Just okay. Decent lunch special but the miso soup was a bit strange and almost no tofu. Had two rolls, spicy tuna and salmon, didn't like the spicy tuna, tastes like they put onion soup mix in it. This was such a great stop when we were craving Asian food on our Cape Cod trip! The tempura veggies with the udon soup were super delicious and the broth was very rich and flavorful. Been going here for years, and lots of take out too. They are always friendly, extremely efficient, fresh food, very tasty, packed perfectly & all utensils, etc...every time. My fave due to the uniqueness of their rolls. Lots of options if your diners don't want raw..hibachi, tempuras,etc. A great extensive lunch special menu too (M-Sat. till 3!). This review is meant for the owners/management because I think they mean well and are very friendly and Marstons Mills desperately needs this place to be better (or be replaced.) I understand that most people take out from here and the food is okay (not great; but somewhat edible) but on behalf of customers who choose to (or need to) eat in, I want to say that the music has GOT to change. It was an assault. I am part of a huge and valuable demographic--55+ with money to spend--and I am baffled as to why so many places play music designed to torture us. Please tone it down or turn it off. Also, train your waitstaff to understand that "chickeny" is not a vegetable. The staff was very friendly and helpful to finalize a takeout order. The food came out quickly and the Front Desk person carried it out to our car while raining. I ordered pot stickers that were very good, and two different sushi rolls. On had raw salmon on top and cooked salmon inside. Wasn't expecting that but I prob didn't read the menu properly. It was ok but somewhat bland. The 2nd roll had tuna and mango. The tuna was dark colored and not the typical texture. It was firm and the cut was thicker than what I got from other sushi restaurants. It didn't taste right either. The rice was thick and not sticky, the mango large chunks. The roll crumbled and did not hold the contents together. (I ate it with a fork thought I usually use chop sticks. ) My Husband and I eat sushi about 3x a month at our home in FL and whenever we travel and have never experienced this type of texture/taste or tuna. About midnight I started getting severe cramps and resulted in diarrhea and vomiting for several hours and the next day. My Husband didn't have a problem. My sense is that the tuna was the problem. Might just be a one off but I think I'll try a different restaurant the next time we're in town. read more

My best friend lives in this area, I come to visit her once a year and this trip she recommended that we come to this place. I didn't have any drinks this evening, but my friend and her husband shared a drink. I can't remember the name of but it's large enough for two people and comes out flaming. Very unique. It's like a rum punch. For food We started with sushi as an appetizer. We got the spicy girl roll and the hot babe roll I believe. The sushi was good. Nothing crazy, but the fish was fresh, and I appreciated that I felt like the textures could have been balanced a little more, the rolls were a little mushy to me. For my entrée I got the pineapple chicken fried rice, but it was also just OK to me. It felt like the flavors weren't really exploding and there wasn't anything mixed into the rice to give it any depth. No egg or peas or carrots or onion or garlic just rice very little flavor. It was not really doing what it needed to do. My friend and her husband share the hibachi for two with the steak, chicken and salmon. They said that they had salmon in the past from there that they weren't happy with so they were reluctant getting it but this time they said the salmon was the best protein on their dish. They really liked it. The staff was nice the place felt clean. It wasn't too cold or hot and it was very busy so I'm sure it's popular in the local community. i probably would be looking to try something different if i end up back here. Thanks! read more

Ordered from Saga via grubhub. They have the best reviews of all the local spots on the app and they did not disappoint. I only liked cooked rolls and they have tons of options. I did the 3 roll lunch special, I thought it was a good deal even before I realized it came with a salad and a soup! I also got the crab Rangoon (money bags) very small portion for the price. Only comes with 4, they tasted good, nothing special to justify the price. 4 instead of 5 stars because I really wish they included a list of ingredients for each roll. I couldn't find this even on their website. I know some rolls are standard and the expectation is that ppl will know what they are but it would be so nice to not have to google each individual roll. read more

Money bag everywhere else i went to is some meat and veg wrapped in tofuskin into a pouch shape. Massachusetts Girl not worth of the price, Red Sox (gigantic roll!! Thick cuts and still comes in 6 pieces), and Spiderman Roll. I love it. It's a simple side of specialty sushi and bomb lobster (it's meh). We ordered it because of the raving abt. The cucumber wrapper didn't slice so well. And the worst is they include the outer skin. It is supposed to not be in it) Naruto is delicious, but again, the cucumber wrapper has cucumber skin. It tastes rubbery. All our nigiri are delicious. The tuna, white tuna, eel, and striped bass look good, except for tons of rice. They tend to be on the bigger side of sushi typically. I ordered through GrubHub online which was quick and easy. The food was ready quickly and included napkins and silverware/chopsticks in the bag. I ordered the T-Rex roll and unfortunately didn't pay attention to the description as it's a tempura roll (battered and cooked) which was my fault. It had so much sauce and toppings rolled in thick rice and tempura that all the beautiful fish was lost. The tuna tartare and spicy salmon both included a lot of what appeared to be Panko mixed in which helped it keep it's shape for takeout, but gave it a spongy instead of soft finish. Chicken and vegetable tempura lost its crunchy texture and didn't hold up well on the drive, but that's the nature of hot fried food that has to travel. Good taste and came with rice, soup and salad. After working several overnight shifts in a row, I decided to treat myself to some food delivery and had a craving for Thai. Looking at my options, I decided that Saga Fusion would fit the bill. I placed my order on-line through yelp and awaited my third party delivery. In a word, meh. My Tom Yum Goong was bland, the very opposite of the spicy that is claimed on the menu. For $12.50 I expected more then 3 shrimp and 2 bay scallops in a 2 cup container. The Shrimp Pad Thai was again bland and just plain odd. The rice noodles were over cooked, there was cashews instead of peanuts, and a lemon instead of a lime. It was missing that characteristic Thai flavor. I received miso soup and a salad with the main entree which was a surprise since it wasn't listed on the menu, but I didn't try either and just tossed it. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't good. I'm sitting here looking at this soy sauce bottle. I think I'll use it on the next dish but so far it hasn't been touched. Everything I try is so flavorful that it needs nothing from the soy sauce. The Poseiden roll is tall and spicier than a Brazillian dancer, and the Angry Dragon comes topped with jalapeno but it's the rice that stands out because it's extra crispy, almost like sesame. I've never seen jalapeños used in this type of food but I guess that's what makes jt fusion. Hang on while I work on this Scorpion Bowl. Brb. OK so the salas is made of i dont know what but its like coleslaw with rice crispies and it's bangin like I just wanna start throwing rice crispies into my dinner now, I found an excuse. Not so sure about the calamari, it's like a few really big tentacles instead of a big pile of small tubes like you normally get. They're tasty but I'll pass next time. I've just had a traumatizing experience at Saga Fusion. I ordered Chirashi from the dinner menu, which says 12 pieces of fresh fish. The plate came with imitated crab meat and cooked shrink, and all four pieces of tuna looks dark red, almost brownish. This is very different from all chirashi I've had before, which should had high quality sashimi over a bed of sushi rice. And it was so unappetizing that called the waitress to speak with the manager. The owner came and I told him the reason. He began to scream at me loudly and started curse, saying I throw "shit" at him. I was stunned and asked him to calm down and lower his voice. At that point, I felt threatened and deeply disturbed by his demeanor. I told him I can not eat brown tuna and imitated crab meet and cooked shrink for chirashi. He then calmed down and asked me what I want. I said I will exchange something cooked. So I ordered Tariyaki salmon. It happened quite fast, I probably should have just stood up and left. In all fairness, the Salmon Tariyaki was pretty decent, both size and taste. The waitress was sweet too. And I should perhaps adjust my expectation that Cape Cod is not San Francisco and each owner has different interpretations on what Chirashi means. Overall, it was quite traumatizing to be yelled at a restaurant while other guests around by the owner while bringing my honest opinion about the food. I will not return and god bless the owner. Looks like he has some anger management issue, and I hope he will not vent on his future customers. read more

I absolutely hated to be rush for a reservation when we were only five minutes behind after our appointment. They wanted our orders placed right away, they wanted us to eat and no chat and get out right away. They cleaned up plates while there was still food there.
