This is a great establishment!! There is lot of diversity. The food was amazing and great servers! The inside is very clean and fashionable. I love it!! The family did not like how the eggs were too cooked when they ordered Benedict. I wasn't the biggest fan of the pancakes but the rest of the food was fabulous!

Average experience with a few opportunities Parking is abundant and easy to find! Service was mixed bag. There was no one to greet/seat me upon entering for a few minutes which wasn't the biggest deal, when a hostess did approach the front desk another customer cut me, the hostess serviced them before I, and did not excuse themselves to do so; I felt invisible. When addressing me no "Hi", no "Hello", straight to "are you Dining in or taking out". When getting seated my server asked me if I was ready to order 3 times within 6 minute, but also didn't approach in the warmest manner; I don't think he meant harm by it, but it felt rushed. I watched that same server connect with other customers without that same urgency to place an order so it wa strange. The food was great! I got the Chickichanga with a side of homestyle potatoes along with coffee, and a Mocha Mint Iced Coffee! All straight bangers, all great recommendations I'd suggest. My only suggestion is putting coffee creamers into actual refrigerated containers instead of using the little Delight Plastic containers; it would be more classy, you've invested so much into presentation this would be the cherry on top. Also it would save on plastic. The restaurant is beautiful! I'm a big fan of First Watch. I've been to their locations in Chantilly, Charlottesville, and Pittsburgh; they are great with giving each restaurant its own personality. This is an awesome space to bring family, dates, celebrations, anything! All in all I will return, and I hope when I do the customer service etiquette is better!

Second visit to this restaurant. Waitlist worked well, were seated shortly after arriving. Tried the smoked salmon frittata that is supposed to come with greens and toast. Frittata was tasty. I asked to swap for gluten free toast and it never came. I reminded the runner, never saw the server until he brought the bill. He declined to make any adjustments to the bill. I had just done 2 hours of cardio and the carbs were sorely missed.

Luv the remodel... inside is open and inviting with a lovely patio option. Was fun to see a familiar face... our waiter used to work at Chuy's as well as other spots along his career! While I'm sure all servers great... ask for Darrell... tell him PRPLE recommended him... I get nothing from that other than a smile when I see him next! Please review the menu before you come as their options are eclectic... some might say upscale... but it's great to have these inventive options on pancakes, salads, and more... We have been to first watch once before and early awaited the Reston opening... Hubby ordered the million dollar Bloody Mary and a waffle adding real maple syrup. Luv they have real as an option. I decided to do the 2 by 2 and ordered the Monterey club and honey pecan salad First thought on his Bloody Mary... a little heavy handed in the old bay but okay. He isn't into candied bacon which is the garnish but I am... it's tasty and if I remember something you can order on the side... it's sweet and peppery. My sandwich was stacked... hard to fit in my big mouth (lol). Liked the salad but a bit too much dressing ... if you like warm sweet and bacon it's for you. Glad to see them open... welcome to Reston

Grand opening of First Watch in Reston in the former Carrabba's location next to Chic Fil a and across from Target. We signed up for Friends & Family which is a great opportunity to try a new addition to the community. Kudos to the First Watch corporation for doing this. We were frequent diners at Carrabbas and the remodel job is outstanding. Very modern look and a large outdoor covered area which makes for a very pleasant dining experience especially on a beautiful spring afternoon. The food? First Watch is a more upscale IHOP or Cracker Barrel is my assessment. The Elevated Egg Sandwich, Works Omelette, Floridian French Toast and the Honey Pecan Salad were all spot on and tasty. Portions are quite large and the omelette and egg sandwich comes with nicely browned potatoes. Coffee was also very good. First Watch has been expanding significantly and we're glad there is a location in Reston. We will be adding First Watch Reston to our roster of breakfast restaurants. One note...Friends and Family provides an opportunity for staff to get acclimated and 'dry run' with real customers. You could tell our waitress was new to waiting tables so service was definitely on the slow side. Mgmt-please make sure you use this as a teaching opportunity for your less experienced staff.

Stopped there before work. Ordered this amazing omelet! Service was great as well.

Great food and service. The omelet was huge and potatoes where cooked to perfection. My server greeted me quickly and had me seated immediately. Will definitely go back.

I came here on a late Sunday morning with my dog. They had a nice outdoor patio and offered him some water too. I didn't wait to be seated because I put myself in line on the app. It gave me a time estimate, and when I arrived it was accurate and I was seated immediately. My server was Bridget. She was very friendly. My food was delicious! I got a cold brew alcoholic drink, lemon ricotta pancakes, and million dollar bacon. It was a huge amount of food and everything was delicious. My only complaint is the bacon was soggy, but I don't think it's possible for bacon covered in syrup to be not soggy. Overall I had a great experience! I am glad they opened a First Watch near me.

Pretentious atmosphere, overpriced and over complicated menu. Trying to compete with silver diner and Gordon Ramsey simultaneously.

The crème brûlée is smooth and rich, also leaning sweet rather than balanced. Drinks follow the same pattern: creamy, mild, and approachable, with the whipped cream version noticeably more dessert-like. Warm atmosphere, efficient service, and fair pricing. 5/5 within its category--predictable, satisfying, and well executed for what it is.

The Sacher torte was sweet and a great combination of textures. My only problem was that my spoon was a bit big for the parfait. It all looked just as amazing as it tasted. The service was also pleasant. I'm pretty shy so I tend not to talk too much when I order, but the staff greeted me as soon as I walked in and were friendly. I had a bit of trouble hearing the man while he was taking my order, but he was friendly nonetheless. The staff was not rude as other reviews suggest, just a bit to the point at times. Ambiance was also lovely. The interior is well decorated to feel like a little French cafe with lots of indoor seating. I chose to eat outside where they had just a couple tables. I was a little confused where I was supposed to go to order at first, but I figured it out eventually. They could definitely use some better signage for that! I came in on a Monday afternoon and it was pretty empty, which I appreciated.

Side note: don't go here thinking you're about to get some traditional Filipino dishes. Come with an open mind and an empty tummy! You'll be pleasantly surprised. The space is spotless, easy on the eyes, and perfectly cozy - minimalist décor with just enough charm to make you want to stay awhile. There's plenty of seating for the whole fam (yes, even all your titos and titas). Only one kind gentleman was running the show during my visit, and let me tell you - he handled everything like a pro. Even with our big order, everything came out quickly and with a smile. Bonus points for the snacks, ready-to-eat treats, and vending machines to hold you over while you wait. But honestly, the food is worth every second. Now let's talk about some of the eats: * Ube waffle: light, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweet - the powdered sugar and ube syrup complemented the flavor instead of stealing the spotlight. The chicken tenders were well-seasoned and paired well with the waffle. Whole plate was aesthetically pleasing and delish! * Lumpia: absolute fire. My only regret? Not ordering a mountain of them. * Longanisa breakfast sandwich: solid and yummy, but I wouldn't write my lola about it. Egg cooked to perfection though! * Silog breakfast bowl: oh. my. GAWD. Flavor bomb! The garlic fried rice, tender pork, egg, and peppers all danced together like they were meant to be. I'd come back just for that bowl - and the lumpia, of course.

The storefront itself is cute and there's a fair amount of seating. I will say the parking was kind of weird, It's not a super obvious place and we ended up driving right by it. Parked a couple blocks down and walked over, but otherwise you should be able to find a spot no problem. The baristas were super friendly and patient with us while we looked over the menu. My friend got the (Real!) strawberry match and I got the banana cream matcha. Both were super delicious! The strawberry did taste very fresh and real, and the banana was the perfect sweet treat to satisfy my craving. Overall, I will definitely be back and would recommend to anybody in the area.

I've been looking for a strawberry matcha that has a creamy rich texture, with the perfect ratio of strawberry and matcha. I do appreciate the fact that they use real strawberry puree, but it didn't taste balanced to me. My husband got the mocha forest matcha, it was alright. I wasn't a huge fan of either drinks. I also felt the matcha wasn't ceremonial grade. It had that weird Starbucks fishy taste to it. We ordered breakfast as well- the breakfast indeed tasted homemade but not the kind that wowed me. More like okay wonder bread and some protein. Nothing that stood out or tasted unique. I left wishing I had spent the money elsewhere. Overall, I don't live close to this location so I wouldn't go out of my way for it, but if invited I wouldn't be opposed. It's a tiny spot with few seats and a shared small parking lot. It's better for to go orders. Casual ambiance.

The bar area is self-seating.I chose to sit in the bar area...the only remaining big table with high chairs/table...it was packed! The happy hour is pretty awesome here. They have daily happy hour from 4-6 pm, which is pretty awesome, starting early and ending late. There is also a power hour from 3-6, where everything on the happy hour menu is $5, which is a little early!! The menu includes regular bar food and a variety of drinks (as shown in the picture). We ordered the following: -Let that "man"go - in general it's an iced drink, so I'd avoid. -Spicy pina marg - another iced drink. It was ok. -I'm Ron Burgundy (2x)- this had a nice strong coffee flavor, doesn't come with ice; I would highly recommend it...they made it so good!!! -Maker's mini nachos - There proportion of chips to toppings was off there wasn't enough toppings and too many chips, but there was a lot of cheese. -Calamari was a good portion, and tasty -Chicken tenders - they were delicious and moist There are so many items to choose from on the power hour/happy hour menu.
