The food was unbelievable. My daughter and I went for the first time and it was delicious.

Friday, June 7 - 11:10am Party of two This is the 5th First Watch we've tried and it hit the spot! I'm so happy to know where is one within 30 minutes of our house and my son loves that's it is next to the PGA Superstore. I ordered my usual farmer's skillet with potatoes, tomatoes, bacon, onions, avocados topped with over-easy eggs. My son had the tropical French toast - topped with lots of fresh fruit. Knowing the pancakes are incredible, we shared a banana granola pancake. Holy moly! Delicious!! Our table was full of food and we enjoyed every bite! Our waiter Jeremy was very attentive and friendly, even with so many tables. He was working it! Can't wait to go back again soon! read more

This breakfast is the best at only 630 calories. The avocado toast has a gigantic mound of avocado dressed with a little EVOO and salt. The basted eggs are basically over easy but perfectly done. The coffee was ok. They did not have any non dairy milk to offer except prepackaged soy creamer. Yuck. I would have given them 5 stars if they had non dairy options especially since they seem to be advertising it to be a healthy place to eat. read more

This is the first, first watch we have ever fell Inlove with. This restaurant has a nice concept to it. They provide you with a community table where you can sit with other couples or people if you don't want to wait for a private table, they have A BAR you can sit at, and the atmosphere of this location is amazing. We recently moved to summerville and I miss the bluffton location the most. They always make their food to perfection and have the friendliest staff. We love this place! read more

Not what it used to be Utensils spotty with dirty handles. Eggs overcooked in cheap oil and greasy. No butter - only cheap margarine. Pancakes still very good . Pork sausage fair. read more

We have had meals numerous times at First Watch (this location and Brooksville FL location). Unfortunately this will probably be our last time at the Bluffton location. Our server (a young man who didn't give his name) was so inattentive. Tea wasn't refilled, meal needed correction after being delivered (finally asked another server to help), gave up waiting for him to pick up credit card to pay for meal and went to hostess. I love the menu at First Watch and the food is always delicious. This location is generally busy- especially on weekends, but if you download the app you can put yourself on the waitlist before you arrive, and can usually be seated quickly once you get to the restaurant. read more

I'm honestly shocked because I love first watch! I'm super disappointed in what I paid for. Shown in the picture advertising the trailblazer bowl it looks filling and delicious, but ordering it to go it looks slapped together and less than the portion in the advertisement...my husband was still hungry after. First watch also makes a premade jelly that's delicious for the waffle...instead they threw in smuckers jelly that I could find in my house..if we weren't caught for time we would have dined in..never ordering to go again..or in general ordering from here again. read more

BY FAR the worst service I have ever experienced. From the host all the way to the manager the staff was slow, rude, and lazy. We waited over 2 hours to be sat down and once we were sat we waited another 20-30 minutes until we were even approached for our order. When confronting the manager about the service, she claimed it was a host issue when both of our surrounding tables were server their food before we even got our drinks taken. I have been to several First Watch locations and have never had this terrible of an experience. They should get rid of the entire staff or shut this one down. And the worst part is it was Mother's Day. Making the entire experience a real downer for our Mother. Would give negative stars if I could! read more

Was invited by my friend to have breakfast here, had the million dollar bacon as the appetizer. Was the best bacon I had ever had. I had the French toast and Belgian waffle as breakfast, both were pretty good. All the food have great presentations and taste. Our waiter was kind and I would definitely recommend this place to somebody. read more

This is officially in my top five breakfast spots! The waffle here was amazing, so light, fluffy, and flavorful! I wasn't a fan of the breakfast apple sausage but the eggs were pretty good, perfectly seasoned. We also ordered the million dollar bacon which was covered in syrup-super delicious and super crunchy! The vodka and kale drink was phenomenal. We also tried the mediation juice but it was a little too sweet for our liking. Still overall really good. Our server was nice and we enjoyed sitting outside in the shade. read more

Normally I love first watch but I was a little disappointed with this location. There was a long waitlist, which was fine but little did we know that you can put your name on the waitlist through the yelp app. Once ordering we had an unusually long wait for our food, which is fine since it was pouring down rain and were not in a rush, but for the wait we were expecting a better presentation of our food. We both ordered the southwestern skillet hash (on special) it was decent but the avocados on top were a little black so it didn't look very appetizing. we also ordered a side of cheesy grits. Not good at all. The cheese was just confined to the top layer of the grits and was burnt and crusty. The cheese was not very good anyway. I do not recommend at all. Had one bite. I am giving this 3 stars because I am giving this place the benefit of the doubt and I believe that is not this restaurant's usual standard. read more

Such a cute place to go get brunch. I came here with my husband and a couple of friends, we were greeted kindly and the staff were super friendly and helpful as well. Their Morning meditation is super refreshing and not overwhelmingly sweet. I loved how crunchy the Belgian waffle was on the outside and soft on the inside, the bacon was so good too!! I usually love First Watch but my scrambled eggs were cold by the time I got the toast, that I ordered with my meal, and then wait even longer for the cheese, also ordered with my meal. They couldn't keep my waffle or order it later, to keep that warm either. Cold eggs and an over-toasted, cold waffle... I make better breakfast at home. read more

Best breakfast place in Bluffton area, and newest. I have been 2x this week while working and have enjoyed the quality and taste of their food. The inside natural wood look is very appealing. There is a small patio out front, inside there is a community table, and plenty of tables throughout. Service was friendly and engaging, with a manager walking about checking on tables. The menu is big with many obvious breakfast choices, but they are a good step above diner food. Some really good healthy choices too. I enjoyed an omelet with sausage, bacon, ham, mushrooms, onions & cheese. The side of toast was a thick multi-grain bread that was delicious. I loved that the veggies were cooked aldente and retained their flavor. Then today I had an egg benedict which also was very delicious, served on a ciabatta roll. Coffee is served hot in a carafe, which is very good. A great place for breakfast, served all day. But arrive before 11am to avoid a wait. Note they owe at 2:30. read more

Staying on Hilton Head Island we wanted breakfast before hitting the road. Beach mornings had consisted of coffee and a sunrise, we wanted real food. Knowing of First watch from our home town in NC, we were happy to see this location in bluffington had just opened. Short drive over bridge from Hilton Head. My wife got the elevated egg sandwich and I got the chicken chimichurri hash. She liked hers, mine, It was phenomenal. I'll be ordering it at home! read more

Overall the food was good. I wasn't a fan of the salad, though. When it came out it looked great, but was weirdly warm. The waitress gladly switched it out for the soup. Service was great. We're gonna return for breakfast this week!! read more

Came here on a Sunday morning for brunch and there was a wait but the line moves fast. There is free coffee while you wait. I started with Kale tonic drink, which was refreshing. I recommend it only if you like the taste of Kale. For my entrée, I got the ancient grail bowl - it was flavorful and delicious. I loved the rice and chicken in it and highly recommend trying it if you are looking for something healthy and filling. My friend got the Power breakfast quinoa bowl, which was good too but I liked mine better. You get your check at your table but you have to go to the counter to pay. I didn't know it's a chain as I try to avoid chain restaurants but I loved this place and would definitely come back to try their match waffles. read more

We normally come her , but today was an off chance checked in at 11:09 and we were told it would be a 40-45 min wait when yup at the 40 min mark and was told it would be an addition 15-20 min. Did not get swat till an 1hr+ . There seating system is less than desirable . We watched a group of people check in about 20 min after us get seating and when we asked they said it was because they had in online and that is why they were seated before us. read more

I had breakfast at First Watch before jumping on 95 to head home after a week family vacation. I wish I had found this place sooner! I had the avocado toast and orange juice. Let me start with the fact I very rarely like a breakfast spot. This place is the outlier. The food here is amazing. I have gotten the chicken pesto and quinoa bowl and the Turkey club as entrees. Both are great. The blueberry muffins are perfectly baked. I go here almost every weekend now. read more

Really great breakfast! There were 4 of us and 1st time for all of us. Blueberry pancake in Trifecta light and fluffy, salmon eggs Benedict delish, super tasty waffle and elevated egg sandwich at the table and every morsel was gone. Our server Tina was amazing, she was super attentive and made sure we were satisfied at all times. The food came out super quick and the presentation was pristine. I got the breakfast and the flavors incorporate very well which each other. The million dollar bacon definitely lives up to its name, I highly recommend trying it out!
