I have not been here on a regular day but I did stop by for an event being hosted here recently. The space is small but it is so cute. I loved the decor. The outside space is also nice. I could see this being a nice spot to go to on a regular basis just to grab a quick bite and vibe. I did not grab any food this time but I did order the caramel latte. Whenever I go to a coffee shop to order a drink, I am quickly reminded that I have no idea what I'm talking about. The lady helping me at the counter was so patient and helpful. I was going to try the Cherry Blossom latte but decided not to stray too much from what I'm used to. The iced caramel latte with oat milk was so good. It felt like I drunk it in two sips. I would definitely go back. I had a great experience. read more

This is a cute and photogenic cafe for a quick breakfast or lunch - there are faux flowers and greenery everywhere that makes it feel like an indoor garden. The cafe located on the ground floor of the medical center (facing the parking garage). There is plenty of free parking. They offer a good selection of sandwiches and salads as well as coffee and tea. I had the BLT, which was very tasty. Service is friendly and very quick. There are a few outdoor tables as well. They do close at 4:00 and the kitchen closes about 30 minutes before closing. read more

Came here the other day since it was near where I got my exam done as it's nearby some medical offices. I ordered the taro latte and a turkey sandwich. Unfortunately I got a stomach ache after eating the turkey sandwich but it was otherwise pretty good, just couldn't finish it. One thing to note is they actually use 3 slices of bread in their sandwich! One at the top, bottom, AND middle. First time I've ever seen this, so just beware that their sandwiches have this feature. I also got an iced taro latte which I asked for at the register but the man working there didn't hear me. He accidentally made a regular iced latte, so I had to wait a bit longer to get the taro latte I ordered. Upon trying it, I didn't taste any taro flavor, it was very mild. I think he didn't put enough taro syrup in my drink, and I was able to get it fixed. The coffee was surprisingly decent given it's a small cafe within a medical office building. Overall staff were nice, service could have been a bit faster but otherwise the food and coffee is decent. I felt like the coffee itself tasted better or as good as some other local coffee shops. Just wish my latte had more flavor the first time since I think it was missing the normal syrup amount, but no biggie. read more

Pleasant surprise while visiting her for my CT scan. Located on the first floor by the entrance to Building 8503, this café is perfect to grab a quick bite or drink while waiting for your appointment or to socialize with family/friends. The ambiance is very colorful and festive with flower decorations everywhere. There are plenty of seating indoors and a couple outdoors as well. The service was very friendly and helpful with lots of greetings for their usual customers. Parking is available in the garage and along the street. Enjoy! read more

Cozy District Cafe stopped me the moment I walked in. Vines on the ceiling, flowers on every table, board games on the shelf, and seasonal drinks that are as beautiful as they are good. The space feels intentional -- every corner has something worth noticing. Marco matched the space. He was attentive and helpful -- walked me through the hours, let me know when they do brunch, and even shared the best time to come. That kind of hospitality makes a difference. This is the kind of café you come back to. - Gabby | @forkandsmash | Real food. Real owners. Real stories. read more

This place was so cozy! I had a coffee and a grilled cheese with ham and a peach muffin. They were all delicious. I've been wanting to come here forever and it didn't disappoint. It is definitely not mainstream and services the business in the office buildings it is hiding in. The service was excellent. The lady brought me everything and helped me clean up. I definitely would go again. read more

This cafe was cute and cozy and the perfect place to perch up for the afternoon to get some work done! My only complaint is that it's a little tricky to find because the gps brings you to a medical center, but it's sort of in the middle of all of the buildings. The service was very kind and the chicken salad Sandwhich is a must! read more

Definitely a cozy cafe nestled in an area with plenty of parking (the garage) and good food (ate everything every time). Nice and casual interior decoration plus a fair amount of seating for small and large groups. Service was great - definitely will keep this place in mind if I am nearby. read more

Found this place in Yelp. Was looking for something around Fairfax for a breakfast meeting that had high ratings. Was a little surprised when I approached it to find it was in an office building. I called and they guided me in. Look for the neon "open" sign. Parking was super easy. The place was quiet, roomy, and not too crowded; it turned out to be perfect for discussions. Cappuccino was good and my breakfast sandwich was delicious. It was egg, American cheese, and bacon on wheat toast. It was made from scratch and with love. Would come here again. read more

Landed at Cozy District Cafe after seeing a reel by a local foodie for breakfast one morning. First and foremost the people who worked there were amazing - sweet as can be and so friendly...I'd go back just to be around them!! I played it simple with a bagel and cup of tea and they were good - nothing to write home about, but I was hungry and then I wasn't so there's that. I will say this - the reel was wildly misleading (to no fault of the owners/employees) and made it out to have this cute, cozy and intimate vibe, but it's not. It's a larger space with cafeteria quality decor that just didn't seem to match up. There is not ONE thing wrong with it - just wasn't what we anticipated. The menu is small, but looked good, but no vegan options that I saw. read more

Cozy District Cafe is a nice find -- a quiet, comfortable, hidden little casual cafe with good drinks, surprisingly high-quality food at value prices, and free parking, right next to a beltway exit. It's a good place to connect with somebody who may be traveling on the beltway to meet, because it's just easier than Tysons or Mosaic. read more

Really like this place! Probably the best place I found for working or studying. The play list really pops off. When I was there, a ton of medical students were in there doing multiple choice questions. They have cute furniture like couches and desks to eat or work at. The salad I had was also very fresh with a good dressing. read more

Come for the cute aesthetic interior, and stay for the delicious food and drinks (or is it the other way around?!) I visited this cafe recently, and I can confirm that the beautifully adorned interior lives up to the hype that I've seen on social media. The cafe is surrounded by lots of plants (probably artificial, but hey, that's ok!), cozy rugs, and plush furniture. I ordered a venti mocha, a glacé (ice cream served with espresso, kind of like an affogato!), and a smoked salmon sandwich served on a croissant. Overall, the sandwich and the drinks were tasty, and the service here was top notch. I came on a Saturday and it was a little quiet, but this would be a great spot to sit and study for a bit. Don't be deterred by the fact that this location is basically in a medical office building. There is a large parking garage nearby, so parking was a breeze. read more

The ambiance of this cafe is amazing. The location is hard to find I almost left because it looked like only a hospital. But believe me the inside is gorgeous definitely lives up the the cozy name. The staff was very kind. We got an iced latte, iced coffee, breakfast burrito, and the breakfast sandwich. The iced coffee was sub par however when we asked to add milk to it the staff noticed we didn't like it and remade without question into a delicious iced coffee. The caramel iced latte was phenomenal would recommend getting that. The breakfast sandwich was good but so thin so for $8 it was a little light. The burrito was very good and well worth it so I'd go that direction if coming here. Will say the croissant was so crispy and flaky so definitely enjoyed that. Great spot to hang out with friends they even have board games and some comfy seating. read more

This place has always been one that me and my family have always wanted to experience. It's near a lot of places we frequent out that way in the NOVA region. Most times we've come, the place was either closed or we just gave up looking for it. To be fair, our kids are young so we gave up when they had enough time in the car. We finally had a chance to check this place out recently and I was happy that we were able to try it out. First thing I thought when I walked in was that this place seems "cozy". Hence the name. So if they were going for that vibe, they definitely nailed it. My wife got the bimibap bowl and I'm mad I didn't get the same thing. It smelled and tasted sooooo good. I would come back just to get it for myself. I did get the chicken sandwhich which was ok. It didn't blow me out of the park, but it did taste good. They also have good fries, too. If you're looking for a cozy cafe to grab some coffee and a bite to eat, this may be a spot for you to check out if you're in the area. read more

A very interesting surprise near Merrifield. Tucked away in the 8503 Building lies a cafe full of décor that you could say looks very botanical and very calm. Even the music selection here is on point too... very interesting to hear a place that plays Ichiko Aoba and even Laufey ( some one my favorite artists ) but that's not the point. The overall aesthetics; I absolutely adore and I think it's very instagrammable! I came here on a snowy afternoon looking for some coffee and something to eat. I got the Matcha Latte and a Bibimbap bowl. While I was hoping it'd be served in a thick porcelain or a ceramic cup, it's fine if it's in a to go cup. Probably better since they don't have to worry about washing it. The matcha latte, very smooth and not too bitter. You get a hint of that earthy flavour but it's countered with a hint of sweetness to it. Not too bad but I wish it was a bit hotter ( it's cold outside when I went ). I think the coffee is still worth getting! The Bibambap consisted of Bean sprouts, Spinach, Radish, Lettuce, Fried Egg, Gochujang Sauce, Jasmine Rice, and Beef ( it's optional ). It wasn't too packed but it did not make me full either. Enough to keep you from starving and that's fine; I don't want to feel bloated at a café. Plenty of seating here, and they even have board games if you just want to hang out with friends here for a bit. I think this may be a hard place to find and I think they should have a sign to let people know where this place is! Check it out! read more

I love going to new coffee spots and this was todays choice! I was working on my taxes and wanted to be in a space where there was lots of .. SPACE! and being that it's a Saturday I knew that would could be hard to find, especially in a more well known spot. The pictures checked out. Plenty of space with PLENTY OF OUTLETS!! This is my biggest concern when going out to coffee shops. I work with my iPad so my cable cord is the short, standard one so it's hard to find a spot sometimes. Not the mention the ambiance is sooo cute. I love greenery. Finally the food was great. I got a grande vanilla cinnamon latte which wasn't too sweet (perfect) with an apple danish. A little over 8 bucks! Would definitely come again. read more

NOT 5 STARS I barely leave reviews and I only put 5 stars so my review will reach everyone. This place is SOOO bad that I just had to leave one. I used to come here all the time bc of the old ownership, but the new people are horrible. They are so rude, sloppy, and the food is not the same. Ever since the old owners left this place, they honestly have been going downhill. They take forever to make coffee (which btw tastes like shit) and the food doesn't taste the same anymore. Before I would pay my whole bank account for the meals but after eating here, I would rather find food from the trash and call it a day. They really messed up by changing the way this cafe used to be PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. IT IS SO OVERPRICED AND THE FOOD IS UNEDITABLE. Please save your money and time and go somewhere else I'm looking out for all of you read more

What a cute cafe! The last time I came here for a doctor's appointment there was another cafe here... but seems like there is new ownership and they must have hired someone to create a different kind of atmosphere... it really does feel like a flower boutique! It feels so cozy with all the plants (fake)... there is a seating area with comfortable couches and the feel of a cafe you want to hang out all day. It is a direct contrast to the sterile atmosphere of all the medical offices. It's like your own small oasis... It is a deli and has your full menu of things you expect... steak and cheese, tuna salad sandwich, egg salad sandwich, BLT and breakfast sandwiches. But they have also added some specialty items like Korean bbq rice bowls and salad bowls. They also offer an array of coffees and lattes for your caffeine needs. They also serve array of smoothies to meet all your afternoon cravings. They also cater anywhere in the DMV area. Come check out this cute cafe with a very warm and friendly staff! read more

Cozy District Cafe is hidden in all the corporate looking offices and you have to park in an outdoor parking garage, but it is definitely pretty cozy on the inside with its sofas and seating (sofas seemed comfortable, but the seats and tables itself were pretty standard). Cozy District Cafe reminds me of a deli but with a bit more frills and food options other than sandwiches. My friend and I stopped by this Saturday morning to get some individual work done. THREE BERRIES DELIGHT - 7.25 This smoothie was really big so I guess it was worth the price. The consistency is more of a slushie than a smoothie, though. I liked the light amount of honey that sweetened it a bit and the creaminess of yogurt. From this, I would believe that there's no added sugar. We enjoyed the smoothies we got, and my friend liked the avocado toast she tried (which she finished really quickly). I'll try the food next time. read more

Here is the English translation of your message: --- 1. I would give five stars for the friendliness of the staff. 2. All staff members should wear clean aprons. 3. After making the coffee, fully unwrapping the straw and placing it in the cup is not hygienic. Please either hand the straw on the side or allow customers to pick it up themselves. 4. The Americano was pretty good, but the latte tasted very bland and definitely seemed to be made incorrectly. The staff member who took the order and made the drink was very kind, but the coffee itself was quite disappointing. 5. The interior of the store needs to be organized. Stacking unused chairs and tables makes the place feel like a storage room--or like a café that's about to close--and it doesn't feel comfortable. Thank you read more

Food- Solid 6/10 but prices are too high for the serving size. Needed to add ANY seasoning. Had to use ketchup to eat my omelette plate and potatoes wedges. Service- Horrible. Girl at the register seemed very patronizing when explaining how to order certain coffee. First time customers do not want to be greeted by a cashier/barista who gives them grief for not knowing they couldn't put a splash of milk in an iced americano. Ambiance- While the pictures online make this place look bigger than it is, it also was not as clean. Seating such as coaches and arm chairs have visible coffee stains. After bad customer service with cashier and underwhelming food, decided to simply eat and leave. read more

Fake plant ambience is great for Instagram, it's a little confusing, the cashier said they will bring the meal but they were also calling out names once done. Such a cute and cozy spot! They have fake plants everywhere, comfy chairs, and a lounge area. I love that they had tons of board games by the water station. It's a great place to work or catch up with friends. Their menu was huge with lots of breakfast / deli items for lunch. I ended up ordering a vanilla latte with the smoked salmon sandwich on an everything bagel. My bagel was soft and not too chewy. I thought the mix of cream cheese and balsamic vinegar paired well with the salmon, red onion, tomato, and arugula, except I took the tomatoes off mine. read more

A cute hidden gem in a medical plaza by mosaic! Been seeing this around and finally got to give it a shot. The space is utilized well with cute plant-based decor. I came on a Saturday morning and it was poppin. I ordered the breakfast sandwich on a croissant. My boyfriend got the breakfast burrito. Both of us got an iced latte Food and coffee were delicious! Although the burrito could've used a dipping sauce or a little more flavor. The timing of the food/coffee took a bit longer than expected but there was only one cook, and it was nice to know that the food we got was fresh and made to order.
