    Corned beef hash eggs benedict
    Lynn L.

Went here with my bachelorette party of 6 for a walk in breakfast on a Saturday morning. Had a 30-40 min wait . Not bad for a decent size party walk in! They have a beautiful deck where you're allowed to have your coffee while you wait for your table inside. The deck made the wait very enjoyable. But this review is truly about the food and our wonderful server, Meg. Immediately, i thought this woman is so sweet and genuine, had the prettiest and kindest smile, offered to take a group picture for us and got all of our orders correct. The food was phenomenal! You have to get the grilled specialty breads! Holy hell! A huge texas toast size piece of delicious sweet bread. I also go the corned beef hash eggs Benedict. Listen, i get this corned beef hash every time i go out for breakfast and this one was by far one of the best i've ever had! They know it too because it is featured on their menu. All in all, it was such a delightful experience at this quaint place.

Hadn't been in years, and we had to wait about 20 minutes in spite of it being the day after Labor Day, but this is a friendly place with huge portions of yummy food. There's coffee set up to enjoy while you wait. The decor has a calming, coastal vibe and the Sea Hag sign was my favorite! Try a grilled bread! We tried the cranberry apple which was delightful! My Julian breakfast was delicious, especially the apple cinnamon chicken sausages! Home fries are delicious and garlicky! The blueberry pancake stack was substantial and fluffy. Cash only. ATM on site.

Long wait, but the breakfast was so yummy. Very filling. The service was great, everyone was pleasant and the staff seemed happy, singing along to their music. Portions were pretty large, and everything was great!

Great food! Love the grilled breads, many options. I had apple cranberry with my omelette , he had cinnamon with his eggs. and hash, which he loved.

Staff were very friendly and helpful! The seating area is fairly small - so expect to wait. That being said, they had clean mugs and coffee out for while you wait and a nice outdoor patio. The parking lot is spacious, so no stress there. Food was very good - bacon was crispy, eggs were good, and pancakes were delicious! They offer their own homemade bread and muffins and sell loaves to take home. It sounds like it is best to call ahead to order / pickup loaves! Will definitely go back. Note: Cash only with ATM on site.

Scrambles egg and cheese with diced onion, broccoli and spinach, home fries & toast.

Breakfast here today was really good. You know it's good when the regulars/locals have their mugs hanging on the wall. As soon as you walk in you can get a cup of coffee while waiting for your table. I got a scrambled egg dish (egg, diced onion, broccoli, spinach and cheese. ) It came with home fries which were seasoned well and were delicious & wheat bread. Also paid for a side of fruit. It is definetly worth the wait for breakfast.

CASH ONLY, ATM ON SITE When another restaurant had a really long wait, we started towards Provincetown and quickly used Yelp to find another breakfast place. WOW! this place has an unusual twist on breakfast....but not in a weird way....we ordered a bunch of stuff because we wanted to try as much as possible. Homemade bread with different flavors. We finally decided on Raspberry pear grilled. Amazing, the Raspberry was in a ham rolled in dough and pear pieces in the dough. Amazing. Blueberry muffin, center still warm from being fresh baked earlier. It was very light in texture, would never use more butter...and I love butter on everything ...best Blueberry muffin, ever! I experienced "hash". Never heard of this, it's basically shredded corned beef. I ordered half of has Benedict with well done potatoes. Unusual and tasty. Well staffed with pleasant and attentive persons. Only because I'm trying clam chowder when eating any meal, I ordered a cup. Waitress explained that they get it from Captain Parkers restaurant. Thicker than I prefer. If you're in the area, must try it

Five out of five out of five! If I could give 10 stars I would! This little gem is just the cutest place! The bright colors and the soft tones in the decor makes this place very charming! We were greeted immediately upon entering and quickly set to a table. Margaret, such a great waitress taking care of us! Gave us great recommendations and she did not disappoint! We ordered the cinnamon raisin bread, a side pancake (larger than my head!) and the kickin eggs Benedict! Everything and I mean everything tasted so amazing and delicious and I wish we could take the chef back home with us!!! Al the items are homemade, in house and you can tell in every bite you take how much love was put into the food!

No need for yet another over the top five star review. Just trust me when I tell you this place rocks. Breakfast is killer. Great food and service. Can't ask for more. Enjoy

My favorite style of homemade hash is just corned beef, potato and onions -- theirs has peppers but is pretty good, can see why folks say it's one of the best hashes on the Cape. I ordered mine in an Irish benny and it was stupendous. Our family went back twice in one week for the homemade cinnamon swirl loaf French toast and the fresh cranberry pancakes -- both exceeded our high hopes and expectations and were truly sublime. We went with a short stack but still had ample leftovers, which held up perfectly as snacks the next couple of days. I ordered with real maple syrup and butter on side as well, usually comes topped with butter otherwise. The strawberries and blueberries that came with both were perfectly ripe summer's finest, was pleasantly surprised (ok, shocked) by how dang good they were given a fruit cup is usually an afterthought at other spots. The only potential drawback was their avocado toast since the toast and poached egg came cold. It was peak summer lunch rush and we ordered a ton, with everything else being perfect, so understandable that things happen and we didn't say anything to server about.

Then when you add the fact that this family-owned restaurant has clearly prioritized quality food and service, The Ocean House is must go if you're on the Cape. I was lucky enough to come just at the beginning of the season. Lucky for 2 reasons. Firstly, I was able to get a reservation (I heard it is near impossible once season hits). Secondly, we got a 3 @ 66 deal for an app, a main, and a dessert. So we obviously made it a 6 @ 122 to try everything we possibly could. Apparently that deal is only at the beginning and end of season. The Ocean House has a unique Asian-inspired twist to make each dish unique and intriguing. This goes for both food and drinks. For example, I got a dirty martini with MSG?!? Never heard of that, but it worked. Food was all fresh (especially the fish) and delicious. My favorite was their Chilean Sea Bass. That's a must get. Do yourself a favor and make a resi far in advance and take in everything you can! It may be a little pricy and a little fancy - but definitely worth everything.

Stuffed french toast was more like just French toast with strawberry yogurt poured on top. The omelette was ok, home fries were nice & crispy. Pancake special was ok & scrambled eggs were fine. $83 for a breakfast of four seems a little pricey for that quality food. Sad to write such a disappointing review, we had such high hopes.
