    Love their inclusive signage

From the moment you step in the door of Devour, you feel like you're in a place where people genuinely care. The food was fresh and delicious too. These are the kind of kitchens where you won't mind paying for nourishing ingredients. Good luck with the renovation!

Wake and Break sandwich and Green Dream smoothie

food is very delicious! i got the breakfast sandwich and the green dream smoothie. my two go-tos!!!!! ordered it in a group with my coworkers and they are all very pleased as well. the ONLY thing that i will say is that the bread used for my sandwich- should not be used. way too many holes in the bread, makes it hard to eat and not sure why it would be used but whatever, still yummy!

My coworker and I have been going to Devour about once a week for months now. We have never had a bad meal. I've loved everything I've tried, but I'm especially fond of the Mango Mama smoothie and their Korean BBQ. I can honestly says this is hands down one of my favorite places to eat.

Food and service are amazing. I had a very tasty soup and sandwich! Everything is well thought too ( utensils and plates are compostable)

Fries are to die for. Falafel and pita are super delicious. One of the few vegan friendly places on the Cape. Will be back!

They screwed up my wife's order causing her to ingest an allergen. The people working there do not care and are sloppy.

The home made chicken broth as a base to the linguica, bean, and kale totally makes it. We split a Rueben and it was one of the best in our long lives. Bread was toasted and the interior was broiled. Yes, I know some grill it, but it was nice not to have to have the exterior too oily. Like the soup, the balance between the ingredients were really considerate and perfect. The sauerkraut was fresh and crunchy. When we ate the pickle, we looked at each other because it was so fresh tasting, not overly vinegary or salty, a really pleasant cucumber experience. We took home a creamy lemon cheesecake type square, and again, balanced is the word. Not cloyingly sweet, but light and such a pleasure to eat. This really was a find off the beaten path. If for not staying at the Autocamp down the road, I would have never discovered it, even with the Diners, Drive-ins and Dives connection. By the way, Art (husband and co-owner) was a pleasure to nerd out with about all of the ingredients and techniques.

The aroma of freshly baked dough and caramelized sugar fills the air, drawing you toward immaculate display cases filled with a stunning variety of treats. Every single item is a testament to authentic French baking technique, featuring perfectly laminated, buttery croissants that shatter with crispness, vibrant fruit tarts with flawlessly structured crusts, and dense, velvety eclairs. Whether you are grabbing a crusty, artisanal baguette or indulging in a luxurious mille-feuille, the exceptional quality of the imported ingredients and the meticulous craftsmanship shine through in every single bite. Beyond the extraordinary pastries and savory savories, the atmosphere makes this boulangerie an absolute destination. Even when the lines stretch long on busy summer weekends, the energetic, smartly aproned staff handle the rush with incredible warmth and effortless professionalism. The rustic, charming interior combined with the view of bakers working hard at the ovens in the back adds a comforting, lively energy to the entire experience. It is easily the finest bakery on Cape Cod, and an absolute must-visit neighborhood treasure that will leave you eager to return the very next morning. What a find! Thanks

This little French bakery in Falmouth MA was new to us on our last trip a couple of years ago. I…read morehave no idea how long it has existed but certainly not back when we lived nearby. We returned this visit on a very hot day and with very busy downtown, so parking close was a must. Sadly, there was hardly any parking at all so "nearby" became only a wish. It was quite a hike to this shop. But it was worth it. We had already eaten lunch and our goal was a French pastry each for dessert and the option to sit inside in the cooled room to eat. We found 2 seats at the nearby eating counter and enjoyed the sweet snack. The line was exceptionally long so it did take a while to get our treat. You need to browse the case as you wait in line and be ready to order as you reach the front of the line, which luckily parallels the case, affording a decent view. The staff member, who has rotated back to the front of the staff line, will pull what you want from the case, bag or box it as appropriate to the pastry, run it to the cashier and then return back into the staff line. When you see the staff member do that, turn yourself around and head to the cashier line and pay. Then find a place to eat. If it is completely full inside, there are benches outside, across the street on the library lawn. We have done that in the past. Be sure you get your drinks from the cashier because getting back in line to order them later is counterproductive to having a nice time. This time I ordered a berry custard tart and my husband ordered the pear caramel custard tart. The crust was beautifully made, as always, all classic French flavors filling them. There are breads and pastries of all kinds from croissants to eclairs. Most people order a lot and take out in a box for entertaining or a group waiting for them somewhere else. Honestly, when it's this good and this beautiful, and this crowded, I never even looked at the prices. It was worth whatever it was.

This place is straight-up grocery heaven with a Cape Cod twist. The second you walk in, it smells like fresh bread and good decisions. The produce section? A rainbow of local goodness. The bakery? Dangerous. I had to physically restrain myself from buying every cake in that glass case (okay, I still got the chocolate mousse one, no regrets). Let's talk deli, holy wow. That prepared foods counter is giving restaurant vibes. Their lasagna slices looked like they were made by someone's Italian grandma who believes in extra cheese and love. I grabbed one "for the car" and another "just in case." And the meat counter? Listen, if you're not getting something from their butchery, you're not living right. Custom cuts, skewers, kebabs, and ribeyes that looked like they came from cattle who did yoga and listened to jazz. Bonus points for the drink section kombucha, local sodas, and juices I didn't even know existed. Also, I bought chips called Wrap City just because the name made me laugh. Worth it. Moral of the story? After getting rave reviews about the delicious cake from our engagement party guests, it was obvious we should order the wedding cakes through them too. There was an endless array of flavors and customization options. We even shared some photos of concepts we found on Pinterest and Instagram, and their talented designers followed our specifications and replicated the cakes to a T. We coordinated our order over email with the bakery department, which was incredibly seamless and convenient, and their friendly staff was a pleasure to work with. We also delegated a family member to pick up the cakes the morning of the wedding and had no issues at all. I don't think you'll find many bakeries offering a scrumptious and fully customized cake for less than $200 per full sheet cake and $50 per 6" round cake, so if you're holding a wedding or other big event in the Falmouth area, you should absolutely order your cakes from the bakery at Windfall Market!
