It's in a fairly convenient location but parking can be a little tough if all the street-side spots are taken. I simply just needed copies of some documents that we were told to do so as an advice and took it and headed to a place that I've passed several times is this FedEx location right across from Ala Moana Center in the Heald Building which is nice as they have lots of free parking making easy access with just steps to their front door. Walking into this spacious place you see many shelves of supplies, ship and go center and right beside the entrance are several copiers which is probably the most used services and is very cool how it's all set up for you to use on your own. You first can add funds to the machine with your credit card as you calculate the approximate amount you will be using and will be calculated at the end of the acutely amount is quite impressive and very easy to use though my first attempt was fail by placing it in the wrong direction lol but at least it's not a huge costly error but one that I learned very fast and with just a few copies needed I was done just as fast to be on my way but loved the convenience they provide as I did have a copier in the past which came obsolete as technology has changed though every once in awhile we do need to some hard copies of items to keep on hand for reference is good to have places like this to use for very little cost. The day after Mother's Day, my beautiful dog died, after our vet him gave him a shot of an experimental drug. I was gutted. Unable to sleep or eat I was so depressed I felt like my life was over. I started researching the drug I found that I was not alone. There was a facebook page dedicated to warning people against this drug. There were thousands of stories from people all over the world who's dogs had died. I knew then I had to do something so my dog's death would not be in vain. I made up a poster to warn other dog owners about the side effects of this drug, and started shopping around for quotes. I called Walmart, Ups, Longs, Professional Image, Office Depot, the quotes I was getting for 100 copies were so expensive. Finally I called Copy Hut, and got David. He asked me to email a sample of what I wanted and responded with a quote. It was reasonable and I was thrilled! My order was ready the next day. When I went to pick it up, David had printed off 25 extra copies. He said he wanted to support my cause. For a couple of weeks I was walking the city and putting up posters. I would run out, and print more, and David would always give me a word of support and print off extra copies. Then all of a sudden my posters started being ripped down. The posters were not slanderous, did not say the name of the vet, and were only warning people about researching the drug, before giving it to their dogs. But it was clear, someone didn't want them out there. I felt so discouraged I emailed David and told him I was done and to cancel my next order. David sent me the most beautiful words of encouragement and support, "You have the courage of a lion," he said, "people are talking about this." David's support kept me going in the face of every set back and discouragement. I will always be grateful to this humble, Christian man whose support and encouragement helped me through one of the most difficult periods of my life. David is pure aloha.
