Half hot buffalo half glory traditional wings

Been coming to glory days since I was a kid.. something must've changed recently but this was by far the worst food experience I've had there. Wings were barely sauced, practically naked. Cheese fries portion was noticeably smaller. Service was solid and attentive. Will probably still try the other locations to see if it's just this one or across the board

It's been a while since I've been to a Glory days. I don't remember their hamburgers being so delicious! Which, surprisingly they were! I was very happy - and this is coming from a gal who normally doesn't pick burgers as their first choice, but at glory days they are definitely going to be my go to from now on when I'm here. One thing to note - on Wednesdays - they have the "triple crown special" starting at $12.99; you can pick a drink, starter, and entree from a fixed menu. Great price for classic options that will fill you up just right!

Fabulous Fish Fry ($11 Friday Special)

No more seafood pizza?!?!? Oh no!!! It's been awhile since I dropped in for Glory Days. This used to be my son's favorite spot for wings and seafood pizza. To our dismay we learned that all pizzas had been pulled from the menu. What a bummer... Our waiter recommended the Friday special, so we settled for the Fish Fry - wild-caught, hand-breaded haddock with two sides. I'll admit it wasn't a buttery shrimp & crab cheese pizza, but it was DELISH - and all for $11. Glory indeed. As expected, the service was great and the vibe was welcoming.

    Yummy Monte Cristo

Love the bartenders here! They have a new must try break your diet menu item- a Monte Cristo! OMG! This is a throw back, but way better than, the old school Bennigan's Monte Cristo.

Decent bun. Very good patty, but dang, the two day old limp lettuce is such a distractor.

I do think that a mix of the steak and other dishes is a good balance but it would've been great to have more greens as an option. I looked at their menu, then set out to learn about their various entrees. My husband agreed to give it a try. Before going, we settled on trying "Pabellon Criollo" which is considered the Venezuelan national dish. We were here on a Saturday around 5 p.m. and were surprised to see a few large parties dining in. Also, people came in to get their takeout orders. Not sure as to how the ordering worked when dining in, we made our way to their counter. The owner, Carlos, spotted us and got 2 menus. We confirmed that we wanted to dine in. Carlos is very friendly and welcomes customers with a smile. He also was our server. To drink, I had a lemonade while my husband had a can of Coke. We let Carlos know that we were both having the Pabellon Criollo. This dish consists of black beans with a bit of shredded cheese on top, white rice, carne mechado (which was shredded), 2 arepitas (small arepas) and some platanos maduros. When the food came, it was obvious that the platanos were freshly made. Carlos also brought a bottle of brazza sauce (also called "salsa de amor). He told us we could put it on any item we wanted. It's a mild sauce which is mayonnaise based with cilantro. We enjoyed this dish. Everything was mildly seasoned yet still well flavored. Nothing went to waste! When it was time to pay the check, Carlos rang us up. We both say we would like to return and try their steaks. From start to finish, we had a great experience.

There there is an Olive Garden nearby so it isn't out by itself, even if it feels like it. The weather was beautiful, so we grabbed a high top in the bar area, overlooking a nice little pond behind the restaurant. The service in the bar was surprisingly good, despite the bar itself being pretty crowded and nearly every table around it being populated. The food was served quickly and they allowed us to customize to our liking (TIP: pay the nominal upcharge to replace your existing side dish to Brussels sprouts with bacon and spiced pecans! Or get it as a side to share) I had the Hickory Grilled Hanger Steak with mashed potatoes and a field greens salad, except no potatoes. The salad was amazing (it has dates in it for a sweetness to balance the sour of the dressing) and the medium rare steak was phenomenal. We each had a glass of beer -- the Pale Face Summer Wheat on draft. It is a classic German Hefeweizen and described as "malty with banana and clove flavors." I tested the banana on my first sip. It was a solid choice. The next day, we worked a 15 hour day without stopping to eat. By the time we finished, we were so tired that we agreed to return. I ordered the same steak and my coworker followed my recommendation. He agreed that this is the steak to order. (even if he ordered his more well done than mine). For the second visit, we ordered the bread pudding for dessert instead of beer with dinner. I suggest splitting the dessert. Don't get me wrong, it was fantastic, but was definitely shareable after a full steak meal.

First, the hostess acted like we were an intrusion into her evening, didn't welcome us or make eye contact. She sat us at a booth, which didn't work, so she did seat us at a table. I asked for a vegetarian menu, knowing there was one, but she walked off, did not return. Our waiter was a young man, spoke very softly; we both had a difficult time hearing him. My wife ordered her drink; I asked for a few more minutes. That drink did not appear until half my meal was over, which I did not appreciate. And I had to ask 3 times to get the drink, including asking another waiter. We ordered salad and main dish; my vegetarian menu finally appeared. It just seemed both the hostess and our waiter did not care to attend to us. I do not know if we will be returning; and to top this all off, both the hostess and waiter called us 'Guys'. When two older women are sitting at the same table, we are ladies, or simply nice to see you two tonight. Please tell your wait staff to get this right. We like Bungalow Lakehouse, it is close to home, and the atmosphere is comfortable.

It's a nice atmosphere, not too stuffy but elegant enough for a nice dinner. The drinks are good, well mixed, and nice options whether you drink wine, beer, cocktails, or non-alcoholic options. The food, however, is very mediocre. They started with an amuse-bouche that was a fruit tart with cheese. Nice, light, and well balanced. We ordered the tuna tartare, along side a Japanese sweet potato dish and a salmon tartare that were both specials. The tartares were fine. Something you would get anywhere. The presentation was nice but their crisp or cracker was kind of useless as it doesn't have the structural strength to use as a vessel to eat the fish. The sweet potato was probably the best in terms of flavor albeit very rich. The main course is well things really fell apart. The beef dishes people ordered were either under cooked or over cooked. I got the grilled prawns which were limp and mushy. The veggies were underseasoned. The braised beef was small. I think everyone was underwhelmed with the main course. It's fine as a after work dinner spot but if you care about food, there are better options nearby.
