Another Loudoun County baker, emerging amongst the many already established ones. This one is located in the trendy One Loudoun shopping area. There's a new section of One Loudoun with upcoming shops and eating establishments. Staff appears to be in training. Our server: cashier wasn't quite up to speed and he inadvertently didn't put our order in to the kitchen. It was rectified by a more experienced staff member. The pastries are good. I'm not sure I would drive and park in a busy shopping area for pastries that are similar to the ones at other bakeries. There is a variety of fresh made breakfast and lunch entrees. read more

Yey!!!!!!! We finally deserved something beautiful coming our way! Congrats to all neighbors residents,since our neighborhood is now officially saved. What a wonderful place,with same great tastes as every Tatte ,open concept design with white tiles walls and nice all day menu.i had cup of tomato basil soup,which was a little thick,puree style,but with great taste and chicken breast pita sandwich,which was outstanding. Chicken was moist and generous,pita bread was nice and perfectly grilled,salad and herb sauce inside were spot on. Mini tea cakes are cute and tasty as every other Tatte.Pistachio cherry tart was good but had hard to eat sides with disproportionately thick dough. But whole experience was outstanding, I am a big fan of Tatte since my years in Boston,so welcome to the neighborhood!! read more

A new bakery popped up in our neighborhood. I wanted to try their croissants and compare them to the other nearby bakeries. Parking early on the street is available. If you come later there's plenty of parking behind the main buildings. I think it's a bit of a cluster to order and pay. There's no designated line like other bakeries. Customers just pile up in the front and wait for one of the cashiers to take orders. I unfortunately had a new cashier who had no idea of the products I ordered: simple breads. Also this cashier never processed my rolls order and I ended waiting a while until one of the runners asked me what I was waiting on. The food was delicious: croissants, challah rolls and those amazing shortbread cookies. We will definitely stop in to get those again. Price point is better than the nearby Leesburg bakery. Lots of dine-in seating. It's very clean looking and tons of staff walking around. read more

Tatte is a chain bakery/cafe known for their pastries and mediterranean-inspired brunch. This location is relatively new and in One Loudoun. There's plenty of free parking in the lot in front of the location. There's also lots on indoor and outdoor seating with wifi, which makes this place optimal to telework/get school work done, hang out with a group of people, or just pick up a quality sweet treat. Additionally, I really like that there's plenty of access to outlets and hooks all around the restaurant as well as the fact that there's lots of different types of tables and vibes. Additionally, the service here is exceptional. All of the baristas and servers are extremely nice! They gave us fantastic recommendations and were super sweet in general. After you give your order at the front, you can either order for here or to go and pick where you sit. They bring the food and drinks to your table relatively quickly as well! I've been to a Tatte before, and I'm pretty ambivalent about the drinks. This matcha latte was no different - kinda milky and grainy, but averagely priced for the area. I'd come here at least once to check out the vibe and try something at Tatte if you haven't been before. read more

So happy to have a Tatte in Loudoun County now! As with the ones I usually go to in Arlington and Reston, the food is on point and the coffee drinks are great. Nice place to get some work done, have lunch, hang out, whatever. read more

The customer service at this location is way better than the other locations! The cashiers were all super friendly and quick compared the other DC/VA locations... I love all of the pastry options! I ordered the passionfruit krembo and I love the color and taste! It was tangy and sweet while being soft and having a crispier texture at the bottom. I ordered the orange blossom cold foam latte and it was decent. I wish there was more foam or orange to really bring out the flavor. I love how there's plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors! I want to come back to try the other lattes and desserts. read more

This store recently opened in Ashburn in the one Loudoun location and so we went in to check it out and I ordered a few bakery products that were super expensive and there was a long line to get them - also getting a seat also was difficult as most of the seats were taken it was mostly a zoo here in the morning. But having said all that they have fantastic array of bakery goods and decent fast food available, and the service is pretty decent as well. read more

I stopped by to get breakfast and I've been wanting to check it out for a bit. I had the egg in the hole and a latte. There was a bit of a line since the place is fairly new, but it moved quickly. We didn't wait long for our food and drinks. Overall the place is nice and there's plenty of seating inside and outside. I would definitely come back again. read more

Great addition to have a refined city style cafe in the area. Very good coffee. Food is fair, not amazing, but I do love the elevated menu. Service is excellent. From the Sr manager to down to the registers & wait staff, everyone is super sweet and on their game. My high rating is mostly for vibes tbh bc we don't have anything else like this around here. And all the staff are 5 stars! I've been about 5 times since they opened and on the last visit I got glutened pretty badly. They don't claim to be a gf facility but do offer lots of gf options. So just a warning for my Celiac & NCGS baddies. Still love them and will keep coming for sure, but will prob stick to coffee from now on. read more

Service: is pretty good! They were a bit slow because it was very busy but the customer service is good! Food: it was delicious! Nothing to complain about food. Drinks: we got pistachio latte, caramel latte, and Orange Hibiscus Tea and all three were not good at all. I have had way better coffee and tea than this. Went there for lunch the other day. I ordered the turkey avocado sandwich....what a disappointment. There were about 4 small slices of "mini" avocado and one thin slice of processed deli Turkey meat. One slice! For $14 I expected a better sandwich. I realize things are more expensive these days but one slice....really?? Unimpressed. read more

I have visited 3 times and every experience has been fantastic! Staff always greets upon entering and are eager to assist. The food, pastries, and coffee are all delicious. (Personal favorite - croque madame) My first visit was a takeout order and it was ready on time. Today there was a small mixup with our order and they were very quick to make it right in such a kind and generous way! I highly recommend Tatte and this specific location. Certainly won't be returning. First, let me say we were regulars in the mornings. So....my wife and I were hungry around dinner time and stopped in to try a short rib grilled cheese. It come with horseradish something or other on it....I ask for it to be on the side as I didn't want it on the sandwich. I despise horseradish. For reasons that can't be explained, my wife likes it and since we were going to share this sandwich having the horseradish on the side seemed a perfect compromise. Then we are told "that's not the way our kitchen operates". At this point I'm totally confused. Is there not a step where the horseradish is plopped on top of the sandwich? Or perhaps it comes already totally assembled and microwaved? Good grief. I (perhaps mistakenly) assumed that it would be in a squeezy thing that was simply squirted onto the sandwich before frying. That being the case, the kitchen could have squirted it into a small container so my wife and I could enjoy a romantic grilled cheese together. Alas, it was not to be. This place and it's stupid ridiculous "the way the kitchen works" will do so without our business. read more

Busy spot in the newest part of One Loudoun. Had salads and iced tea. Both were delicious. A bit pricey but for the area it's to be expected. Lots of amazing looking pastries that I hope to try next time! read more
