Huge shout out to Susana for making my experience a dream. I've been looking for printers for my wedding invitations for weeks and after lots of time and money on proofs from online sites I panicked and finally decided going to a local company was my best option. Well I wish I would have panicked sooner and used Reskyu as my first option. I sent the proofs to Susana on Tuesday and asked if they would be done by Friday which she said was no problem. What kind of sister would I be to say no? But honestly, I panicked. I am not the most creative nor artsy individual. So I decided to get a nice sign made by a professional printing company. I inquired through Yelp message of at around 10 different printing companies in the area. They all gave me a quote of about $80-$120! Were these people serious? This is a one time use sign that is standard poster size. Thankfully, Reskyu gave me a quote which was about half the price of their competitors. I was very thankful to have done business with this company. The job was done quickly and efficiently. 5 stars for Reskyu!! WEDDING TASK #23 Wedding Invitations Monday: E-mail Tony at Reskyu and get a quote to print wedding invitations. Tuesday: Receive quote and happy with the price. Wednesday: Stop by at Reskyu 10 minutes before closing and politely ask to print a proof. Happy with the prints and made a request to start printing on the stock paper I provided. Thursday: Receive e-mail from Carey to tell me the prints are done and can be picked up. Pick up prints before their 6pm closing time and again, super happy with the results and speedy job! Friday-Sunday: Cut, mat, glue, and mail out invites. I was in search of an affordable printing service for our wedding invitations. I know Illustrator, I know Photoshop, I can make our own invitations! I contacted a number of other print shops including FedEx and Reskyu was one of the most affordable and easiest to communicate with. I actually went to their store on the corner of Beretania and Pensecola. They have a small lot with parking or there's street parking along Beretania (on certain hours). The most patient, efficient,and affordable printing service ever! We've worked with them before, getting business cards and special envelopes and cards printed. We had a project at work where we needed to print almost 10,000 letters and envelopes in a week and halfs time. We didn't make things easy for them but boy did they deliver! They had everything ready for us in FOUR days. With prices being at least several hundred dollars less than other printing places. Thanks to both of the Tonys and Susana for your help! For example today, I sent in a poster order and it was completed in just over an hour. I wasn't expecting it to arrive so quickly but stoked nonetheless. I used Reskyu on Beretania street branch via website twice within an 18 month period. Both times, the product, a color brochure turned out great because of the quality of print, paper thickness and fold quality. I have gone to another print shop and the fold caused wrinkles at the fold line. Reskyu's website to upload my file and order was somewhat easy but . . . My four-star reasons: The only thing I did not like is that I personally told on their site in a paragraph box of what you want to be done and at which branch of the two. I did not want to drive out to Kalihi since I'm in town. The order section is not an order form, but a paragraph box, how strange. The website does not have pricing and does not tell you what your estimated total would be in the order section. So in my comments in the paragraph section, I stated in detail of what I wanted and I asked for a call back with confirmation on cost. If they can improve their website on the above comments, they would be a five -star company. Things not mentioned on the site is that for the brochure that will be printed to the edge, the file needs to be 1/8" bleed because they use larger paper and then cut to 11 1/2" x 8 1/2". Tony called me to inform me of that. It was a bit time consuming to modify my file, otherwise some information would be cut off and the layout would not be centered. A possible five-star award: Tony from Reskyu was very prompt about follow-ups. My first order in April 2017 was 500 while my second order two weeks ago was 150 front and back color brochure printed on brochure paper and had them folded in about four hours. I was impressed with the quality and fair price. I would recommend this company to others. read more

I'm a graphic design student and excellent quality of printing is becoming a must. I used to go to kinkos when I was younger and dealt with double sided documents not lined up perfectly, different color from different machines, and bad cutting jobs that were not fixed. None of that here. I always feel bad about sending files in last minute and that's exactly what I did this time (first time printing at Reskyu). I was able to upload my work quickly that night and I got a follow up phone call the next day for binding and paper options. Tony gave me a quote within an hour of the phone call and I was able to pick up my prints before closing! The quality of prints I received were amazing. I looked through each book I printed and found no errors, not even a section where the cutting was off just a little. Tony even printed one of my books twice, one on thicker stock (and I paid nothing for that copy). Love the service and I'll be back. read more

We have worked with Tony and staffs at Reskyu for more than two years now. We had to make over 300 program booklets (over 50 pages) for a pre-school auction. Not only is their price one of the lowest when I did price quote, they are also the fastest we've had. They print out a few proofs for us for review within 3 hrs and the turnaround for 300+ booklets has been shorter than 3 days. They are so responsive via email and has been awesome all around. The quality is better and the prices are cheaper than the competition. We order our Business cards, envelopes, letterhead etc. from them and we're always satisfied. They also do EDDM mailing so we can have a card printed and mailed to thousands of homes without ever touching a single one. E-mail the design and they literally do everything else! They even shipped our order via UPS here on island to ensure we'd get it in time in Mililani. Everyone is very easy to work with and go the extra mile to earn and keep our business! read more

I typically don't write reviews like this, but I was appalled by the service I received from Reskyu. They are very unprofessional on the phone. I was passed around multiple times before receiving notice that the person I needed to talk to was busy. Secondly, when that person did call me back, they called me from their personal line without any explanation to who they were or why they were calling. A little tip, answer the phone by your name and company, not just your first name. If you call me, you should have a purpose, not just expect me to know who you are and wait for me to put two and two together. Lastly, I cannot believe that as a print shop, you are unable to proportionately scale a PDF file... I printed the exact same file I sent to Reskyu on my office printer and the job worked out perfectly with a simple 'Scale to Fit' option from my computer. How could a professional printer not be able to do so with the exact same dimensions? read more
