment errors are acknowledged, they offer little to no recourse (at most they might offer 10% off your next order), and negating the impact of their error on your enjoyment of the food and therefore your complaint is ridiculous and they owe you nothing. errors read more

The place is filthy dirty. I love Jersey Mike's so I have kept going despite it. In the last three trips I have never got an order correct. to spend nearly $15 on a bowl and not get the double meat and cheese ordered, to have it cold and the cheese not melted? I live 3 minutes from the store. The staff is as unfriendly and unprofessional. They won't answer their phone. Despite loving the brand, I've made my last trip to this terrible place. For the record, I'd give it zero stars if it was permitted. read more

Visiting from out of town and stopped for three sandwiches at this Jersey Mikes. VERY RUDE guy named Wade or Wayne making our sandwiches. we asked for rosemary bread, had one left, which turned out to be as hard and stale as the other two white bread sandwiches. The other individual with us does not normally go to Jersey Mikes and needed a minute to decide on what she wanted. The rude Wade or Wayne sandwich maker says " come on guys, come on ". Had we not been getting ready to play in a sporting even, I wouldn't walked out and gone anywhere else. As far as taste..... the meat was sparse and fatty, to and to the stale bread. Gross all the way around. read more

Walked in after grocery shopping at Kroger down the plaza. It was 6:58pm. We walked in came up to the counter and only then were we greeted by the lady at the register shouting "we're closed! "we close at 7 on Sundays". Which I was unaware of, but regardless we got no hello or apology, just immediate rudeness. If you were closed, your "open" sign is on and lit, and the door is unlocked. I worked in food service for 7 years and I get how annoying it is when people come in right before close but we ALWAYS served them because, well, you're technically open. We were between Jersey Mike's and the Chinese restaurant in the plaza and I was telling my boyfriend how I've never had Jersey Mike's but have heard rave reviews from friends, so we decided on there. I have zero desire to try it now though. Do better with your customer service. read more

I love Jersey Mike's. Eat at the establishments all the time. I'm working with Mt y crew down the road about 15 minutes from the Cemetary rd store and my crew of three today wanted Jersey Mike's. As we walked to the counter to order we were told 15 to 20 minutes before we could order because on line orders came first. Whhhatt. I'm standing here now. At your counter after driving 15 minutes to come to your store. I call bullshit and will never go again. We will take our business elsewhere. Counter should be served right then and there. Ridiculous. read more

OMG. I thought Subway set the low standard for skimping on ingredients in their sandwiches. JJ takes a roll, waves a slice of meat over it and passes it off as a good sandwich. Nope. Total strikeout. To say, "It's not worth their inflated cost" is an understatement. read more

Springsteen, Bon Jovi, Sopranos, Jersey Shore..all famous things from New Jersey. Other than Springsteen, they can all be made fun of. But Jersey Mike's Subs is on Jersey export that is FOR REAL!! FAAAGGGGEDABOUTIT Been a fan of these subs for a while, but now I will break it down for you. 1. The Bun!!! Key to any good sub (or sandwich). Jersey Mike's makes their own and it is crusty on the outside and soft in the middle. Perfect!! 2. Meat - I almost always get the Jersey Mike's Original (#13) which has a great mix of ham, capicola, proscuitini, salami and provolone. High quality meats, stacked neatly and good sized portions. 3. Toppings - To each his own!! I get it Mike's way which has oregano, salt/pepper, and the JUICE - red vinegar and oil. Usually I throw on pickles and banana peppers. If you're feeling frisky, they now have a hot pepper relish - but a little of this goes a long way!! It is a little pricier than you standard five dollar footlong, but it is easy to see in the meats and toppings where the extra money goes. Head and shoulders above any other chain of subs IMHO. FIST PUMP!! read more

Great food, friendly staff, and they work hard to move things along. Room for improvement; needs a process for pickup orders. Some places have a sign for where to stand, this location didn't. You might have to wait while other sandwiches are made, unless you're the type to speak up. For the employees, a good process might be, after ringing anyone up, ask the line if there are people there for carryout. read more
