I forget the movers names but they were both prompt, handled my items delicately with care, didn't take their sweet time they worked very very hard, disassembled and reassembled a near 50 year old antique silik hutch that I have inherited , they moved everything exactly where it needed to be in my new place, were very polite and respectful and did not damage anything or steal at all. I've dealt with another moving company in the past where I suspected some jewelry went missing. They are the quickest at responses, very reasonable pricing, flexible with their schedules, all in all I am very satisfied and have asked them to move another thing for me as well. 10/10 recommend. They could do black and white printouts on thick colored cardstock paper and also some great color printouts on white paper. It sounds like now they specialize in larger print jobs and large color prints, so worth it to give them a call for quotes for what you need from your next print job.

You could say I have a lot of experience with movers as I inherited my father's personally woodworked furniture which added to my own collection that he made for me. I have a lot of sentimental (and heavy) stuff plus I have a herniated disc, so moving is even more overwhelming. And moving every year for so long has been so much less than ideal. I had a go-to mover but they didn't reply when I reached out so I figured I would try someone new out bc, maybe I can have options. Incredibly, Making Moves packed everything much more thoroughly and somehow the move seemed shorter...?! Even accounting for the shorter distance, this move was seriously fast but not lacking one bit in caution. And here is the kicker, it was less expensive too and the team was bigger. I still love the other mover but this team has beyond proved itself so I guess this is my first choice mover now. Treat this team right. They are in demand for a reason.

Alfredo and his team were AWESOME. They did 2 moves for us this summer. The second move involved coming the day before to pack up our kitchen, then moving our apartment furniture and packed boxes into our new house. Before the moves, Alfredo came over to assess how much stuff we had and then gave us a quote that was competitive and reflected the actual cost of the move. He had 4 guys do the move -- it's much cheaper to have more guys because they do the move faster and you spend less money. They guys were all very respectful and sweet. Both moves happened fast and efficiently and all our items were moved with great care. Nothing was broken or scratched and the guys remove their shoes before coming in the house. I will absolutely be using Alfredo and his team for all my future moving needs.

The reviews warned everyone that it's a cozy place... yes, they're correct! As soon as I was organized enough, I drove over and parked in the paid parking lot behind the building since the metered street parking was full. The reviews warned everyone that it's a cozy place... yes, they're correct! There were two female clerks. Each of them was helping a customer... not bad! There are long lines at other post offices! Soon, it was my turn! The helpful, polite clerk was very efficient and explained everything as she went through my pile. Thank you very much for telling me that my friends should receive the mail by December 24th! Whew! Just made it!

Almost all if they had the self serve kiosk I'd be a regular at this Kaimuki location where it's almost hidden amongst the many biz it's surrounded by which is very easy to miss but with the OG blue mailbox that's placed right outside it does give the nostalgia of the days we mailed our seasonal items. With that I did need to send a box to a friend and needed a box which of course they have besides the generic I love the priority mail box packaging with the flat rate makes it easy to put whatever you need which was there for me along with the prices of what each box are. Right beside that they do have a area where you're able to pack/write or do whatever you need all nice and clean where I noticed a buck of flowers and noticed that they were pens...lol! regular ballpoint and sharpies as well that was a lovely touch to have but there was one thing that I did forget...tape...sigh! There was no line at all and I could've shipped my items but one little major bump in plans that made me frustrated but know that I have a convenient spot outside of the busy locations is here and love that it's a local residential spot. The guys worked hard for our move, no doubt about that. They worked the whole time and weren't…read morelazy. The only downside about this moving company is there was damage to our furniture/tv. If you use them, make sure you protect your own furniture by wrapping it well. This is the mistake I made. Also our tv was damaged, no cracked screen, we just have a vertical line during certain images on the left edge of the screen now. It was an expensive oled, we spent over 4k for it. They didn't use the box I purchased and assured me would be better out of the box. My fault for not insisting on using the box. Our tv stand suffered minor dings, like paint chips, I was able to cover it up with some touch up paint so no big deal. I would recommend them if you protect your own items well.

Plus there was a staff member just clearing up her station instead of serving customers! Second, another employee from the back decided to say good morning and "chit chat" so all work is stopped! Lastly, which "takes the cake", my clerk was very nice and friendly but when the survey came up with the "smiling faces", she immediately press the Smiling Face!! Hmm, isnt that for me to answer? When do you rate yourself? I was surprised and walked out of there bothered! I would have given you the Smiling faces cause i believe and do all surveys, but you stole it from me! Please stop and let the customers do it! You are like "cheating!"
