However The food was not ! I cant believe how outrageously expensive they are for what they serve! I ordered salmon with the side of vegetables! The vegetables was smelling like raw meat !! I had to stop eating since it was grossing me out ! My husband food was shawarma but it didn't taste like $41 dish ! I went for the first time the other day and the staff was amazing. They unfortunately didn't have high chairs for my daughter to sit in, but our waiter definitely catered to her by bringing her a stuffed bison to play with and played peek a boo with her. Today we visited Figs for lunch. We weren't starving, so we just wanted to split a few things. It was our first time here. We started with hummus. We added lamb and it had pine nuts and served with fresh made pitas. It was good. We then ordered tabbouleh and a lamb kebob. Both were good, not great. Just decent Mediterranean food which can be hard to find in a ski town. Prices are high for small portions. $19 for the kabob and $15 for the Tabbouleh (looked nothing like the picture by the way). Hummus is $10 and add-ons jump for protein and stuff like garlic, etc. The staff were friendly and the service was good. Ambience is also nice and we were enjoying a quiet lunch until a housekeeper began vacuuming. It's adjacent to the lobby. We won't return due to the high prices, small portions, and average food. Worth a shot if you're craving Mediterranean food. If you're hungry, I wouldn't recommend sharing. read more

This restaurant is A M A Z I N G!! I went here to attend a business dinner. I was not very excited about the restaurant choice. FIGS exceeded my expectations by ten fold. To start the staff was so lovely and it felt very welcoming and they were very attentive. Then the food starting coming out. I could have ate just the delicate pita pillows for dinner they were the best I have ever had. Then the chicken shawarma came out and the garlic sauce was phenomenal. The jalapeño cocktail was also very spicy and delicious. I could not stop eating even though I was so full because it was just next level satisfying. Even the one and only bite of lava cake I could muster was devine. I had read previous comments about being overpriced. This place was worth it!! Take all my money!! When you walk in without a reservation (despite plenty of open tables), and if you're greeted by the woman in the dark hair with glasses, be prepared to be made to feel like a third-class citizen. One of the wait staff actually argued with her to let us have a table. Then one of our two meals came out cold. They fixed it, but that left one of us receiving our meal about the time the first was done. The food was good when hot. This place is amazing. We stayed at the Hotel Jackson so decided to have a our first dinner in the hotel. Definitely a good choice. We started with the babaganoush with pita and meat pies. It was delicious and so authentic. Some of the best baba I've ever had and I have great middle eastern food where I live. I had the lamb chops and my husband had the shrimp kabobs. What a great surprise. Have never eaten here before and found it on Open Table for Lunch. We love Mediterranean food and this place did not disappoint. The restaurant is chic and low key, with fantastic food. We tried so many dishes and everything was good. The homemade fresh pita was insane. The hummus and other authentic dips were incredible. Think twice before booking a reservation here. Every year, we get a group together for a big ski trip. This year, we did four days in Jackson Hole and five days in Big Sky, MT. We enjoy making dinners at our ski condo but spend one night out in town. We thought about going to a local burger bar to enjoy some local culture but saw this place on the map and thought it would be fun and different. Different, yeeesss. Fun, not as much. We made a 7:45pm reservation and upon arriving at 7:30pm, were told it would be just a few minutes until our table was ready. They were just waiting for another group to leave as there was only one table large enough in the restaurant to seat six people. Odd, I know, but the restaurant was small, more like a hotel lobby bar than a luxury restaurant. And it was a restaurant in a luxury hotel. Ironic. We didn't end up being seated until almost an hour later. Instead of sitting awkwardly close to the table in waiting while in the lobby, the host offered for us to sit in the library and enjoy a cocktail, which we did. But it was really warm, we were all tired from skiing all day and we were really hungry. Our guest dishes didn't come out until an hour and a half after we arrived for our reservation. By this time it was 9:15pm and our original plans to go out for St. Patrick's Day on the town were diminished to a bunch of deliciously overpriced small dishes and light-on-the-booze cocktails. I've traveled Europe and Turkey but have never eaten anywhere in those areas where I paid this much for this little of food and service. Not sure we'll ever be back to FIGS. read more

I was glad my party of 5 had a reservation because the restaurant is pretty small, and every table was taken the entire time we were there. There is a large fireplace in the corner that you can see from nearly every table, which created a nice and cozy atmosphere. We decided to order a bunch mezze (small plates) and hummus and split some kebabs. I assumed that the kebabs were meal-sized entrees, but they were quite tiny. It's small but we went on a week night without a reservation and we were seated within about 5 minutes. We started with a cocktail which was refreshing and flavorful. They are about $14. For food we shared the shankleesh, a feta, cucumber and tomato starter, the chicken kebab, which comes with toum (garlic sauce), grilled vegetables (which cans as a kebab) and tabbouleh. It was a perfect amount of food for the two of us and it was executed well. This place is a welcomed spot if you aren't looking for Americana food. They gave us a drink menu and told us to wait in the library as they would come take our drink orders while we wait for the table. No drink order was ever taken and after 40 minutes I returned to the host stand where I was instantly told that they couldn't sit us. So they knew already but didn't bother to come tell us. I really enjoyed my food here, but they overcharged me by $150. We closed out our meal and the next day I noticed a huge charge on my card from the restaurant. I called and spoke to our server who read back my itemized receipt and there were dishes added after we closed out that we didn't order and didn't have. She gave me an "I don't know what to tell you response" and mentioned that someone else would call to help me out. It's been over a week and I haven't heard anything. Snobbery at its finest! After a long day of exploring Yellowstone, my girlfriend and I arrived to town late. Hungry, tired, and with little over 1 hour left, we went out immediately to find food. We found Figs online and it sounded fun. Upon arriving we noticed there were three or four open tables. However, the lady who greeted us gave me a glance and noticed I was still in my hiking clothes (shorts, t-shirt and a hat). If there is a dress code none was communicated. Neither was an opportunity to go change provided. Instead, she told us that "everyone has already been seated" and suggested we go to a cheaper and poorer quality restaurant I will not name as it "always has extra available seating." Getting the memo that this lady believed we didn't belong there, we were happy to take our business elsewhere. We found an incredible local brewery called "Snake River Brewing." They had incredible steak and bison burgers. Their beer is to die for and the service was fantastic. If you would like a high quality meal in a down to earth environment I'd suggest Snake River instead. read more

Swanky small, Figs has inflated prices but caters to the posh. The hummus was delicious and the pitas were worthy of the dish, but far from great. I think a little salt would go a long way. Beef and chicken kebabs were well cooked and seasoned, but were small for the cost and could've used a little more peppers and onions to balance the ratio of meat to veg. Rice pilaf was on point and accompanying salad was great with the hint of mint they added. Oddly, it was my favorite part of the meal. Garlic sauce was decent, but a little light on the garlic. It was well emulsified and they didn't add mashed potatoes to it like some subpar places do. We'd be back. Our waiter was nice and the atmosphere is kitschy cool. read more

Just squeaked in for a late lunch before closing time. We were the only ones there, so I wasn't sure if they would serve us, but the staff was more than accommodating. We had mezze plate and meat pie appetizers to share. The mezze plate had hummus, baba ganoush, tabouleh, and pita. The hummus was quite tasty, but the eggplant had been over charred for the baba ganoush and it was quite strong, and the tabouleh had far too much parsley and not enough cous cous. I then made a reservation for lunch on Thursday for two. They called 45 minutes prior and told me they would not honor reservation because of a larger group they were hosting. I was already in town and parked in front of restaurant. Walked by restaurant 30 minutes after I had my reservation made to an almost completely empty restaurant. It was easy to make a reservation and since we were leaving town that day, the hotel was very accommodating and let us keep our bags there while we did a little bit of extra shopping before lunch. we were seated and served by Michael he was the best server I've ever had in my life. He remembered our names, always checked in on us, was so kind and unlike any other service I've had. He made the experience five stars. Figs is a small Lebonese restaurant inside the Hotel Jackson. It has a small bar area and tables that have couches and pillows along the perimeter. The ambiance is fabulous and intimate. I started with their Two Dollar Pistol blackberry cocktail...yum with a kick of habanero bitters. So tasty! My husband and I shared everything we ordered. We had the fattoush, which was a very fresh salad of lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers with a lemon vinaigrette and topped with crispy pita chips. Next we had the beef tartare, which was amazing! It was a good portion and just the best flavor with capers and onions. This was served with four small slices of seasoned pita strips. It was not served the traditional way of slices of beef, it was chopped and formed into a yummy cylinder shape. We also ordered the grape leaves stuffed with lamb and rice. There were four on the plate. The leaves were not very tender, but the flavor was great. The last item we had was the shrimp skewer. The shrimp were marinated, seasoned and grilled perfectly, they were tender and had a great char. There were four jumbo size shrimp on the skewer served with a small portion of rice. So good! For dessert, we ordered the baklava three ways. Little tastes of three different types of this sweet treat. Emily provided great service, was friendly and engaging. Great restaurant located in Hotel Jackson. It is a smaller restaurant, so I would definitely recommend reservations. The service was the absolute best that we had while in Jackson. We ordered plate of appetizers that had a little bit of everything and the veggie kabobs. We are both vegan and there was plenty to choose from on the menu.
