Wow is all I can say!! I get the pretzels and sugar cookies as often as I can from Simone (owner) at the Leesburg farmers markets! I have to make sure to go early before the pretzels sell out and it is so worth it!! I also looove how incredibly stunning she is able to decorate her sugar cookies! They are so thick and soft as well which is a plus! So often sugar cookies are thin with no soft bite to them. Not for The Baekehaus!!! YUM! If I want a cake from her, I try to order at least 3 weeks in advance since she is a one woman show and her calendar will always fill up.
