Silent Wings is a Coffee Brown Ale from Honor Brewing out of Sterling, Virginia. As a veteran myself, I have a massive amount of respect for this veteran-owned local outfit. The brew is excellent--smooth and flavorful with a distinct coffee profile. While it was delicious in April, the flavor profile strikes me as a perfect fit for a fall or winter evening.
