Was welcomed by the very friendly host at the entrance of the restaurant. Restaurant seems nice and new, with a variety of items for food and drinks. A decent deal for the brunch experience - got plenty of food for endless dishes, which, although aren't the best quality, are still solid. I believe the only dish I truly liked though were the catfish bites. Everything else was okay. I will say that service was very bumpy during my visit. The waiter seemed to mess up our orders multiple times and forgot to get us things we asked for numerous times. Although I was somewhat okay with the messed up orders at first for an endless dining experience, it did take away from dishes I actually wanted room to try. It did feel like our waiter was avoiding our table; checking in more on the tables adjacent to us but then not stopping by us or even walking past our table. This, I would say, further extended the time we were here than we were expecting, making us somewhat rush to our next activity, so I was not satisified with the service here.

Definitely make reservations or plan to wait a while! We made reservations for 3pm and had planned to do the unlimited brunch. But brunch hours are over at 4 and was told that if we placed a 2nd order later, it will not make it out by 4pm. So we went ahead and ordered the unlimited brunch anyways, and basically ordered all the extra dishes at the same time. Our server was excellent and understood the assignment lol. We had plenty of food, some dishes better than others but overall enjoyed it! My favorite was the shrimp and grits. The fried chicken my son said was good but you can taste it was fried in older grease. Compared to their sister restaurant, Milk and Honey, we felt M&H was better.

Ms. Peach's has the appearance of a Soul food restaurant, but I'm not convinced it is. We ordered the blue catfish, Mac, chicken&waffles and greens. It was a very cute place, ample seating and great service. Our chicken wasn't cooked through and they promptly removed it from the bill. In addition they offered a dessert to make up for it. The food wasn't seasoned, the Mac, wasn't anything by special. My nephew liked his waffles, but the chicken wings didn't have any flavor either. They had peach cobbler on the menu, so we did get it to go. However, it was more of a peach turnover, not a cobbler. Our service was great and the fried green tomatoes....chef's kiss! Cooked to perfection and a great remoulade! That's why they are receiving the 3stars. Lastly it was pretty pricey.

You get a good amount of food for the price you pay for at $32 for unlimited brunch. The ambiance is also decorated nicely and the host at the front was friendly. The food was pretty good for the most part besides the dry chicken with the chicken and waffles and overcooked peach cobbler. The thing that went wrong though was the service. The waiter kept checking up on other tables besides ours and refilling their waters and not my table as we were right next to that table. The other tables also got their food and checks before us even though we arrived and ordered before them. We asked for hot sauce and water multiple times and didn't get either unless reminded of and asked for those several times. It also took about half an hour just for appetizers to come out and they brought out a whole plate of biscuits even though we didn't order that, brought out caesar salad even though we ordered the grilled peach salad, and never brought out the cheesy grits. At this point, we didn't care to wait any longer for the missing items. Service is a mess here! I swear it's like the waiter was avoiding our table... we had a table of three and all of us left unsatisfied.

Came to Miss Peaches in Sterling, VA for a family brunch and had a mix of hits and misses. I ordered the chicken and waffles -- the chicken was crispy and well-seasoned, and the waffle was fluffy, making for a solid sweet-and-savory combo. My mom went with the shrimp and grits, which she enjoyed; the shrimp were nicely cooked and the grits were creamy and flavorful. My dad had the breakfast platter, which was hearty and filling with all the classic breakfast staples. We started with the catfish nuggets as an appetizer, but this is where things fell short. For $14, the portion was extremely small -- definitely not enough to share among three people and felt overpriced for the amount received. We also tried the peach tea, which was advertised in a way that suggested "bottomless," but refills were not free. On top of that, it wasn't sweet at all, which was surprising for peach tea and required adding sweetener. For dessert, we had the peach cobbler with ice cream and the bread pudding with ice cream. Both desserts were warm, comforting, and the best part of the meal -- rich, flavorful, and a nice way to end. Overall, the food had good flavor, especially the entrées and desserts, but portion size for the appetizer and the confusion around the "bottomless" peach tea took away from the experience. With some tweaks to value and clarity, this could be a much stronger spot.

Thought it was a great brunch! All you can eat. $34 for adults. So much food to choose from. The highlights include the pancakes, catfish bites, bacon, eggs, and fried chicken. Not my favorite fried chicken. It was incredibly crispy. Big. Good. No real complaints. Just maybe too crispy and difficult to get in to. But not bad. I would definitely get it again. And would definitely go here again. For brunch that is. I do think you get your moneys worth.

With an ode to the 1960s-1970s, this beautifully crafted peach decor restaurant is located in a shopping plaza. The service was great. I called in advance regarding reservations and asking questions and the host was very helpful. Reservations are an option, plus walk ins are available as well. The space is small so based on the day, reservations may be necessary. -Food Highlights- *Unlimited crab legs were steamed well. (additional $15 per person fee added to the $32 per adult unlimited brunch.) *Peach pancakes were delectable. *Catfish bites were good. Not over fried or over seasoned. The pickled peppers on the side is a great addition to the dish.

Today was my first visit here. We came to have lunch with our very best friends who are family to us to celebrate my birthday!! The ambiance is very inviting-- peach colored walls and peaches on the wallpaper. The decor has a modern twist. Our Server was very sweet and attentive. We had the Deviled Eggs and the Cornbread as appetizers; Eggs were good...That cornbread was FIYA. As for entrees--I had the Catfish (as did my Brother) Hubby had Whiting and Sis had the Breakfast. All the dishes came out piping hot! The fish was well seasoned and the coating was nice and crispy with the fish nice and flaky!!! I had greens and the potatoes as sides; YALL..those potatoes will make you hurt yourself Can you say Crispy!!!Yet smooth on the inside! The collard greens were well seasoned but side note to my foodies who are not a fan of stems be forewarned--personally I don't mind it as I cook some stems in my greens--they were very good nonetheless!! Finally I had to try the Peach Cobbler of course!! This was sooo delicious, though not your typical cobbler, it's served "Turnover " style with a little vanilla ice cream and fresh berries on the side!! That's all I am going to say!!! Yes I had an amazing experience today and I will be going back!! Try it for yourself my friends

This place was amazing! Tucked away off Algonkian parkway over by Lowes island. If you come here you must have the unlimited brunch buffet. This is the perfect family restaurant. They have unlimited family supper meals and brunch. This is an amazing price and you can share items. The $32 dollar unlimited brunch is a no brainer! You get to taste everything on the menu and the food is fresh and very delicious! I tried everything on the menu until I couldn't fit anymore. You must try the biscuits, chicken n waffles and don't you dare leave without having some peach cobbler for dessert. The star of the show was the shrimp n grits! Great service and warm hospitality! If I am back in the area I will stop back in!

This ain't it. I've never seen gumbo that didn't have ANY broth. The turkey sausage is dry and almost crumbly. The collards were extremely salty. The Mac and cheese was pasty and dry. The whiting was the only thing worth eating and that was also extremely salty. Two stars, one for the whiting, one bc the staff was friendly. Would not recommend.

Came here yesterday for the first time and it was a great experience. Here's what we had: - southern fried chicken - candied yams - mac n cheese - fries - deviled eggs - cornbread skillet Everything was delicious. The service, ambience, everything about this place makes me want to come back and try other things on the menu! Definitely try this place if you're interested in eating yummy food.

We had the best time doing Sunday dinner at Miss peach's. First of all, it is such a feel good restaurants from the decor to the service. We started off with deviled eggs and also ordered their new, unlimited crab legs, and cornbread deal. The cornbread was to die for that we ordered several times. It comes warm. Of course you cannot go wrong with the fried chicken sandwich and the classic shrimp and grits. The highlight for me was the warm peach cobbler usually I'm not a big fan, but I am so glad we ordered it. It was absolutely delicious. I also loved both of the margaritas that I tried but my favorite was the ghost pepper mango Margarita. It was the perfect amount of spice and alcohol. Plenty parking they also have unlimited brunch so definitely check them out!

The biscuits are so damn good I'm convinced they're baked with a little butter and a little black magic. The cornbread? Equally dangerous. This is the Southern cooking I've been searching for. For a two-hour brunch, the prices are surprisingly reasonable, and the portions come out like they're trying to make sure you leave with leftovers and a nap scheduled. (Taking leftovers is not allowed with unlimited brunch) My all-time favorite is the shrimp and grits. I wish I had a picture, but every time I order it, I inhale it so fast the thought of a photo doesn't even cross my mind. If that's not a five-star endorsement, I don't know what is. My only complaint is that the service is very slow, I don't know if that's on purpose to pace the two hours of brunch you get, but I wish the servers were more attentive. Maybe it's still new but we will definitely give it a try again.

Why does the owner/manager only thank people for good reviews? One would think constructive criticism would be appreciated.

I received feedback from the management company within a few days of my negative review. It was an appropriately worded response based on the content of my feedback. Still won't eat in the house again, though.

Food is OK quality and prices are reasonable if not inexpensive on their specials, like the steak and ribs for only $25. Good flavor and cooked ok but a nice combo for the price. Service is OK with some wait staff being more efficient than others. There were some who knew their customers by name and took time out to talk with them but that slowed down service a little for the rest of us. Nothing too bad but you might wait a bit for refills or something you need after your food or drinks arrive. We had cool fries and it took a bit for the staff to come back to our table to check in the dining room. Similar response time for wait staff outside when we needed condiments that were ordered but didn't come out with our entrees. Cigar menu is an ok selection where there is something for everyone; however, our experience was the place ran out of the first four cigars we selected and each time the wait staff had to come back to our table to tell us they were out of that cigar. Wait staff didn't know what cigars were in stock and which they were out of. Overall, very good experience for both inside the dining area and outside where you can smoke. Recommend The Bungalow Lakehouse as it is a good experience and has a variety of experience options.

We were here on a Sunday around 4 p.m. At that time, the place wasn't busy. Upon entry, a young…read morewoman at the host stand asked us where we wanted to be seated. The choices were: outside, the sports bar, or the dining room. We chose the dining room. A large group of people was sitting at a table. We were given a booth by the window and right by the server's station. Looking over the menu at home, we both decided that we would get a bacon cheeseburger. The entrees seemed, to us, to be too filling. The bacon cheeseburger consists of: "100% angus burger, apple-wood smoked bacon, vermont white cheddar, canadian cheddar, sliced tomato, and crispy leaf lettuce". We both ordered it cooked medium. The dish comes with fries. To drink, I had ginger ale while my husband had a Heineken 00. Our server was friendly and efficient. He made a mistake, bringing my husband a Coke instead of the beer. My husband corrected him. He apologized and retrieved the correct drink. The burger was dry and overcooked. It was more on the medium well side. In one way, I didn't mind that as I didn't end up with greasy hands or a burger that falls apart. The bacon and the cheese provided some relief from the dryness. The fries came out hot, which we appreciated. All in all, it was an OK experience; we would consider going again sometime.
