I ended up ordering an Italian sub on wheat and it was delicious. We also got a cheesesteak Both were huge. The bread was fresh. There was a good meat ratio to the bread so I didn't feel like I was just eating bread with like a thin layer. It actually had meat to eat. Yum. There was tons of seating it had super high ceilings. The only thing that I did not like was they started to pre-close. they had had chairs on top of the tables that you had to walk by and as you sat at a table to eat your dinner, you had to look at this so it felt a little unwelcoming. There's an arrow on one side of the store that points to the register for you to order, but you walk through the line of everyone who has ordered to get there. The same thing happened to the next two people who came in after me as well. Staff was friendly and service was pretty quick. It is a large building with plenty of seating but wasn't very busy for 1 pm on a Friday. The subs were average. The white Italian bread is very fluffy and large - a little too much bread to filling for me but it was definitely fresh and cooked in house. The Cowboy was decent with good barbecue sauce, bacon and chicken. The cheesesteak needed for seasoning and was a little bland. Everyone has different preferences for subs so if you like thick fluffy bread you should give this place a try. Ordered a large 14" Veggie Sub via Uber eats delivery. Whle, opting for extra cheese, this was the best cold veggie sub I have ever had! "Everything" sub roll and all the ingredients (many free customizing options) were very fresh and delicious. Apart from the skimpy amount of cheese, which seems to be customary among sub shops, the other ingredients were generous and, relatively, worthy of the price, unlike most sub shops, these days, guilty of shrinkflation. DiBella's is one of my favorite sub places. I love their everything bread. I have tried a couple of different subs and each one has been tasty. They offer catering with little sandwich, chip, and cookie packs. I also dined in one time. You can pick your sub or salad and add ingredients you want on it. It has been a while since I've eaten DiBella's Subs. I always thought their subs were great and reasonably priced. This location is pretty clean and it's never too too busy, even at lunch hours. I'm giving it 3 stars because their online ordering, at least in my experience, was pointless. I only have 45 minutes for lunch and ordered online for a 1:15 pickup time. When I got there it wasn't even ready. We had asked about our order and they had not even started it at 1:15. I didn't get my sub until about 1:25PM so I had already lost 10 minutes of my lunch time. DiBella's did an outstanding job creating an amazing Godfather sub today. It was loaded with meat and toppings and toasted to perfection. I add hot peppers to mine and it makes a huge difference. If you like hot and spicy food, you should add peppers. We also ordered the Limited Time Only Zesty Italian Sausage sub and added marinara sauce. Also amazing, but it was gone by the time I asked my friend if I could take a picture. The marinara sauce really made a difference. The service was friendly and efficient today, so all around it was a great experience! read more

I'm so glad I was introduced to DiBella's. Their ingredients are fresher than the competition in the area, and their bread always smells and tastes amazing! I highly recommend the Everything bread, the additional spices add a great flavor. I've tried their Albacore Tuna, Cheese steak, and their amazing Buffalo Chicken sub (the one that got me hooked to Dibella's originally, I highly recommend it!). You get to modify what toppings or add ons you'd like, so I always go crazy with that. I've ordered Dibella's several times now and something I've noticed keeps consistently happening; when you're ordering your sandwich online and modifying it, you're asked "Would you like to add a side?" which I typically do. However, when I receive my order for the office, there's ALWAYS at least 1 side missing. One week it's a pickle($1.79 extra), next week it'll be the potato salad($2.49 extra). I'm not sure when this gets picked up by DoorDash if the driver just forgets to grab the sides or whoever is at fault. I'm not sure what I need to do differently on ordering for the sides to get noticed. Regardless of that unpleasant error, DiBella's has probably the best subs around that I'm aware of. For what you pay, you receive a good amount of food. The bread is my fresh and it smells very delicious when you come in the door. I ordered a cheesesteak and my husband ordered a chicken cheesesteak. The cheesesteaks were juicy and delicious. Since this was my husband's first time, I was interested in figuring out what he thought. He really digs the decor in the parking. Upon arrival, there was plenty of parking in the place was empty on a mid day. We both thought that the sandwiches could use more flavor. I felt like it just tasted like meat and cheese. But with the sub being so large I felt that they could've filled it up more? And also I asked for hot peppers and I don't see any in the sub but they did put crushed red pepper and I don't know if that's what they call hot peppers? "The Best Sub You've Ever Had!". That's a bold claim that sadly doesn't hold true. Today was my inaugural trip to DiBella's. The staff was great but the sandwich was just ok. I ordered a 7" Philly Cheesesteak per the staff recommendation for $8.79. When I went to check out, they asked if my order was to go and if I wanted to add a combo. I said, it was to go and yes to the combo. I handed over my card, paid, and left. 10 minutes later when I pulled my sandwich out and looked at my receipt it was $13.63. Wait, what? I quickly do the math and $4.84 seems awfully steep for adding a combo. So I review my receipt. 20oz drink $2.79 Chips $1.79 Combo Discount -$.69 Sales Tax $.95 Total cost for the combo was $3.89, for a fountain drink and a bag of chips, this is the worst value I have come across. Fun Fact, in the state of Ohio, you can only be charged tax on food if you dine in. If your food is to go, it is not taxable. So due to the keying error of an employee, my receipt says "Eat In" and I was charged almost a dollar due to their error. Annoying it happened but not worth driving back to deal with. Would I go back? Yes but not for the Philly Cheesesteak. Will I order the combo again? No. Will I double check my receipt before leaving? Yes. read more

This was my first time here and they were stellar. The sub had a ton of meat, the presentation of the sub was amazing (you know you get a sub and all the toppings are falling out of all the sides? Not here), the order process was easy and their pickup steps are great. You let them know when you're on your way and then you let them know when you arrive. Okay, I don't usually give many five stars, but this place deserves it. The subs here are amazing. I ordered a medium 10" Godfather sub and I couldn't finish it all - and I'm a pretty big eater. It was so packed with meat and veggies I could barely bite into it. DiBella's bread selection is a little different from what I'm used to seeing at other sub shops. This time I went with a sesame roll. You have the option of toasting your sub or having it regular. I went with toasted, so all the cheese was melted into the toppings - delicious! I'm not sure what sauce they use on all of their subs, but for the Godfather it tasted similar to Italian dressing. It really complimented the meats nicely. The inside of DiBella's is really done up well. With booth seating, they have it decorated to look old fashioned. The surroundings and seating are both very comfortable. I'll definitely be making DiBella's my "go to" place for getting an excellent submarine sandwich. read more

Sometimes I get in the mood for a sub but often I get let down because most sub places have a lack of vegetarian options. I understand that a sandwich/sub should always consist of meat and bread but I still want to be able to enjoy eating a sub without consuming the flesh. I've passed by this location many times and it was finally the day to try it out. I placed an online order for a large Italian submarine for my partner and a medium veggie sub for myself. I didn't get to snap a photo of his but I promise you it was humongous!! I hear it was amazing as well. As for my veggie sub, it was loaded with spinach, lettuce, red peppers, sweet and hot peppers, provolone cheese and onions. It was really good and for being a medium was also quite large. The bread was probably my favorite part. It was baked perfectly and really soft. The only thing I would have changed about my sub was the lack of moisture. I think there was an oil on it but I couldn't tell. So I added my own Italian dressing and that perked it right up! This sub place wasn't my favorite (because I prefer a grilled sub like Potbelly or Quiznos) but I did like it way better than Jimmy John's by far! My boyfriend took me here because he proclaimed they have the best Philly Cheesesteak in all the land. Ok, I'm up for a taste test! We stopped in on a Tuesday around 4pm. The employees didn't greet us and seemed annoyed by our presence. I have personally never been here and knew nothing about the place. The same female employee said THREE different times, "I can take your order now" within a 2 minute time frame. The first time my boyfriend said, "oh, thank you, but we need a minute to decide." She nodded. The second time my boyfriend thanked her again, but told her I've never been before and it might take me a minute to decide. Especially since I'm pregnant and a little bit picky these days. The third time she said it, I just told my boyfriend to pick something for me, as we were clearly an annoyance and she wanted us to go away. I should add there was no one in line behind us. I feel like I had seen DiBella's Subs around in a lot of areas, but didn't pay much attention over the years - I was a dedicated Jimmy Johns girl to be honest. A few weeks ago I was looking for somewhere close and decided to give it a shot. DiBellas as a standing store is totally different than most sub shops when you walk in. It's built like a true restaurant with dark green walls, vintage-like lighting, and enough booths to house an army. But like most sub shops, you get in line to give the full rundown of your order. The most challenging part of DiBellas is that you have so many great choices from basic subs to more unique ones, like my choice - buffalo chicken. You pick from three sizes (and trust that the small was enough for me to feel full for lunch), any toppings you want, additional sauces, and cheese. Plus you get to pick the bread. Honestly, the bread was what truly sold me on DiBellas. The plain sub bread is honestly delicious, which sounds kind of ridiculous, but it's true. Even through they were at peak lunch time when I went for my first visit, everyone behind the counter was helpful and walked me through the process. It does get a little confusing toward the end. After you order, you pay at a different area, but you still have the buzzer in your hand waiting to get your sub. I had to jump out of the check out line because my sub was finished while I was waiting. At the end of the day, it's a great, affordable spot to grab lunch. Ahh this sub place is the bomb. Just finished up their well known cheesesteak sub. Thanks to reviewers out there. Lets start with the atmosphere, it reminded me of an old fashioned submarine restaurant. I assume that is the point, since I've never been here before. I've only been told how good it is. They have a quite large dining area and space for ordering your food. What I liked more about this restaurant was the bread is much fresher. You have a choice between the regular bread, sesame, multi-grain and everything. I think I should have gone with the sesame because I wasn't a fan of the taste of multi-grain even though I eat it because I assume it's healthier than regular bread. The philly cheesesteak had a great taste to it with the steak, cheese, mayo and mushrooms it tasted great. What Jersey Mike's, Subway and other sub places lack is sauce in their subs, this place makes up for all that. Not only fresh but you can taste the flavor.
