First time trying their coffee and had to come back for another cup while vacationing in NY! Their viet coffee was concentrated and aroma ! Staff were friendly and helpful ! Love their sea salt cold foam it paired perfectly with the coffee ! Definetly and must visit in NY!

Ever since I got back from my trip to Vietnam, I've been craving a good Vietnamese egg coffee, and let me tell you, this place absolutely satisfied those cravings. The cream was delicious, perfectly sweetened, and the coffee itself was fresh and flavorful. My boyfriend didn't know what to order, so one of the girls behind the counter suggested the pandan matcha latte and said it was their favorite, and it was sooo good and super unique. I've never seen that flavor combo before. The shop itself is really cute and cozy, and the girls working were super kind and friendly. If you're looking for delicious Vietnamese coffee in the area, I definitely recommend Fifth Sip!

I overheard three girls one day talking about how good the coconut was here, and from that moment it was all I could think about. I had to go in and see for myself. Angela was so delightful and helpful. I told her what I was craving, and she guided me to the perfect choice. I don't know who's behind that coconut, but wow, it's so good. I'm not even a coffee drinker, but now I can't stop thinking about their ube drink. I'm already looking forward to going back and trying more coconut-based drinks!

This place was on my list to check out. I came in on a Sunday afternoon. They were sold out of some specialty drinks, but those were not any that I came in for. I got the banana iced matcha latte ($9.25). Honestly this was nothing special. I did like the banana flavor, it was subtle and not overpowering. This was not worth $9 in my opinion. I think the banana bread iced matcha latte from Starbucks is better. And for $9 I would rather go to Not as Bitter. This is more of a grab and go spot. There are some tables in the back but the seating was tight and looked uncomfortable. It was also hot inside!! It also took a few mins before I was acknowledged and before I was asked for my order.

So good!! I've been wanting to try FifthSip for a while now. There were several things I wanted to order, but I went with the Hanoi Egg coffee. It has a custard cream on top of the sweetened Vietnamese coffee. It was delicious and had the strong coffee taste mixed with the sweet and delicious cream. It's a tad on the pricey side but good for a spontaneous treat.

A cute little coffee shop in SoHo! It's an easy place to pick up a coffee and go. All the coffees are Asian inspired; it has the Vietnamese coffee caffeine quality that will definitely perk you up. Our friends who live in NY recommended stopping here to try out their sweet flavors. I had gotten the banana latte and my partner chose the black sesame. The cream top really balances the coffee entirely. I can see how popular this place can become. Services was quick with two coffee baristas that take your order and creates your drink. Will definitely be back!

If your idea of a dream coffee shop is one where they blend the likes of black sesame, ube, salted cream, and coconut into their drinks, FifthSip fulfills that dream to a tee. I was drawn to their Fall specials, which had one iced drink with three types of hojicha and another with banana matcha, but I wasn't about to have an iced drink on this 20 degree farenheit day. The hot corn latte I got had the right amount of flavor. Not too cloying but not too subtle, a balance I imagine, that's hard to reach. I can get a little sensitive to the amount of caffeine in Vietnamese coffees, but this drink seemed to have about as much caffeine as a regular latte, so I didn't get any of the anxious jitters that viet coffee or cold brew can sometimes give me. I'll be back to try their hojicha, matcha, and maybe one of their ube lattes.

Greeted by the barista and was recommended one of their most popular drinks. Although the weather this morning WAS FREEZING, that coffee was strong, super tasty and worth every penny! I hope to be back again during the warmer weather and continue to try more of the menu!

Service: 4/5 Food: 3/5 Price: $5-$10 Mostly a coffee shop with a handful of matcha lattes. Not a lot of seating. Very consistent with their aesthetic + decor. So funny that it's right next door to another coffee shop + I take it as a good sign that both are busy + have small lines out the door. What I Ordered: - Matcha Latte: I don't like that it comes pre-sweetened, a little grainy at the end - Pistachio Latte: lighter cream, better balanced

Honestly really decent matcha in NY!! I visited on a Tuesday afternoon for a pick me up. There was nobody in line and the employees were so nice. I just got a regular matcha latte and it was out quickly. There's no place to sit inside but a couple seats outside. Not too milky or sweet, pretty decent matcha flavor. Compared to the place next door it's more affordable LOL and worth the convenience of not having to wait in line.

Been craving an egg coffee since my trip to Vietnam. This did not disappoint. They also have other Viet styled coffees including yummy corn and hojicha lattes. About $8-$9 per latte. Big fan

Don't get me wrong... The drinks are great! I personally ordered the Salted Cream. It had a really nice cold foam on top. Exactly what I expected with a tad bit of saltiness mixed in with the sweetness. The coffee was great/strong. My only complaint and the reason why I rated it down is the size/price ratio. I really enjoyed my cup, but I feel like the moment only lasted a few minutes... The cup in general is on the smaller end. Plus there is a decent amount of ice inside, so the drink you are actually consuming is not a lot. So, I personally didn't think it was worth over $8. I would not discourage anyone from trying it once, but probably wouldn't be on my list to visit again.

Small shop, great service, excellent drinks, & tasty treats!…read more Of the two drinks, the black sesame latte was by far one of the best lattes I've had in a while (granted I have had a latte in a while...). If texture doesn't bother you (liberal amount of black sesame!), I'd suggest getting this latte (10/10). Both pastries were great in their own right. For my second matcha of the day, this matcha was like your everyday/average matcha. Can't go wrong, but it wasn't mind-blowing. I thought they'd be more like the asian bakeries we have back in SF. Not as sweet as american desserts, but it was kinda in between. The egg sandwich I really wanted to like since I've been craving one. But the it was sooo dry. Definitely needed more mayo. And the bread wasn't very fluffy either. Cute spot if you want cute desserts. Tho I think they are more geared towards posting on socials. REVIEW #3999

There is some counter space, but mainly for standing purposes. I ordered a standard Iced Matcha Latte with Oat Milk ($7.35) and my friend got her usual Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte ($8). Docking 1/2 point bc the matcha is pre-made. I'm a fan of the whisking process bc I do believe there's a craft to matcha overall. Surprisingly, my drink tasted fine and my bev was a good color, so I was pleasantly happy. We waited less than 10 min for a table to open up, but you have to be there at the right time, otherwise you prob just grab your drink + go. Overall, glad I tried Kijitora. It's not my first matcha choice, but it was decent for a standard matcha latte. Their specialty matcha drinks look to have mixed reviews, but I'm personally not a fan of sweet drinks.

When I was my turn, I got an iced strawberry matcha latte and an iced mango matcha latte. It was so pretty when I got them. The mango and strawberry paste were sitting at the bottom of the matcha latte. I had to stir and mix the fruits with the whole drink. Surprisingly it was not sweet at all and was just right! They made it in a way that wanted you to crave more of it. It was very addicting. I did not get onigiris this time but will be sure to get some next time I'm here. They were just $4 each for miso salmon, tuna mayo, mentaiko cod roe, sukiyaki beef, and chashu pork. What a decent price for one onigiri! I would definitely be sure to get the miso salmon next time I'm here. The place was very cute with nice little tables for individuals. The place was very cozy with lots of sunlight coming in. Very modern with plants all around. It was so loud with people talking over each other. There were too many people on a Sunday afternoon so I had to walk around or cut through people to get my way. It was that crowded. I also didn't expect this place to be on the second floor and the stairs to be that steep. It was hectic carrying my stroller upstairs. Luckily someone helped me get down! The stairs are very narrow so I had to hold onto the rail. It was not ergonomically friendly at all.
