Wow!! Seriously the best restaurant we have tried in Jackson!! My husband and I are visiting Jackson from California. We have been disappointed in the restaurants in Jackson until we had Figs!! So my husband is Lebanese (grew up in downtown Beirut) and I have been to Lebanon six times. I can say it's not easy to find good authentic Lebanese food in the US, and who would have thought you can find it in Wyoming?? The cuisine at Figs is on par with what you can get in the country of Lebanon. You would think you are actually dining in the Mediterranean. I highly recommend the Babaganoush, pickle plate, tabouleh salad, Zataar fries, and chicken kabob plate. The red desert margarita was amazing and my husband enjoyed his Pinot Grigio. The ambiance was wonderful as well. If your in Jackson, I highly recommend this restaurant!!! read more

Six Stars!! Excellent food first and foremost, ambiance, cocktails and service all come together perfectly for a memorable Lebanese dinner. Who would have thought that you could find a true Lebanese restaurant inside a beautiful hotel in Jackson. The hummus had amazing texture and tasted amazing. Fluffy pitas to go with. Best dolmas I've had ever also. The one we had ordered were filled with lamb and just fresh. Can't explain what spices went into preparing their meats but they were all cooked to perfection with incredible flavor. Have nothing but amazing things to say about their food and drinks selection. I recommend the two dollar pistol cocktail and order a side of garlic sauce with your hummus too. Just order everything your heart fancy's, this place will not disappoint. We came here simply for the Pita bread photos on Yelp as I love carbs and the Pita bread reminded me the one in Illili in NYC. As the restaurant is very small and they have to limit capacity due to COVID, it was really hard to make reservation, but we finally made it. We had Baba Ghanoush, Hummus, 3 baskets of Pita Bread (yes, 3 for 2 pple!), Shrimp Kebab and Chicken Shawarma. Shrimp kebab definitely stood out, probably the best dish out of all. My bf wishes he order it instead of chicken shawarma. Pita bread was slightly below expectation but was still awesome when it was warm, just came out of oven. We still had 3 baskets! Our waitress was also very friendly and helpful. Overall a great dining experience! Will come back for sure! read more

Incredible food, Incredible service, and great ambience. I was hesitant to try medeteranian Food in Jackson since it's not the center for such food, but I'm so glad my hubby took me there. We didn't have a reservation but since we went early, luckily we got a table. Everything we ordered was amazing. We got figs 5 mezze, vegetable kabob plate, and lamb kabob plate. I couldn't give 5 stars because they don't habe enough vegetarian options. They have falefal that you can get as their pre set appetizer, but you can't get that separate on side or as a plate which is a bummer for vegetarians. Lamb kabob was one if the best, they were soft, tender, delicious. Spicy Hummus was really good. Pita breads were so fluffy, soft, and fresh. We loved it. read more

Absolutely amazing. We are a big of hummus snobs, and the hummus itself could have been my whole entire meal. We aren't huge garlic people and appreciated that everything was either cooked or appropriately seasoned - it didn't taste cheap. Every single dish and sauce was perfectly created for both the palate that craves flavor and the picky eaters. You can find something for everyone here. Between the 4 of us, we got a couple of appetizers and 2 entrees and it was perfect. We ate every last bite of everything (except for the pickled turnips, but only because none of us like turnips). We loved being able to all share especially because there was so much we wanted to try. Parking is tricky just because it's in Jackson, but it's not on the Main Street which helps, but close enough to the town square that you can walk into town after dinner. The restaurant itself is in the lobby of Hotel Jackson, which seems gorgeous. It's a pretty small space, and especially now with COVID restrictions you definitely need a reservation like most nicer restaurants in Jackson. All of the staff were wearing masks and we were spaced out comfortably away from other guests. Not much more I can say other than to die for. I would go back to Jackson just for the hummus. read more

The best meal I've had in a long time. The service was fast, kind, and so attentive -- and even worked with us to adjust a menu item quite drastically so that my mom could eat it. As a middle eastern person I am quite discerning at middle eastern restaurants, and the food was fantastic. The baked kibbeh rivaled my grandma's. (Also, for those looking to avoid hot spicy things -- they use the term "spicy" on the menu but meant more like "spiced" -- nothing was hot.) The beef kebab was succulent and such a good cut of meat. The spinach pies -- which usually have cheese and I can't eat them -- don't here; there's a lot of different food options for people with different dietary restrictions. It's a sweet little restaurant off the lobby of the Jackson Hotel, with cool different seating options. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, healthful, delicious meal! read more

On a fantastic hike in the park today we overhead a local talking about good places to eat. Boy, he did not lie! No pictures because it was just a little too upscale for me to feel great about whipping out my phone camera! Not so upscale though that a dusty and tired family of five can't walk in after hiking and request a reservation as soon as they could accommodate us (45 min). Jackson casual as the doorman said to us with a friendly smile when we asked if we were too underdressed. I enjoyed the refreshing Lebanese lemonade, though it was a little more citrus than I expected for some reason based on the description. We had the falafel, olives and pickles starter and it was fantastic. Best falafel I have ever had. My daughters split the figs five and we all were able to try it - all of it delicious! The baba ghanoush had a lovely smoky taste to it and the pomegranate seeds were perfect. Don't be afraid to order more pita. You can never have enough pita. My chicken kebab was great - while I didn't see any of the garlic sauce that was supposed to accompany it it was flavorful on its own and paired beautifully with the accompaniment of rice pilaf. Fresh little salads accompany everything and the peppery arugula and mint and tomatoes are perfect to help you switch from one flavor to another. Absolutely lovely meal in a very pretty restaurant. We were a family of 6 vacationing in Jackson, and were looking for a place to eat for lunch. We found this restaurant on Yelp, and since it had amazing reviews and vegetarian options, we decided to eat there. We arrived around 2 PM, and the place was empty. This restaurant is located inside a hotel. We were seated promptly and the server was extremely friendly. I asked if they had a kids menu for my 3-year old, which they didn't. But they were nice enough to bring him some chicken sliders off the menu. This is what I ordered: - Traditional Hummus: delicious, and the bread is super fresh and warm. We ordered extra bread to go with the hummus. - Falafel Sliders: This was delicious. The whole sandwich was so well put together with falafel, some mint, and radish. I have eaten at this restaurant many times and have always loved it. What I love are the simple Lebanese appetizers and small plates. Their entrees and meat dishes have never impressed me that much. I went again recently for their tasting menu, hoping I'd get more of the fun veggie finger food, dips, relishes, and sauces. Got some of that...amazing! But we made the mistake again of ordering meat entrees. The Chicken, while perfectly cooked, was wayyy too salty and the fish was, um, not good. All that said, the wait staff is top notch and the ambience spectacular, as always. Yes the prices are a little high, but this place is worth a few extra bucks. The servers are sweet as pie and very attentive. Breakfast was dreamy - French toast and park breakfast were my favs. My fiancé loved the biscuit eggs Benny. The coffee was what I looked forward to most! For lunch we tried the mezze sampler which was pretty good, but the show stoppers were the chicken chowder soup and the steak salad. Located inside Hotel Jackson They offer reservations. We sat in a booth across from their bar.. Bogdan was our server. They serve Lebanese food (vegan friendly) and our Uber driver told us it's family owned. We shared food and had the best Baba Ghanoush here.. so much that we ordered another. AND! We stopped by here after a long day of cross country skiing in Grand Teton NP, and we had to place a reservation beforehand since the restaurant is at the bottom of a hotel so it's fairly busy. The staff was incredible hospitable as they provided us refreshments since we arrived a little early and they were very knowledgeable about the dishes, as we had plenty of questions about what was in the foods and what kind of flavors we were tasting. We are vegetarian and this place had a tons of options! I would highly recommend, although this place is on the pricier side. This is a very solid restaurant located in a hotel. They are practicing social distancing and have limited seating so call ahead or make a reservation. Street parking. They are extremely accommodating and got us seated quickly. They're also extremely helpful with tips around the area. The drinks are amazing and the bartender is excellent with tips and drinks! I gave this four stars because I found some of the food to be bland (chicken Sharma). That being said a lot of it wasn't bland. We did enjoy a lot of the small plates. The desserts were also delicious. The ambience was amazing and the place was spotless. I think one or two of their dishes just need more flavoring but overall it's a solid place for Mediterranean food. I would definitely come here again! Maybe try something different. If you're in the area try to come here if you can. I know there's lots of restaurants around but they have pretty good Mediterranean food especially the small plates! Stayed in the hotel where Figs is located for 5 nights. We were in Figs every chance we had. Great menus, great cocktails, great food More important was the staff, Staci Mae made us feel like family. Finally someone who really connects with customers and loves her job. The entire staff was very friendly and professional but we ended up with Staci more than others.
