These guys are down to earth mom & pop style local people with enterprise level quality and customer support. Their attention to precision detail is amazing. And what stands out the most to me is their willingness to share their honest opinion even if it means passing up on the sale. Rather than do whatever a customer says and make a sign that looks bad, they explain a better way based upon thier own historical experience with customers to ensure an amazing end product. That is a quality that is highly underappreciated these days. All in All: Well worth every dollar invested in our project. read more

If you ask Nestor a follow up question, he may not answer it but tell you instead to give them your credit card info. Follow up politely asking for an answer, and you may then get some guy on the phone saying he's helping Nestor. He will just talk over you -- again and again. Try saying, "let me finish", and then he will tell you to work with another business. Great advice. Red flags, big time. In reply: Your "attempted to help" meant not allowing me to finish my one question by repeatedly interrupting me. Who constantly talks over a customer including after they say "let me finish" three separate times? Someone who doesn't care to listen? Someone who thinks all of that doesn't matter because of one naughty word gotcha? read more

Absolutely recommend this sign shop. They are great at communicating with their customers and always deliver our jobs as promised. The staff is super helpful and dependable. Thank you for being a stellar business! read more

Had to order some decals for a work truck and I gave this place a try. They're super responsive to their emails and the price for four legal sized decals were such a good price. I asked my colleague go pick it and they accidentally overcharged her, so they called to say that they will void the order, but needed a new card to pay for the he decals. Overall, I recommend this place if you're looking for some good vinyl prints. read more

Found this spot on Yelp. Received prompt and courteous service both times. You can't beat the price and quality of the service. Needed to have a rubber stamp made. The first one my husband wasn't thrilled on but that was because of the pic I sent. I then went back with a clearer file and it came out so much more detailed. I will definitely be coming back for more services. read more

Best place to get all your banners/ signs/ window graphics. We ordered window graphics for our office windows and they turned out way better than expected. The quality of the photos was impeccable and the installation was fast and pain free. They work really hard to make sure that you are getting quality products. Will continue to use their services any time we need them. read more

Worked with Nestor last year in the midst of the canceled 2020 graduation season but it was the easiest thing and I was immensely pleased with the finished product. I was able to get two identical prints on corrugated plastic to make a double sided flag like structure atop my car for my son's drive thru commencement that would withstand rain if necessary. Image review and ordering was done through email and payment was done over the phone - necessary for social distancing at the time and pick up was curbside as well. Start to finish the process took about 6 days but I didn't wait until the last minute so I was a-ok with waiting. Will for sure be a repeat customer. read more

I checked out a few other companies before my BF told me to check out One Day Signs. But the other companies would take forever to get back to me and one even disappeared after I told them my budget! Right from the start, Joe at One day signs was super quick to respond, very professional and even had ideas printed up for me to look at when we met to discuss ideas for my van. I was so impressed. They did an amazing job, a super quick turn around and we're very fairly priced. We'll be back for more! Highly recommended. Mahalo! read more

My broker told me to go to this place and make open house and for rent signs for one of my listings. I met Nestor or Joe. I can't remember now. But he was very helpful and nice! He said to email him my photo and within minutes of leaving the shop he emailed me proofs of the signs and his email response was fast! They even changed the signs to my specifications no problem and was quick in doing that too. From the time I left til I got back the office we emailed back and forth about 4 times and now the signs are being made! These guys are awesome!!! My signs costed me about $65 for each and $44 for each of the stands. I don't know if that is cheap or not but for the speed that I need them I feel like it's worth it! Thank you again guys!!!! If you ever need to buy or sell a house please give me a chance to earn your business!!! Aloha!!! read more

Been going to them for my PUC stickers for the past few years. Inquiries and orders should be done via e-mail for quick efficient responses. My large PUC stickers (cut outs and all) were fulfilled within a day. I recently ordered large heavy-duty magnets to be used on our company vehicle, and it came out not only beautifully, but, surprisingly durable. Parking is right in front of the store. About 3-4 vehicles can park, located in the industrial area in Kalihi near OCCC. Service is quick, communication is efficient, and transaction is smooth. Can't recommend a better place to get printing/sticker work done. read more

I needed a research poster printed last minute (ie in less than one day) and they were very helpful over the phone, explaining to me how to prepare the file to make sure the final product looked good. It was Tuesday morning. I needed a banner sign for a small business show on Thursday morning. I checked Yelp and saw that this place had lots of reviews about great customer service. And I liked that there were many pictures of business clientele. I called and talked to Lester, sent him what I wanted. And *poof*, he promised me the banner for Wednesday morning. I'm sure that's not a usual occurrence, but I was really glad he helped me in a pinch since it was an oversight on my part to get the banner. Banner looks great for an indoor show, it was fast, and Joe was really friendly on the pickup. Next time I think we need some vertical signage... I'll be sure to call One Day -- it's no false advertising there! read more

Unbeliveable service! ... The quality of work is second to none. Joe was genuinely concerned with my plight for a banner, and he was "right on" with his prognosis and design. Thank-you Joe. I needed a sign for a garage sale that I was going to be having at my job. I emailed this place and Joe worked with me on a quote for the design I wanted. I told him that a developer would be paying for the sign so I just needed the invoice. Joe was patient and helpful during this back and forth conversation with me and the developer because he was on a business trip. I got the invoice from Joe and sent it to the developer and then when the developer had time he paid for the banner. Joe contacted me and let me know it was paid and ready for pick up. When I got the banner it was heavy duty and just what I wanted. Mahalo Joe for the awesome banner and being patient with me and the developer whom is a big support to me and my work place. read more

About 2 months ago, I had another company make aluminum signs for me but they took over 3 weeks to make it. They probably would have taken longer if I didn't call them to check on my sign's progress. So when I needed to have another metal "Reserved Parking" sign made, I decided to try One Day Signs. WOW! Their service really impressed me. Not only was their price low (like my previous sign company), BUT they finished my sign in 4 hours, and I was able to pick up my sign the same day that I dropped off my sample! Thank you Mr. Hipolito for running a very efficient and very friendly company! read more
