I grew up down the street from this place but hadnt been there in a long time. I'm glad i decided to go back as everything we had was delicious. Probably my new favorite cape cod breakfast place read more

Fantastic breakfast food. One of the best around. Service is great. If you like corn beef hash definitely try it here. Its homemade and delicious. They use lots of fresh local ingredients and real maple syrup, one note on that they charge extra for the maple syrup but to me its worth it. read more

Food is delicious, home made, and definitely consistent. I give it a 3 star because the staff can be snooty and I can see how they treat the regulars with favoritism. So be prepared if you're not a regular to get poor treatment. You won't be anything special sitting at a table here, but honestly the food is worth it. People will be people. You can't take it personally, that's just how they are. It is too bad because the over all experience could be very lovely. It is a home town restaurant after all but honestly you won't feel "at home" here. read more

Went 08.31.15 @ 1130am We decided to stop here on our way home from the Cape and I am so glad we did. First off, the restaurant is small but very welcoming. Any larger, and it would lose its local appeal. The food was really good. We ordered many different things and everything was amazing. You can definitely taste the freshness and how organic everything was. We had Ashley as our waitress and she was outstanding. She checked on us several times and accommodated every request we had. I have never left a 50% tip before but I did that day because she was that good. Kudos to Ashley. We will be back again!! A+++ read more

Expensive!!! $3.50 for a glass of OJ??? Plus, we could not enjoy our breakfast because it was freezing in there!!!! Even our waitress had a scarf on!! The food was ok but $40.00 for two omelets???? No thanks~never again! read more

The best breakfast in the mashpee, Cotuit, Osterville area. Always consistent and outstanding. Do not miss.

$8 for a bacon egg and cheese w/ no sides is highway robbery. Daily paper has a great bec for $5 and it comes with home fries or a coffee.

Amazing! Clean and nicely decorated atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and the food was AMAZING. Fresh, local ingredients. The quiche lorraine is delicious and my friend got the cod cake Benny which he enjoyed very much. They keep your coffee mugs full which is always a must at breakfast time. I will be returning and recommending to friends. read more

The location isn't the greatest looking, but when inside the place is a total winner. Great service and ambiance. The food is even better. We ordered Huevos Rancheros (recommended by our waitress), Apple crisp waffles, and a Brazillian omelete, and a "build your own omelet". All were outstanding. If you want a Cape Cod style breakfast, make sure you give this place a try. read more

Food is good but management is horrible. Our family and friends had been going there for many years but after a few bad customer experiences, we are done. A recent bad experience was about a month ago when I asked to get a coffee while waiting in a very long line outside. I was told by the owner that she didn't have time for getting me a coffee. Yesterday we pulled up and my wife went in to see how long wait was going to be and was told table would be 15-20 minutes but we could sit at counter. I went to park car in lot and was walking to entrance to restaurant when I saw my wife looking around for me. I asked her what the problem was and she said management wouldn't allow her to have a seat at counter because the entire party wasn't there-this after she told them I'd be in restaurant in a minute. When we started to go back in inside, all counter seats were then full. To add insult to injury the owner shut the door in our faces when we asked to speak with her about our treatment and said those are the rules and she didn't want the ac lost with open door. Incredibly rude. read more

Great specials and standard menu, as well. Kind waitstaff, delicious coffee and hot cocoa. Everything tastes homemade (and not greasy as is often the case at other breakfast joints) and the food is extremely fresh. It's an incredibly popular spot on weekends, but well worth the wait. It can also be noisy on weekend days, but not at an insane level. Nice place for breakfast or brunch with family, friends, or alone to read the paper. Bacon and eggs are great as are French toast and pancakes. Toast is always perfect and the portions are large but not absurd. Always make a point to go here whenever I'm back on the Cape visiting my folks. read more

Its a great little place for breakfast. After the morning rush its a good restaurant to go in, sit down, eat, and leave. The food is always great ( I'm a fan of the Belgian waffles!) and I've never personally had a problem with the service. Its got a bit of a cozy diner feel and the pictures and sculptures of roosters everywhere gives it a real Marstons Mills atmosphere. Always a good option if you're in the area. read more

We just enjoyed a memorable and delicious breakfast. Service was attentive and very helpful. My husband devoured a veggie hash that was perfectly seasoned. My daughter had the BEST! Gluten free French toast. Tasty and scrumptious gluten free is near impossible to find but the chefs at Mills Restaurant hit a grand slam with the French. It was topped with light creamy whipped cream coupled with just ripe bananas and a sprinkling of walnuts. It was delectable. I ordered their homemade corn beef hash, recommended by the lovely Caitlyn, our server, and enjoyed every bite of it. Seasoning was really well balanced. OJ was fresh squeezed. In fact all the food including the gluten free pastries were fresh and prepared with care. If you get a chance to eat here I guarantee you'll be happy you stopped by. read more

A happy find! Have eaten there only once so far but will be back. Corned beef hash was great and my husband's eggs benny and muffin were very good. The place was very clean and cute. Can't wait to try all the other items in the menu! read more

We stopped for breakfast as we were traveling on Rt 149 b/t Rts 28&6A to the Seashore National Park and the food was great - superior, exceptional ... buttermilk pancakes, over easy eggs, whole wheat toast, fruit bowl, hash brown potatoes, bacon, lobster omelette, hot coffee, the tables were small yet the plated food portions were substantial ... nice clean friendly atmosphere, expeditious and attentive servers, and well worth the reasonable price with ample parking, ... a convenient stop. read more

Food was great and reasonably priced! The menu has tons of options to choose from so there is bound to be something for everyone. Great little "desserts" / Pastry selection as well. It's a far drive for us so probably won't go frequently but it was worth it and I recommend! read more

A favorite for breakfast! Can be a bit pricey, but well worth it! Their homemade corn beef hash is one of my favorites!! Yum yum

The moment you walk in, you feel welcome! Everyone is so friendly and it's a really inviting atmosphere. The food was excellent! Highly recommend the grilled muffins! read more

We stopped here for breakfast on our way to a December round of golf (woohoo!). It's cute, cozy, and the food was yummy. Staff was attentive and pleasant. Their home fries were excellent, and the house version (a little extra $) has cheese and bacon and were a delight. read more

Excellent food all-round and great service. Cute atmosphere. NY cheesecake pancake was pretty fabulous! They even made some pancakes for my niece in the shape of Mickey Mouse ears! I'd recommend it to anyone. read more

Pretty good breakfast, hash is good but has a funny spice in it, it's not fennel but it's similar and is a bit overpowering in the hash. I like traditional hash, KISS. Not a great location. From what I remember it's reasonable prices, coffee is not great. But overall it's a pretty solid breakfast. read more

Great place for breakfast, but get there early, line goes out the door.

Maybe the best breakfast in the mid-Cape. Great food, great personal service and cozy environment. Give it A try!

Thanks to Yelp we found the Mills and had a great breakfast. From the outside it doesn't look like much but looks can be deceiving. Took our friends who were visiting and what a treat. Took us several minutes trying to decide what to have, their menu is full of lots of goodies. Long story short, we all enjoyed our breakfasts. Delicious, tasty and just plain yummy! The service was very warm and friendly. read more

I found this restaurant through a friend. The food was excellent and the waitstaff were friendly. I just wish it wasn't so crowded, but I can understand why! read more

We didn't have too bad of a wait trying to get in for a late breakfast on Memorial Day weekend. There are comfortable benches outside on which to wait. However, I would have preferred to eat out there. The interior, while clean and perky, was very cramped. Our food barely fit on our table for 4, and we were constantly mixing up whose drink was whose. The food was yummy, but in smaller portions than I would have liked. The iced coffee was a great idea and very tasty, however not bottomless like the normal coffee. If I was more okay with close quarters, this review would have probably been four stars, but I felt too claustrophobic to relax and enjoy the meal. read more

Had corned beef hash and a bit disappointed.. My serving had good dices of obviously fresh in house corned beef, but a bit too many potatoes and could have used bit more pizazz. Eggs done nicely. new ownership has revitalized thisI good local breakfast spot and certainly much improved from previous owners.i will go back and give the hash another try read more

Great food but I've never left and not been nickle and dimed. You want salsa with your breakfast burrito? That's $.75. You want maple syrup with your pancake? Upcharge. You want cheese on your cheese omelet? $2 upcharge... LITERALLY! Every single time we've been there we have been mysteriously charged! Every. Single. Time. We got a great server, I felt bad that she had to try to explain all of the mysterious charges. They're not an inexpensive diner, so why constantly try to take your customers over the coals for an added $.75??? read more

Great lunch spot. Classic comfort food. Reasonable Prices. Very good service. Parking is tight.

Loved this place!!! a very adorable restaurant and the food was delicious! Eggs Benedict was the best I've ever had, hands down! Lisa was our fabulous server and she was very nice with great service. My only complaints is that my eggs Benedict came with hash browns and I asked for fruit instead and it was a $3 up-charge which I thought was a little absurd and wasn't expecting. Also the wait was a little longer than we thought and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest it could be. I do recommended this place though, very yummy and loved the vibes there. read more

Great food, great service, great people! Owner walked around and mingled with the crowd, which I loved! Had the lobster benedict, corned beef hash, French toast and cheese omelet and it was ALL 5 stars. You can really taste the fresh ingredients they use in each dish. We will definitely be back!!! read more

The Mills is a fantastic restaurant that I HIGHLY recommend. The food was amazing. Perfect spot for breakfast/brunch. I had the Italian skillet which is a unique twist on the traditional breakfast skillet. You might even ask for meatballs (hands down the best meatballs I've ever had) in the skillet if you want to really enjoy a unique dish. The coffee is fresh and locally roasted - perfect for washing down some fresh baked goods (I recommend the pistachio muffins and cinnamon rolls). I thought the food and the decor would be impossible to top, but that was before I'd interacted with the servers. They put the proverbial cherry on top. You really feel like you're eating in a family home when you're at The Mills. read more

I had never been to The Mills under prior ownership, so I can't comment on any improvements from prior management, but my overall experience was fantastic. My party showed up only about 30 minutes before closing, and the restaurant was still bustling with activity. However, we were seated right away, and got none of that "right before closing time" attitude from our waitress. She was pleasant, didn't rush us in the slightest, and treated us like the first customers of the day instead of some of the last. The menu was HUGE, and everything looked really good; the hardest part of our visit was deciding what to order. They offered both breakfast and lunch items which was nice for the time of day, and about half of us chose breakfast, and half lunch. I am not a huge eater, so I decided on two stuffed quahogs, which I love and order frequently at places all over the Cape. These were hands down the best I have ever had. They had large chunks of clam, and the stuffing was savory and delicious. Sometimes places cut corners and mince everything in the stuffing, but this was hearty and had a definite home-made taste and feel. They were cooked perfectly. Often times I find with stuffed quahogs I've ordered in restaurants, the outside is burnt and the inside too cool from baking them at too high a temperature, but this preparation was truly perfect. I could have eaten five more. Others in my group got the strawberry almond waffles, corned beef hash, breakfast burrito, and the most massive meatball sub I have ever seen. The bread looked super fresh, and the three huge meatballs were covered in sauce and fresh parmesan cheese - not that stuff that comes out of a can. The portions were generous and the prices reasonable. Suffice it to say, there were no leftovers. read more

Been here twice for omelettes, they can get busy and it's kinda small, but it's delicious, definitely the best breakfast place in the area.

Amazing food! Amazing service! Everyone is welcoming and kind! Would highly recommend coming here if you live near by or are visiting, definitely make it a point to come by for breakfast/lunch! Very cute small cafe! Would highly recommend the Steak Burrito... Or any of the subs, they are fantastic! read more

Not sure who owns The Mills Restaurant these days sadly it has gone quite down hill since Kathy sold it. In fact, I just had the worst restaurant experience I have had in a long time there and I will not be returning...My pregnant wife and I went out for a little birthday breakfast. First they sit us down and get coffee, then the people coming in after us are a 5 person group so they ask if we can move to accommodate them (sure no problem) (but strike 1) they end up putting us on a busy corner, my wife is constantly bumped (strike 2, though we grin and bare it) and are still happily enjoying are food. The check comes and they top off are coffee (I pay)...As we are attempting to enjoy are freshly toped coffee the same woman(owner?) asks rather demandingly "Could you please finish, we have other people waiting to sit and it is hot out...(strike 3)...bye Felicia! read more

Exceeded expectations! Fantastic service. Great food. Great atmosphere. We enjoyed a more quiet place than Moonakis.
