I got the Bibimbap for lunch and it was SO DELICIOUS. I highly recommend it. Big portion and a great price, no complaints!

Well one winter evening, my daughter and granddaughter wanted to grab a bite to eat. So I told them, please choose someplace close to where I live. My daughter said, how about La Madeleine? Ok, I said. I have been wanting to try it. Well, we go and immediately I'm attracted to the warm atmosphere, the cozy wooden structure and French decor. I approached the service counter to see the ample selection French pastries and sandwiches, soups and salads, a variety drinks to include the BEST coffee ever. The server was extremely polite and explained how ordering worked. We ordered and sat at a table near the well-lit, burning fireplace. This made our meal extra special. The experience was completely enjoyable. From that time on and even till now, I make my weekly stop in to La Madeleine for coffee and one of the scrumptious blueberry muffins. During the warm season I enjoy eating outside while reading and sipping my coffee. Sometimes, I just sit and watch the cars and people walk by with their dogs. Occasionally, a little bird might visit and chirp for a piece of bread. Oh, and if you use the restroom, you will learn a French word or two. Bonjour!

The crème brûlée is smooth and rich, also leaning sweet rather than balanced. Drinks follow the same pattern: creamy, mild, and approachable, with the whipped cream version noticeably more dessert-like. Warm atmosphere, efficient service, and fair pricing. 5/5 within its category--predictable, satisfying, and well executed for what it is.

Side note: don't go here thinking you're about to get some traditional Filipino dishes. Come with an open mind and an empty tummy! You'll be pleasantly surprised. The space is spotless, easy on the eyes, and perfectly cozy - minimalist décor with just enough charm to make you want to stay awhile. There's plenty of seating for the whole fam (yes, even all your titos and titas). Only one kind gentleman was running the show during my visit, and let me tell you - he handled everything like a pro. Even with our big order, everything came out quickly and with a smile. Bonus points for the snacks, ready-to-eat treats, and vending machines to hold you over while you wait. But honestly, the food is worth every second. Now let's talk about some of the eats: * Ube waffle: light, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweet - the powdered sugar and ube syrup complemented the flavor instead of stealing the spotlight. The chicken tenders were well-seasoned and paired well with the waffle. Whole plate was aesthetically pleasing and delish! * Lumpia: absolute fire. My only regret? Not ordering a mountain of them. * Longanisa breakfast sandwich: solid and yummy, but I wouldn't write my lola about it. Egg cooked to perfection though! * Silog breakfast bowl: oh. my. GAWD. Flavor bomb! The garlic fried rice, tender pork, egg, and peppers all danced together like they were meant to be. I'd come back just for that bowl - and the lumpia, of course.

Known for its breakfast favorites like omelets, avocado toast, and healthy juices, and for quick, friendly service, it is a popular spot for breakfast, brunch, and lunch, serving tasty, hearty, and healthier choices. We tried several dishes, all of which were excellent, and we highly recommend: The Strawberry Tres Leches French Toast is a seasonal specialty that combines classic French toast with a Hispanic dessert. It features thick slices of challah soaked in rich custard, topped with fresh strawberries, dulce de leche, whipped cream, and gingerbread cookie crumbs. This sweet, indulgent brunch treat is great for sharing and highly recommended. The Elevated Egg Sandwich is a hearty breakfast option with an over-easy egg, Gruyère cheese, smashed avocado, lemon-dressed arugula, and mayonnaise on a brioche bun. It's fresh, creamy, savory, with bacon adding crunch and flavor. First Watch's Avocado Toast features toasted whole-grain bread topped with smashed avocado, olive oil, lemon, and Maldon salt, served with two cage-free eggs for a satisfying start. Kale Tonic is a refreshing, nutrient-packed green juice made with kale, Fuji apple, English cucumber, and lemon. It offers a crisp, balanced, and slightly sweet flavor, making it an ideal choice for health-conscious diners.

I'm unsure if this is per server, or if it's first watch standard - but my complaint is this If your guests are actively eating their food, and there's dirty plates on the table and you haven't even bothered to pre bus, offer me refills on my empty water, or provide any steps of service - why on earth are you dropping check off? I hadn't even asked for it and I was in the middle of my meal, when he approached with the check I asked him "how do you even know I'm finished" bc to be honest my daughter and I were going to order pancakes, but now I'm turned off and don't want to spend a $ more. I'm a retired server/bartender. I was in the industry for 15 years. Have your staff trained on appropriate steps of service. Because quite frankly , with the early check drop off, with a filthy table, and empty glassware, coupled with the black server with the long braids who essentially slammed my plate down on the table, I'm very unimpressed with this visit

The storefront itself is cute and there's a fair amount of seating. I will say the parking was kind of weird, It's not a super obvious place and we ended up driving right by it. Parked a couple blocks down and walked over, but otherwise you should be able to find a spot no problem. The baristas were super friendly and patient with us while we looked over the menu. My friend got the (Real!) strawberry match and I got the banana cream matcha. Both were super delicious! The strawberry did taste very fresh and real, and the banana was the perfect sweet treat to satisfy my craving. Overall, I will definitely be back and would recommend to anybody in the area.

I've been looking for a strawberry matcha that has a creamy rich texture, with the perfect ratio of strawberry and matcha. I do appreciate the fact that they use real strawberry puree, but it didn't taste balanced to me. My husband got the mocha forest matcha, it was alright. I wasn't a huge fan of either drinks. I also felt the matcha wasn't ceremonial grade. It had that weird Starbucks fishy taste to it. We ordered breakfast as well- the breakfast indeed tasted homemade but not the kind that wowed me. More like okay wonder bread and some protein. Nothing that stood out or tasted unique. I left wishing I had spent the money elsewhere. Overall, I don't live close to this location so I wouldn't go out of my way for it, but if invited I wouldn't be opposed. It's a tiny spot with few seats and a shared small parking lot. It's better for to go orders. Casual ambiance.
