We were at an emergency vet visit with one of our pets. There is no WAY you are too busy to call us back. ALSO, on our first visit we saw that they sold drinks in the lobby, but that you can't eat or drink among the cats. So it's really not as much a cat cafe as it is a kitten wonderland. The kittens are well cared for, the place is clean... the service is NOT great.
