Even then, we were curious about how good the food would actually be. Then the food arrived. Wow, we were so happy we gave it a shot. The quality of the biscuit sandwich was fantastic. I really appreciated that their biscuit was homemade. It was buttery and blended perfectly with the other ingredients. The only suggestion I have is to make the egg yolk runny, as the biscuit can be a bit dry at times. I can't wait to come back and try other vendors, but I definitely want to return for another biscuit next time!

You can enter from the building lobby entrance - or they have their own direct entrance at the back corner of the building. I ordered the breakfast croissant sandwich and a large cold brew. The cold brew was really good. However, the breakfast sandwich was very disappointing. I requested extra bacon and extra cheese on it. What I was served was a sandwich with the slices of cheese cut extra thick, bacon of the extreme paper thin variety, and the Croissant itself was stale. If there was extra bacon on it - I sure could not tell - and because of the way the cheese was sliced and the way that the sandwich was made (it appears he is using a Panini press), the cheese was totally unmelted. Very unsatisfying. The owner came over to ask me how it was - when I shared my thoughts on the sandwich - as he rang me out - he told me he was not charging me for bacon. Mixed greens were fresh, provided a nice, crisp contrast to the softness of the beans and the tenderness of the beef. Fries were nice and crispy outside while being the perfect consistency of creamy potato inside. Nice dusting of seasonings on the fries as well.
