My time at Meows Corner was so fun! My soul almost left my body when I realized the large Savannah cat mix under the cat tree was real, but it was also really friendly! One item they have that I have not seen at other cat cafes is a catalog of the cats available in the cat room so you can get to know them more while you play with them. They had a variety of ages and temperaments of cats available as well as plenty of toys. The appointments were timely and there are also drinks and snack items available for purchase. Note: they are running on reduced appointments to reduce crowds, and also enforce masks during appointments for staff and two-legged guests.

We had a reservation for 5 of us. Check in was quick. Germ squirt & masks we there only requirement. They give a quick guideline of let sleeping cats sleep, don't bother cats in the litter box, and if a cat is aggressive toward you just leave it alone. They do have a Savannah. It is not for adoption, think of him more like an ambassador. The girl I spoke thought he was an L3 for those who are familiar with the breed. They have treats you can buy for the cats. I think that is where the cafe part comes. They do have drinks in a fridge to buy, but not cafe style like coffee and tea. Walk ins are welcome, but groups should have reservations. The cost is based on how long you are there for. 15 mins up to 2 hours. I don't believe they allow more than 7 people in the room. There are two books for you to peruse. One showing successful adoptions and one that gives info on the the kitties available for adoption with their behaviors(likes & dislikes)

Kitty cafe ! $10 for 30 minutes of cat cuddles and playing. Cats here are adoptable and are super sweet. It is relaxing to come in and play with them all. The environment is inviting, playful, calm and fun. The cats have plenty of toys, places to hide and get comfy. They also serve coffee, snacks and cat gifts. It is a great place to go if you are considering adoption or if you want to make sure you get a social/ cat friendly kitty. They also have different payments for different lengths of time. They hold different events like cat yoga as well as birthday parties I believe. There is tons of parking and it is easy to get an appointment just as a walk in unlike the cat cafes in DC.

The cats at Meows Corner are VERY cute, don't get me wrong. My friend and I came here with a Groupon - 60 minutes with coffee for two! The woman I talked to on the phone the other day, to make my reservation, was really nice. So when I came in today I was shocked by how rude the staff was to us. The woman who greeted us when we came in was immediately snarky with us, and was sassy about the fact that we hadn't filled out waivers beforehand. I told her that I hadn't been told to fill out a waiver, and she snapped that she had no idea who would've told us that. The rest of the staff - who were in the play room during our time - barely said a word to us the whole time. They also don't have coffee? It's a weird thing to advertise coffee on a Groupon when they only had some canned/bottled sodas and iced teas to pick from. As far as COVID procedures go, it was great. They require hand sanitizer use and masks and only allow 6 people in at a time, by reservation. Everything was very socially distant and safe. The kittens are really cute, but not very socialized. This makes sense since they're rescues waiting to be adopted, and if you're lucky, a few cats will warm up to you after some time and let you play with them. I had a good time once a couple of the cats, Edgar and Stumpy, got comfortable and played with me. All the cats are very cute and calm! The space itself is very cute and nicely decorated.

This place was so fun and the cats were adorable. I signed up for 1 hour and the time flew by so quickly because I was having a great time. I got my tickets through Groupon which saved me some money. Also, unlike a cat cafe, there's no coffee available here. However, they do have water, Gatorade, and a few other beverages.

Love the environment here. Cats are playful and friendly. They are full of energy. The room is spacious, very clean and doesn't smell like cats litter like other places do. This is my go-to spot whenever I need a relaxing time with cats. The price here is very affordable compare to other places.

    False advertising!

I drove by this place yesterday to check it out because my 3.5 year old has been asking me to play with a kitty. Sign clearly said walk in all ages. That is completely false! We went there today and when we got there we were told that I don't understand what "all ages" means. Apparently all ages means over 6y.o. My son was crying as we were turned away by a rude lady that obviously showed no compassion. Once my husband got my crying child outside I gave her the bird. She deserved it! I'd give this place zero stars if I could. I understand rules are rules but if you are displaying false information at least seem remorseful when you turn a child away. Response to Dina A. Obviously your sign says "walk in" "30 min" "all ages". It implies that you can walk in without a reservation for 30 min for ALL AGES. What is stated lower is 60 min with age restrictions. Your staff was the exact opposite of accommodating. I offered to bring my child back a few min before closing, I offered to come back during walk in hours. That Lady you have representing your business with a smirk on her face seeing my child in obvious distress could care less about your clients and she deserved everything I said to her. There is only so far you can press someone until you get back what you put out. "I'm sorry you don't understand the sign" is not the same as "I'm sorry for the misunderstanding" or "miscommunication" She could of figured out a way not to ruin a 3 year olds day but I guess once your schedule is booked individual clients don't mean as much anymore. I would have never treated a family the way we were treated at your place. Try to learn ways to improve the service you provide and educate your staff rather then lecture me.

This was my second visit, and it definitely lived up to the first. On my first stop, I had the ham and Swiss panini with a cookie butter latte. The sandwich was grilled perfectly, crispy on the outside, melty and satisfying inside, and the latte was absolutely delicious. I was honestly bummed to learn the cookie butter latte was seasonal because it deserves a permanent spot on the menu. This time around, I tried the breakfast panini and added ham, along with an iced sugar cookie latte (another seasonal drink that was so good). The food was pleasant and comforting, and once again, the drink really stole the show. Overall, Llamas Corner nails the combo of great atmosphere, thoughtful food, and creative drinks. They are living their best "cat mojo". Very active and are not afraid to chase after a cat toy. The area where you interact with the cats is very clean and tidy. There are places for the cats to scratch on scratchers, lay around in beds, wall mounted shelves and perches for them to climb along, a running water fountain for them to drink water, and a litter box. Each time I come here, there are new kit-cats and that warms my heart... because it means the previous kitties have been adopted to good homes :) I have 2 boy cats that I left at home with my parents when I moved, and I miss them a lot. Coming here is low key therapeutic for me as I get some furs time. The yummy, caffeinated beverage selection also helps :) If you have some time, stop by. Get a beverage, make an appointment to meet some cute kit-cats. You might even find yourself a fur-ever companion :D

I did not see cold brew on the menu - I asked and my waiter stated that they had cold brew. I note that they have iced coffee on the menu - I hope that is not what he ended up giving me. Harder to tell once Half n' Half has been added. As others have noted - there is a beach vibe going on with regards to the color of the place - a big emphasis on a teal/aqua like color. Food came up in about 10 minutes. Presentation-wise - everything looked appetizing. I tasted the omelette - and then I added some black pepper and hot sauce to the omelette as I always do. The omelette was tasty; the breakfast potatoes were hot and the texture was on point; and the bacon was very good. The "cold brew" seemed a bit on the weak side to me - so not sure if it was iced coffee... I was not paying attention to the pricing - when I got my bill - it was $40 dollars for an omelette, side of bacon and cold brew. Seems a bit steep to me. They charged me $3.00 for mushrooms and another $3.00 for spinach. Service was good, and the food was good - but at those prices, I probably won't be back. Paid with Apple Pay. #ChloezCafe
