He at no time try to upsell me. He showed me the various tints and the sun's effect, which I really appreciated. I ended going with his recommendation and glad I did. The workmanship in removing the old tint and replacement was excellent. They treated my 20 + year old car as if it was theirs. The job time was faster than I expected, just four hours. The location is great near Cutter Ford. Lots of eating places in the area and close to the bus line should you want to leave the area and even Pearlridge Shopping Center. The prices are very reasonable, and they give a $50.00 discount if they remove and replace the tint at the same time. Paul was so helpful, he met up with me prior to inspect my vehicle and quote me. He showed me all the different colors to choose from and everything they're able to do. I booked my appointment and it took them 5 days to do. My mini looks absolutely PHENOMENAL. They wrapped the rest of my chrome black and everything else but my top in purple. I was blown away when I saw my mini! The finish is amazing and they sent me updates throughout the whole process. I couldn't be happier, I highly recommend. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants it. Despite advertising paint…read morecorrection with swirl removal, this company applied a ceramic coat *over* existing swirls, effectively sealing them in. When I contacted them about this (the same day as service), I received no response for six weeks. Eventually, they pointed to a contract clause stating that water spots and swirls may still be visible. This is unacceptable, as paint correction is meant to *remove* these imperfections *before* coating. Their proposed 'solution' was inspecting the ceramic coat's performance, which doesn't address the core issue: the uncorrected paint. Very disappointed with the job service and non-existent customer support.
